Ep. 3: Resistance Is Inevitable!

Today I have officially released the Elite Alpha Life: The Awakening 2.0 Part of this process was for me to post my story and my journey. This video was Not easy for me to do and it was NOT easy for me post. But this is something I have been wanting to do for awhile now. I have been working on putting the words together on what I wanted to share and how I wanted to share it. Once I started shooting it, it ended up being about 45 min long, and I really didn’t feel like it needed to be that long. So I reshot it and got it down to about 15 min. Well that was last night July 13th 2016 and once it was done, I was laying in bed with my wife and I say to her, “I don’t WANT to post that." She asked me why? And I said, “I just don’t feel like it’s that good and I don’t know if anyone will watch it and Blah blah blah." All of this resistance or what I call stories started to show up. My wife looked at me and said, “Just do it! It’s good as it is and it will be fine." You see this is what I would have you consider that the only goals worth having and creating are those that give you the MOST RESISTANCE! YES the MOST resistance. Because THAT is how you GROW! Just consider in your life where you have avoided a goal or avoided going after something you wanted in life, because you saw or felt like it was too BIG of a challenge or that it was just too HARD? And here’s the reality, If you don’t CONFRONT your resistance or stories you will always SETTLE! You will always STAY the same. You will always stay FAT and out of Shape. You will always feel UNWORTHY and disconnected from God or a Higher Power. You will always have a disconnect within your marriage and relationships. You will always be finically BROKE and never live the lifestyle you desire. You see once I saw that if I choose not to do what I said I would do... …I WOULD NEVER CREATE THE LIFE I WANT! You see I’ve been at a point in my life where I’ve avoided doing the work. I’ve been FAT and overweight. I’ve felt unworthy and disconnected to God. I’ve have broken relationships. I’ve been completely broke. So I KNOW that when you avoid the work and you give into the stories in your own head, it only creates a life of... …MISERY! So my question to you today is... …WHERE MUST YOU CONFRONT THE STORIES YOU’VE CREATED? Where in your life whether its within your Fitness, Spirituality, Relationships, or Business must you stop AVOIDING and RESISTING and start CONFRONTING? Just consider how by confronting your stories how this will move your life forward to creating the life that you true desire?
