Research has suggested that transition points in a musician’s career can be intensely stressful and that good support at these times is key. In this episode we chat to musician and music industry executive Chris Sheehan about the transition points in his career and how he was able to successfully navigate them. We then speak to music publisher Stuart Ongley about the mentoring services he provides and he offers some great advice on how musicians can navigate through difficult periods.
