Welcome   back to the Elevat3d Project!  In this episode, Mike, Jamie & Kristine talk with Michael Fitzgerald, owner of Optimum Performance Training in Calgary, Alberta.  Michael is a well known and extremely experienced coach in the mixed modal world, and has also a 2x Crossfit Games athlete.  In this episode, Michael talked about the difference between pain and effort, and where RPE (rate of perceived exertion) comes into play in training and competition.
