Episode description

Jolyon Collier is an activist and survivor. He transformed his life from being a drug dealer at age 11, surviving an upbringing in a drug house, the suicide of his mother, and a life of crime, to becoming a successful craftsman and independently wealthy businessman. Throughout his travels and his business, he became aware of the problem the world faces with the extinction of the planet’s coral. Experts predict that 100% of the earth's coral will likely be dead within 30 years. The global impact to food, marine life, and the planet as a whole is catastrophic. Jollyon and his team at Counting Coral have created a unique solution that drives environmental solutions, income opportunities, and adventure.
