It’s common for women to experience periods of self-depletion. We get caught up in the demands of work, family and life, and fall off from nourishing our own needs. One easy way we can hold space for ourselves is by starting a journaling practice. Journaling is a free and accessible way to help identify what’s bogging us down and reveal our heart’s callings. Through capturing our thoughts and feelings on paper, journaling builds a sense of awareness, self-trust and refuge.  


My conversation today is with Nicole Annette, CEO of Journal Junky, a journal coaching and publishing company. For more than 20 years, Nicole has taught women how to create flourishing lives and businesses using the restorative and transformative power of mindful writing practices.
