Good morning. This is a special episode of the Eleanor and dad Podcast. Eleanor and I are sitting here having breakfast and thinking about our visit to Eleanor's kindergarten yesterday. Right?
So tomorrow, we're gonna go to my kindergarten, and I'm so excited. So I have to be so kind and nice to Kensington today.
That's right. Today is your last day in preschool. It was supposed to be a water day where you get sprayed with hose water, cold hose water, I guess, but you've decided that you are not interested in that. Why why is that?
Because it's too cold.
Yeah. I could see that. I think that's alright. It looks like it might rain today, so maybe nobody will do water day. So yesterday, Eleanor and I visited Wasco Elementary School, and, Eleanor got to meet her teacher and walk around and play on the playground. What did you think?
It's good. We after we play on the playground, we got some ice cream.
Yep. And what did you think of the school? Did you see anything cool that you liked?
We saw the lunch place in gym in our classroom.
Yeah. What'd you think of your classroom? Good. Good. And you got a stuffy?
Good. Yes.
Uh-huh.
It's pinky bear.
Yeah. And it goes on your backpack.
I think I wanna call it pinky bear.
Okay. That sounds like a nice name. Was your teacher nice? Yeah. Yeah. Are you looking forward to having her as a teacher all year?
Uh-huh.
Yeah. That's great. Anything else? Did you meet any did you see any kids that you knew?
I saw Ethan at the park.
And Ethan, you know from where?
He used to be in miss Cooper's class, but since I moved into miss Cooper's class, Ethan is now in kindergarten with me.
So so he used to go to your preschool and you guys are friends. So that'll be nice. You have a friend and he's in your class and he's sitting at your table. Pretty good. And you figured out how you're gonna choose your lunch and you figured out where you sit and you figured out where the bathroom is. Alright. Well
