We are delighted to be joined by Ken Hubbell, an award winning producer of training solutions with degrees in Industrial Design, Animation and Instructional Design. His software development background includes natural language processing, AI, game design, interactive video and virtual reality. He has designed and developed programs for a variety of organisations, including the FAA, NASA, the UN, Caterpillar and General Motors. Ken presently leads Instructional Design Strategy & Innovation as the SVP for Learning & Development at Wells Fargo Bank and is a Board Advisor for Soffos.ai - described as hyper-personalised AI-powered workplace training via conversational micro-learning
