Episode description

Meet Aimee Kovacevic!

By day Aimee is a teacher, by night she is a coach, mentor, kettlebell instructor, mother and wife. Aimee is also a published author and a business owner.

For as long as Aimee can remember, she has always wanted to be a teacher, and has been living that dream since 2010.

Teaching is Aimee's calling and is proud to say, "I am the teacher I wanted. I am the teacher I needed."

Despite the challenges that she has faced as a teacher, "It has always been the kids that kept me in the classroom...So much of who I am and what I have learned about myself is because of them. I do not regret anything about my journey, even when it was hard. I no longer resent my choice to become a teacher like I once did; I wouldn’t be who I am today without it."

In this episode Aimee shares her journey and includes so many nuggets of wisdom that all educators, especially teachers can use and learn from.
