Episode description

On this weeks episode I sat down with Surgical Registra, Mark Macaranas to discuss bowel obstructions. Mark has been a surgical reg for over 10 years and he uncovers his approach to bowel obstructions in the emergency department. The episode featured themes such as patient assessment, diagnosis , CT scans and even the contentious Nasogastric tube. The episode takes a bit of a twist when we talk to Niki a former guest on the show, about her experience with a bowel obstruction.
