In this episode, we're celebrating bakers who are successful entrepreneurs with a commitment to lift one another up as part of their mission. First, we head to Chicago and speak with Tamara Turner, CEO of Silver Spoons Desserts. Tamara shares her incredible story of building her business one relationship at a time; eventually taking to the skies! Then we travel to Michigan to meet Amy Emberling, one of the founding bakers at Zingerman's Bakehouse in Ann Arbor. Zingerman's family of businesses are known for their mission to invest in the community and create new culinary entrepreneurs. Finally, we hear from another Zingerman's Bakehouse alum, Shelby Kibler, the founder of Field & Fire Bakery and Cafe in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
