Episode description

Today we discuss a heavy topic - dealing with the loss of a parent, and how to learn and move past the grief. Our guest today, Ni Zhang, gets vulnerable with us as she shares how she processed the loss of her father at the young age of 18, and how she was able to turn a traumatic experience into life lessons that she still carries on to this day.

Ni is an artist, a small business owner, and the host of podcast "That's what Ni said", which documents her journey as a mother, entrepreneur, and first generation immigrant.
