Episode description

This week we had on the 55yr to 59yr Marathon World Record holder Krishna Stanton (2.48.06)

We talk about her journey from little Athletics to the Olympic Games and many other huge achievements.

We spoke about her battles with injury, sickness and how she now feels privileged to run, how it's important to set realistic goals as we age and so much more. I personally took a lot from this one as a Masters runner myself and I'm sure many of you will feel the same.

This one is special team!

Strap yourselves in and enjoy this chat with one of Australia's greatest ever female distance runners!
