Enjoy this little chat with KOMA Head Coach Steve Robinson, Steve was my trainer back in 08-09 till around 2013, he's long standing high ranking Martial Artist, coach, judge and referee. He, like myself loves a chat so we could have talked for hours, regardless of the sport, there's a lot to be said for the mental side of sports and Robbo is great with this side of things.
