Milk Products, Restaurant Anniversary, and Sake Promotion

Cameron Smith and Kent Goldsworthy are joined by Sallie Jones (dairy farmer for Gippsland Jersey in Lakes Entrance), Matteo Pignatelli (owner of Matteo’s on Brunswick Street) and Simone Maynard (independent sake educator and promoter). Jones provides insight into the availability of her milk products in different supermarkets. Pignatelli discusses the celebration of the 30 year anniversary of his restaurant throughout July. Maynard details an upcoming sake festival, which will be taking place at Queen Victoria Market on July 20 and July 21.
