CMA has BLOCKED the Activision Blizzard purchase! Easy Achievers Ep.155

Hello and welcome back this week is a pretty stacked week, especially in terms of some of the more hardcore components of the industry. Something that immediately I want to point you to is my conversation about more layoffs in the gaming media. Then we have the CMA’s decision on blocking the acquisition of Activision Blizzard by Microsoft. There is plenty to get through there so that is the main story of the show. Not many rumors this week but I did talk about Aaron Greenberg having to comment on the success of Tango Gamework’s recent release of Hi-FI Rush.
