East Lansing’s Evergreen Development Problem

Over the years, the DDA had hoped to sell the properties to several developers, but nothing so far has panned out as planned. Dreger explains the long history up to the present, including a possible deal between the DDA and River Caddis and the construction of MSUFCU’s downtown office building.
