Joined by multi-instrumentalist Sandy MacKay, they’ve crafted a "Maritime Appalachian Music" sound that blends acoustic and electric instruments with lush 3-part harmonies. Inspired by legends like Woody Guthrie, Ian Tyson, and Bob Dylan, their music is described as a modern Peter, Paul & Mary. The trio’s upcoming album, Wood & Wire (set for release in 2024), features new original songs and a special cover from the Kate and Anna McGarrigle catalogue. This album follows the success of Just Like a Woman: Songs of Bob Dylan (2019) and Sunshine Baby (2023), recorded with their band, The Ramshackle Parade. 🎶 Bill Preeper: Known for his intricate finger-picking and harmonies, Bill's journey began in the ‘80s with folk music while balancing a career at CBC. After retirement, he fully embraced his musical passion, joining The Ramshackle Parade in 2018. 🎶 Jessica Rhaye: An accomplished singer-songwriter with 7 albums to her name, Jessica has performed on prestigious stages across Canada.
