Meat: 1.25 lb boneless skinless chicken breast

Dairy: 4 oz butter, 2 oz parmesan cheese

Produce: Lemon (for juice, or use bottled), 4 cloves Garlic

Seasonings: 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp paprika, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp onion powder, 1/2 tsp dried parsley, 1/4 tsp pepper
