Stuffed pork loin looks fancy, but it doesn't have to be hard! Anne talks through slicing it open for a spiral stuffed look that is not only nice visually, but keeps the filling evenly distributed and less likely to spill out.

Stuffing: 12 oz frozen spinach, 1/2 cup feta cheese

Seasoning: 4 cloves garlic, 1 tbsp salt, 1 tsp pepper, 1 tsp oil
