Episode description

In the very first episode of Easier Meals we are making Easy Crock Pot Pulled Pork!

Anne walks you through how to make this recipe with a bed of vegetables, how to make just the pork for a crowd, as well as what cuts work best and what to do if the roast you bought won't fit in the crock!

Serve it with vegetables, on sandwiches, or turn the leftovers into delcious taco fillling for a truly easy dinner.

Seasoning quantities as mentioned in the podcast for a 3 lb roast (so total for a sirloin, or per side for a large shoulder/rump):

  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (do not scale up)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp peper
  • 1 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
