Society is becoming increasingly aware of the term 'Neurodiversity'. I feel like there is more support than ever before.

But what does this mean for the day-to-day reality of neurodiversity in the workplace.

In this episode I discuss how the increase in awareness generally is great, and I explain why there is some way to go with translating the awareness into the workplace so that it means something, and what employers can do to help support people with neurodiversities, like Dyslexia.

Key topics:

  • Why it's important to talk about the complexities of neurodiversities,
  • What to expect from employers, and
  • what is the day-to-day reality of neurodiversity in the workplace?

I want to thank you for joining me and listening to this podcast! It really helps the podcast and the mission if you rate, review, and share this podcast so that others may find it and get the support they need.
