This week Dyl catches up with one of his favourite people, Stephen Coniglio. The pair chat about Cog's recent decision to sign on with the GWS Giants for another 7 years and all the speculation that went with it. Cog's opens up on his mental preparation with visualisation and gratitude and how its got him to wear he is today, the famous 2010 WAFL Grand Final in which he starred along side Andrew Krakouer, being the golden child of the family, a terrible driver and loving his mums cooking!
