This week on the show, we are joined by 3x Premiership player and Richmond icon, Dave Astbury. Dave played 155 games for the Tigers and retired in 2021. Dave is now doing some great things working with friend of the show, Emma Murray, and has just got back from working with the Hockeyroos in Europe. Dave is clearly a great self reflector, and he shared some great insights on his own personal growth journey both during and after his football career.
