This week on the show we welcome new friend Mary Spillane. Mary is a Clinical Psychologist and has worked as Mental Health Lead at the Australian Institute of Sport, is the team psychologist for the Victorian men’s and women’s cricket teams, and has the role of Mental Health Expert at Headspace. Mary has worked with a range of athletes and teams across both Olympic and professional sports, as well as with individuals with a variety of mental health disorders. We chat about Mary’s experiences working with athletes and how we can all implement these methods and strategies to benefit our lives.
