Questions:

1. I run a podcast network and looking to build a recording studio at home to record our shows and rent it out to other podcasters. I have a freezone hot desk trade license. Am I allowed to build and run the studio? And what are the legal requirements?
2. My business is not doing so well and I plan to close the business and exit the country. how can i go about closing the business without incurring any issues on myself down the road?
3. I got fired on the 25th of june and on the 25 th of july is my next instalment date for my loan, but I have no money to cover that installment in july. And my flight back home is on the 1st of aug. Will they stop me in the airport? Should I call them before and tell them to cove that installment with my EOSB? Is that even possible?
