If it is kinda rare for Duke to be runner up on a top tier recruit, it is almost unheard of for the player to choose a tiny mid-major instead, but that is just what Patrick Baldwin Jr. did Wednesday morning, going on national TV to announce he will play for his father at Wisconsin-Milwaukee rather than playing for Coach K at Duke. We break down Baldwin's decision, what we understand about it and what we don't.
