In this episode we sit down with Navy assistant coach Jeff Kane. Coach Kane in his 11th year with the Midshipmen and he brings a wealth of knowledge to the podcast. We talk about recruiting at Navy and what they look for in potential student athletes and how it does not differ much from any other recruitment of baseball players. We also talk how Navy is different and what it takes to succeed at the Naval Academy. We also get into hitting, approaches, metics, and how it all relates in todays game. Coach Kane offers up a lot of insight and perspective that people will find valuable to their recruiting process.
