Our brain can make a judgement about someone in ONLY 0.1 seconds. It is up to us to consciously take a step back and evaluate that judgement. Many of us use our own insecurities, our lack of self-esteem and self-image to make these judgments in order to bring others down to our level. It is important to recognize this and understand that we have absolutely NO CLUE what season of life the person we are judging is in. But it is up to us to deal with our own faults in order to lift up those around us
