Procrastination is associated with a wide range of mental and physical health issues, such as stress and an increased rate of illness, as well as with the tendency to delay getting treatment for those issues. PhD Researcher and Psychologist Linda Sapadin found that there are six styles or types of procrastination: The Perfectionist, the Dreamer, the Worrier, the Crisis-Maker, the Defier, and the Overdoer.
