We're back on that Uncanny X-Force ride y'all! This week we're covering issues 19-22, starting a long story arc full of Captain Britains and art that is hard to read. Special note: we skipped 19.1 as it didn't relate directly to this story, but we may come back to it later. Enjoy! Reminder that you can read along with and ahead of the show by subscribing to Marvel Unlimited (we don't get paid for you doing that, so it's not an ad, it's just a cool service). You can also use Comixology, or buy th...

There's an angel named Lucah, and a tortured dream world. This is an emotional and heartfelt project that relies on you wanting to finish the game multiple times to see the full story. The structure's a bit poison, but come and check out the neat things it does do. It's an interesting one! Support Watch Out for Fireballs!
There he is. There's that slippery, wet bastard. Always defending the future. We'll show him who's the boss around here. Get 'em, fellas!
This week's episodes: Sacred Orb, Sanguine Bond, The Swarm, and Tainted Eden.
You know, it's probably about time we give freeware Linux games a shot! Ew. Nevermind, let's go to Chili's.
We know we've been in here for a while, but there's a lot of Altus to explore. We also get to pay a visit to one of ER's most overlooked legacy dungeons The Shaded Castle, but Torrent doesn't get to come.
It's a new season, and we have a new poison. Ricin finally joins the cast on Breaking Bad! We would like to thank Gwen Static for composing our theme song, and Trent Peters for creating our great podcast art.

John and Levi are two Los Angeles fuckups who are held together by the fact that they witnessed a supernatural phenomenon... and they want to monetize it. What follows is a claustrophobic and dense sequence of rabbit holes and abuses, resulting in terrible tragedy. But how much of it's real? Something in the Dirt is Justin Benson and Aaron Moorhead at their best, refining their form of funny, human-centered supernatural horror, and offering a fresh line of questioning into some of their previous...
This week's episodes: Inner Child, Glitched Crown, Belly Jelly, and Number Magnet.
Nobody knows why, but people in the 90s thought if golf video games had comedians in them, maybe that would connect with the kids? Anyway, Eugene Levy fails to convince the boys that this golf is all that whacky.
Elden Ring goes Midsommar as we venture north and encounter a festival. Giggling maidens in white, a Godskin noble, fertility symbols: this area has it all.
Heya! This week we're taking a break from Uncanny X-Men to talk about the latest in superhero gaming: Marvel's Midnight Suns. Do you want a game with tactical X-Com combat smashed together with Slay the Spire with a healthy does of Fire Emblem? Well brother have I got news for you Reminder that you can read along with and ahead of the show by subscribing to Marvel Unlimited (we don't get paid for you doing that, so it's not an ad, it's just a cool service). Hades is one of our most-requested games of all time. It struck a chord with tons of people when it released, drawing in gamers who had never given action roguelikes a chance before. With its snappy combat and charismatic takes on the Greek gods, it's hard to blame people for loving it. But how does it stand up to other roguelites, a diverse field with tons of heavy hitters? This week's highlighted project is "Clarion", an upcoming novel by author Nina Dunnic. Check out her work at ninadunic.com...
We return to the inexplicable Cave-Mania of the early nineties with one of the least effective protagonists ever seen in a platformer. Chuck Rock's primary attack is to bulge his belly out by a few inches. And maybe throw stones if they happen to be nearby. And maybe assault a Buca di Beppo if it doesn't have crenelated battlements.
This week's episodes: Jar Of Wisps, Soul Locket, Friend Finder, and Tainted Lazarus.
Bionic Commando is one of the best games for the NES. Taking away your jump and forcing you to rely on predictable swinging physics was (and is!) a novel concept, matched by a delightful semi-serious, semi-goofy tone and exquisite level design. So you can imagine how high hopes were when a sequel was announced. Well, that was a mistake.
This week we dip into the wooded valley at the heart of the Altus Plateau, to see the unpleasant sights and hear the unpleasant sounds. See, there are Wormfaces about. And also a very deadly Bloody Finger who has been double dipping in powers. And a tomb with a gimmick straight of of Zelda. Altus is weird!
This week we talk about the Season 1 DVD's special features, including some extended scenes and some very fun screen tests. Then we read your responses to Breaking Bad's first season and prepare to dive into Season 2. We would like to thank Gwen Static for composing our theme song, and Trent Peters for creating our great podcast art.

The End Boss: EA removes CPR end zone celebration from Madden. Sega dicks over Bitmap Books. Member of STALKER dev team dies fighting Russian invasion of U...
Thank you Abe! It's time to circle strafe the Monstrous Manual with Heretic! This Doom Clone has a lot of subtle improvements that make it more than just Doom with Wands. Listen in to find out more! Support Watch Out for Fireballs!
This week's episodes: Worm Friend, Bone Spurs, Hungry Soul, and Your Soul.
Tootinis is a game that feels like a student project that ended up getting a little money behind it. Very little money, mind you. So we're fully in "Please Be Cool" mode because all these people did was make a weird kids' game with baffling characters and a very funny intro. Additionally we talk about what Totino's Pizzas become when they enter your mouth, the new garage that Kole saw, and Gary's glimpse at our cold metallic future.
This week we venture a little further into Altus, getting our first glimps of the Capital walls and the ghostly banners that still fly over it. We head through the Lux Ruins and some features of the southern roads, fighting Godefroy and talking with Millicent, Rya, and Corhyn. Not all is well in this once-golden land.
Hello! This week we're continuing our discussing about Uncanny X-Men with issues #15-18, the conclusion of the Dark Angel Saga. It's good y'all! Reminder that you can read along with and ahead of the show by subscribing to Marvel Unlimited (we don't get paid for you doing that, so it's not an ad, it's just a cool service). You can also use Comixology, or buy the trades from your local comic book shop (the preferred method, if we're being honest). Be sure to check with your local library to see i...
