Everything To Guppy is a bite-sized, four-times weekly comedy/gaming podcast in which Gary Butterfield (Watch Out For Fireballs) and William Hughes (The A.V. Club) attempt to analyze every single item, boss, character, and concept in the rogue-lite video game The Binding Of Isaac. They manage to pull it off only slightly less than 50 percent of the time.

This month we cover the 1981 film Possession , which is one of the strangest things we've watched and covered on the network. Mark returns home to find that his wife Anna not only wants a divorce, but is also acting very strangely. But Mark is unwell too. And there are greater forces pulling the strings here. This movie is hard to get ahold of and very hard to watch at points, but it's also unlike most horror or drama movies we've seen.

This week, we stop on by some of From's earlier days and talk about one of our favorite video game soundtracks: King's Field 4/The Ancient City. It's got strong melodies, strong atmosphere, a touch of dorkiness, and touch of jazz. We included more examples of what we're talking about in this episode since not everyone has played the game, but we still encourage you to check out the full soundtrack for reference, and because it's a killer listen....

Why does this exist? Even though Mortal Kombat is pretty juvenile, it makes zero sense to create a childrens' cartoon based on the property. So this show from 1996 is already on a bad foot. Additionally, it's also extremely bad. The animation and blocking are poor, the dialogue is 90% cheesy one-liners, and too much of the runtime is taken up by dogfighting in dragon jets. Wait, did you not know there were jets?

This premium WOFF! looks at the strangest of the DS Castlevania games. Before they became all the rage in the indie space, you headed to the DS if you wanted to play a Metroidvania game. Konami eventually lost interest in making them, but before they did, they gave us one of our favorite entries in the series: Order of Ecclesia. It bucks the trends of previous games inspired by Symphony of the Night and focuses on tough but fair combat and a very expressive Glyph spell system. Is it for everyone...
