Club) attempt to analyze every single item, boss, character, and concept in the rogue-lite video game The Binding Of Isaac. They manage to pull it off only slightly less than 50 percent of the time.

Street Fighter 2010 makes people angry. It posits an alternate future for Ken, where he picks up science and saves the world from his own misused creation. Street Fighter fans are more invested in Ken becoming some kind of dojo master or something boring like that. Choose cyber-Ken to be cool.
We begin our 3D Platformer Month with a modern loveletter to 90s platformers like Banjo Kazooie and Super Mario 64. Hat Kid runs afoul of the Mafia, and she must collect her hourglasses (which are spaceship fuel) from a planet full of colorful jerks. The game runs high on charm, but it also runs right into our fundamental problems with this genre. So we try to put on our "3D Platformer Appreciator" hats and see what's good here and what falls short. Support Watch Out for Fireballs!...

Hello true believers! This week Gary and Jeremy continue their coverage of X-Men Evolution, covering episodes 4 and 5, despite saying that it was 5 and 6 while recording. Episode 4 introduces us to the pitiful Blob, who's primary hobbies are rolling around in filth and not taking no for an answer. In Episode 5 we're introduced to Storm's American family (??????), specifically her mutant nephew Spike, who's gross power is gross. Enjoy!

This one gets gnarly. Just a heads up.
Autumn Greer joins me once more to finish out this book, which climaxes with Eddie and Roland wandering into the Maine home of Stephen King himself to learn about the cosmic stakes of the novel they star in. Meanwhile, Jake and Callahan accidentally cause 9/11 and Susannah is carted into the Dixie Pig to give birth. It's a weird book.

I'll tell you what I don't want, what I really really don't want.
FromSoft announced a new game a couple of weeks ago, and we decided to record an Appendix episode about it. We expound on the little we know about Elden Ring, and offer up our hopes and concerns for the new title.
