In part seven of "Unconditional Love," Brother Duane teaches God's grace and its relationship to holiness. While God forgives our past, present, and future sins, sin does have consequences. Sin affects our relationships with others despite being forgiven by God. 

Understanding and embracing the fear of the Lord is essential for living a holy life. There are two types of fear: demonic fear and godly fear. Demonic fear distances individuals from God, while godly fear promotes a righteous life, aligning hearts with His holiness. Demonic fear pushes people away from God, whereas godly fear leads them toward a life of righteousness.
