Dan and Prateek talk about the pitfalls of using Cost of Delay and CD3 for prioritization. They talk about Mike Ditka, Tom Brady and the NFL draft as an example of misjudgements of value. Monte Carlo simulations incorporating value are used to highlight the problems with CD3. We go all the way back to Episode 8 to find an alternative approach, ie. Right Sizing.
