His work centers on how lifestyle modifications, including sleep, spirituality, nutrition, breath work, and movement, can improve mental health. He works alongside Dr. Drew Ramsey as co-host of Friday Sessions, a popular Instagram Live series about male mental health. Greg also frequently contributes to Men’s Health magazine as well as the Washington Post. Greg’s work has been featured in the New York Times, NPR, the Today Show, and on the PBS New Hour. He has made a regular appearance on Live with Kelly and Mark for the past three years.
