Dr. Yin Hsu explains the powerful connection between oral health and diabetes control. He reveals how gum inflammation contributes to systemic inflammation, high blood sugar, and cardiovascular risk—and why regular dental care and nutrition are key to prevention. From deep cleanings to fasting-mimicking diets, Dr. Hsu shows how integrative dentistry can improve both your smile and your metabolic health.

Dr. Yin Hsu earned his first dental degree from National Taiwan University before moving to the United States, where he studied public health at Harvard and continued advanced dental training at Tufts and the University of Florida. A lifelong learner with over 200 continuing education hours annually, he holds both Fellowship and Mastership distinctions from the Academy of General Dentistry and has twice received its Life Long Learning and Service Award.
