#5: Jaida Steele - Building confidence, fighting perfectionism, building an agency

In this one, I had a great conversation with Jaida Steele about a couple different topics. We spoke about her life long entrepreneurial journey from selling candy in school to a clothing brand & now an agency. We went beyond business and also touched on confidence building, why perfectionism holds people back & suggestions for people in the early stages of their personal development journey. She was also recently on a tv show which is dope. Jaida is super sharp & had tons of diamonds to drop.
