Welcome back to the Driven Young podcast and today I am joined by Matt Caruana.

Now.... In this episode I am interviewing Matt Caruana. As you will hear in the episode, at 16 years old Matt attempted suicide, 2 weeks later he woke up from a coma to realise that he was still alive. Today he speaks at schools to share his message and works with young people to help prevent anyone else going through what he did.

So if you are sensitive to this stuff I wanted to preframe that before you listened, however, he doesn't go into too much detail.

In this episode Matt shares his story, how he overcame his struggles, he talks about mental health and what he went through, we talk about self-awareness, the importance of a coach and so much more.
