Ronsley is the producer of the audio documentary The Psychology of Entrepreneurship.

He is an international & TED speaker, and the author of the book AMPLIFY - How to raise your voice, boost your brand and grow your business.

Ronsley is the founder of audio marketing agency Amplify, which focuses on giving brands a voice.

And he also hosts the largest podcasting even in the southern hemisphere, which I attended back in 2018 and it gave me the idea to start this show.

In this conversation, we dive deep into the "Imposter monster" which everyone on in the world faces and can be especially prominent with young people who don't have any experience.
