He built my home, and now I'm able to enjoy it for the next 100 years. And I'm making I can make beautiful memories in my home.

Grab your pen and notebook because we're about to dive in. What's up, everybody? I'm Chaz Wolfe, Gathering the Kings podcast. Today, I've got Nick Yahoo died here on the King stage. My brother, how are you? Oh, well. And yourself? I'm I'm also well. It's a it's a fantabulous Monday here. How did I do on that last name? Very close. Yahoo dying.
Yeah. Everyone knows me as Naveed Nick, but everyone in the billing industry knows me as Well, Diane or they called me short Nick. So nobody really uses last names anymore, I think. So first name is fine. Thank you. Just Nick. If if if you heard the podcast, His name is Nick. He's a home builder in LA. Okay. Got it. You know the guy now. Alright. Well, Nick, obviously, you're in the home building space, but tell us tell us a bunch of business. Like, what you've been doing it for a while.
Give me just a quick backdrop of what kind of business that you're in. So I've been building homes here in LA for about 17 years and primarily today, we focus on the bigger projects. So whether it's a company's home renovation or taking an existing house, bringing it down, and building it from scratch, We're just thinking raw land and just building incredibly beautiful home. Yeah. That's incredible. And all over LA, do you guys a specialized in certain area.
We primarily work in West Dela and the San Fernando Valley. The people who are familiar are, we go anywhere from Malibu the way down to LA and then as far as probably Culver City and up to the valley. Okay. Well, that's awesome. We wanna get into your story here a little bit, we do that, Nick, I wanna know I mean, you've been doing this for a long time. You know, you're at a certain level of success, if you will. Why do you still do it? Why what's what's the bigger play for you?
Why are you doing obviously, number 1, because I gotta make a living and be able to take care of my family and kids. But number 2 is I really, really, really do enjoy it. You go into people's homes. You're there for a short amount of time, sometimes 6 months, sometimes a year, sometimes a year and a half, and you take their emotions, their dreams, their things that they have in their mind, then you bring it to reality.
So there aren't too many people who could say, you know, you Chaz take someone's dreams, ambitions, and goals, and something sometimes they've worked for it for 2030 years to be able to get to that stage. And now they have something and they wanna take that and cherish it and make a raw piece of dirt into a beautiful room that they can enjoy with their family. Yeah. That's pretty special. I hit, excuse me, it hits home with me just specifically just because in 2021, we started building our home.
And which we've been here for, you know, right at 6, 7 months, something like that now. And you're right. It was it was a it was a dream. It was a thought. It was a a hope, you know, many, many years ago and the things that that my my wife could see, things that I could see, we, you know, melted them together, and and now we get to now we get to be here. And so you're right. We're making a life with our children out of something that someone like you brought to brought to fruition for us.
So that's pretty cool. What, like, from that mindset, right, of being able to, like, see the fruition or people's dreams come true Chaz why you started the company originally, or did that grow over time? I think that grew over time. The way I got into that billing industry is I actually had a I used to sell cars.
And then this guy that I sold the car to that really saw that was really organized in my office when I was selling the car to him, So he kept coming to me and he telling me, listen, idle construction. You know how to do paperwork. You gotta run an office. Let's work together. And I told him, listen. Absolutely. I have no desire to deconstruction. I don't really know construction. You know, I have nothing. I've yeah.
I'm a little bit heavy, but as far as construction and being able to put a home together, I know about your warehouse. So he kept bugging me bugging me bugging me. Eventually, he's like, you know what? Why don't you just help me do the contract? And I'll pay you. I'm like, listen. I don't even know what you might help you do a couple of contracts just to get you on your way, and then maybe you could hire a secretary.
So he kept bugging me enough, and then I just Did one deal, 2 deals, 3 deals, 4 deals, and outs. Today, I think it's been about 17 years later. He's a long dude. He's a retired I talked with the company about, I think, about 4 years ago. And it's just again, it's there aren't no. What I compare myself to is I'm not a tow truck driver. Where I go and, tow people's cars. And then now they come to me and I I'm putting a gun to the hand side.
I'm gonna have to listen, paying you $500 to get your car back. I enjoy what I do because you take people's dreams and you make it into reality. And if you give them good customer service, you know, they'll always remember and cherish that memory of, listen, I had a crappy home, and this guy came in. He built my home, and now I'm able to enjoy it for the next 100 years. And I'm making I can make beautiful memories in my home. Yeah. Yeah. It's pretty special. Very cool.
Okay. So practically speaking, you know, you just took over the business fully, I guess, 4 years ago, but you were involved. It sounds like, you know, for quite a long time before that. What was a good decision, Nick, that you guys made in business or maybe that you've made on your own in the last 4 years? That you can share with the audience that's just practical. They can write it down. They can go implement it into their business today. I think from very early on because we're Jewish.
We had that implement, let's give people a good service Let's give people's fair service and give them fair pricing. So whether it's your average client who's only doing your bathroom, or someone who's spending days of dollars with you, basically treat the janitor and the CEO or the CFO the same way. Because I believe whatever you put out, you're gonna get back. And I believe there's more than enough blessings and money in this world for everyone to enjoy.
So I think the way you should always approach business is to believe in god and then know that there's a higher being and that a higher being is Could I be able to ultimately feed you and your family and everyone else? So I think one of the biggest aspects for me in business is did you business fairly and be able to give everyone respect, especially with home belief, because there's a lot of emotion that comes into play. There's a lot of money people are stressed out.
You know, they're working their night to 5. They're coming home after Chaz, and they see something that they don't like. So emotions can go crazy sometimes. Yeah. But I think the best thing I can give, the best advice I can give to, whether it's a business owner who's been in business for a 100 years or just starting out is believe in god and treat people the way you wanna be treated. Yeah. Yeah. Chaz the 2 greatest commandments. Right? Absolutely.
Okay. So that's quite that's quite a solid recommendation, I'd say. I agree with those things. Inside of I want you to give me, like, okay, whether it's a a story or maybe a moment in time where your customer service or doing something unto someone, which you want done in return to you. Give me an example of when you did Chaz, and it, like, came full circle. And I was like, okay. I am so glad that I do this. That that's a Chaz is a core belief of mine. Give a story you can share with us?
I think it comes back to me honestly every day because I'm a true believer in god that he only will send you blessings. So the way I try to approach everything, whether it's a client or whether it's the people that work for me, whether it's the my neighbors or my office neighbors, whether or they're even gonna say a homeless guy on the street. I think if you give good out, it always comes back to me numerous, numerous times.
I mean, there's, like, I would say a million times where you don't even expect. Yeah. You know, sometimes you yourself get into a trouble or a headache And I don't know where you just see miracle just happened in front of me. And you're just like, wow. You know, like, I had no idea that, you know, today, it was gonna be a good day for me, and I was able to get out of this headache.
So I think it's just numerous times where god has reached out and given me a blessing where it's just There's what I mean, I can give you one specific time. There's one particular that's actually happened, not too soon. I mean, this may be a little bit too personal, but I like to share it because I think people can grow from it. Yeah. So, unfortunately, my wife is going back about 2 years ago around Corona time, was diagnosed with a tumor in her brain.
Wow. So that was an extremely hard time for us. I was actually in the middle of building my old home for myself and my family, and this happened. It was extremely hard for me and my kids, and I took it took it extremely hard. We were in our home. We were at another home. So, basically, what happened is I take my wife the doctor expecting just to get a prognosis of what's going on, and then we expected to go to one hospital and that doctor was way too busy for us. He didn't wanna take us on.
So we contacted another hospital, and we went there that same day. And, again, remember, this is starting at 8 AM. I think it was, like, in a Friday morning. So I was expecting just to get a diagnosis and and come back home with her. So as we go to this second hospital and we do the test, we walk out and the doctor gets in touch with us right away, it texts us. He's like, listen. We need to do a Zoom right away. Like, okay.
Fine. You know, hopefully, it's good news because it's, you know, he's reaching out to us right away. Unfortunately, it was very bad news, and he was pretty much within the our robust sync of us doing the tires when he getting the t scan, he tells us, listen, you need to admit your wife's into the hospital within the next 2 or 3 days because this is a big tumor, and it's right. It's very dangerous in her brain, and She needs to go in right away. And I'm thinking to myself, holy crap.
You know, like, if it's that urgent, you know, why wait? He's like, no. No. No. You you don't understand. Today's Friday, Monday morning. I want you to check-in. So I tell them, listen. If it's that bad, why didn't I just check it into the emergency room, And at least you have access to it, and you're able to start, you know, whatever you need to start right away, you can have her under supervision. So he says, you know what? Great. No problem. So I literally remember now it's around 11 or 12.
I dropped off my wife in the emergency room, and because I wanted to get in there quick, I tell her, you know, leave the car. Let me go park the car. You walk in, and I'll be right out there with you. Little Chaz we know it was in middle of corona, and everything was, like, tight, tight, tight, shut. So I dropped her off. She walks into the emergency room. They left her in. I parked the car. I tried to go back into the emergency room, The security guard is like, yeah. Go ahead. I'm like, listen.
You don't understand. My wife is going in for brain surgery. No. This isn't the right thing. He's like, listen. I don't care. So, obviously, I tried many different ways to get into the hospital. I didn't wanna let her go just because, you know, it's freaking scary as it is. Oh, I think your wife go and not being able to hold her hand, let alone, you know, she's freaking out. So I tried numerous ways. I tried to sneak in. I tried to get in touch with the doctor.
The doctor's like, no way in the world. No. It's I'm sorry. My hands are sides. They're unless, you know, she's not competent. There's no way. I tried to reach out to the Chaz nurse. I'm like, listen. She's not competent. She's like, listen. You can't fool me. I spoke to her. I took your information. She knows who she is. She knows what the day is. You cannot come in. I'm like, what do you wanna do?
She's like, so I literally stood there, I think, from, like, 12 in the afternoon to, like, I think, 6 or 7 in the afternoon in the parking lot in my car. And they're like, no. We're not gonna let you in. So at the end of it, because we keep, you know, I should buy. I at the end of it, I'm like, you said, Fine. Let me at least go get her food. So I go get her food. I bring the food to her. I drop it off. She has food for the night. Saturday night, I go back to the hospital again.
They're like, we're not gonna let you in. I think Sunday, they do the surgery. Thank god. Everything went well. And the reason I tell you why this is a miracle is because When I was on the phone with Zoom, it's me, my wife, and the Zoom in the car were talking to the doctor. The doctor literally told us that Friday You like I said, there's no easy way for me to tell you this, but I wanna tell you because this is my obligation as a doctor to tell you.
Yeah. I'm if I move my surgical equipment, a centimeter the wrong way, there is a chance your wife will not wake up. I'm like, what? He's like, I have to tell you Chaz a doctor. This is an extremely comprehensive surgery. The tumor is between her two brains, and it's right there in between I have to be specific, Nate, careful not to be able to move, you know, from even a centimeter because there's a lot of nerves there, and I could cause Massive nerve damage.
At this point, my wife was already the one of the reasons we went to the hospital to begin with was because her vision was starting to go. Because apparently, this tumor was putting extreme amount of pressure on her wrist. She was at Abel Diving. She was having vision issues. So, you know, you trust him on Chaz. And then you dropped him off at the hospital, and he can't go in. And and she has to surge me now, and I know that I can't go in. So extremely crazy. So this is Sunday.
She has the surgery. Monday morning, the doctor gets in touch with me. He's like, listen, everything Wolfe, she's up in alerts. Everything is fine. We're she's doing extremely well, and she should be able to go home fairly quickly. I'm like, fine. Great. Beautiful. So I'm a big believer in giving donations and just, you know, adding gods protect me at least as far as assets. So I obviously pray. I do everything I hate to do. I go to Synagogue.
The doctor, I think, gets in touch with you around noon. And I tell my assistant, I'm like, listen. You Give me, like, 26 checks of a small Wolfe of donation, but let's give them out to these synagogues and a couple of different organizations that we always help out to. Yeah. So I literally remember taking these envelopes and dropping them off in the mailbox. And I remember giving the donations out online that we need to give. So I this is within probably, like, 3 minutes.
I drop off these one issues in the mailbox. And I'm driving up to the light. I get a call from the doctor again. He's like, you know what? Your wife is doing extremely well. She's still in the ICU. But you wanna come pick her up? I'm like, what? He's like, he's like, come pick her up. Like, what are you saying?
You know, she's She's like, he's like, he's like, I don't know what to tell you, but all I can tell you is from the time we took her off the medication that we were giving her, till now, she's reacted extremely well to everything, and something happened that she's she's finding the world. She's she she can get up and just walk out. So to me, that was, like, an extreme, extreme miracle of god because you take a person within a matter of 2 or 3 days who has a massive tumor in the brain.
You give them a surgery. She showed the ICU So that so that aspect, I still remember this. When I drove off to the hospital, it wouldn't let me go in still, so they were bringing her out. They were bringing her out. The actual charger, she was in the hospital for, I don't know, numerous years, and I said I had never ever seen anyone from the I the ICU department lead and not go to that regular hospital rooms and just walk out of the hospital. He was like, blown away. He's like, I'm nervous.
Let alone in, I mean, like, coronavirus. So I don't know. Call me crazy. But I believe in god because How could it be? You know, like, you give us and it wasn't it wasn't a huge dollar amount. So we just I I just felt like, you know, you asked my Rabbi. My Rabbi is like, listen. I know you give donations, but give, like, 5¢ more than you usually do or do something for someone or pray live an extra harder. So I don't know. Call me crazy, but I think God has a mission for all of us.
And I think when you do something out of the ordinary and you go out of your comfort zone and you do a little bit more, you know, he's always there to back you up and give you a little boost on Hey, Kings and Queens. Jazz Wolf. I wanna talk to you about something that's super important to me. We put a lot of time and effort. We, meaning myself and my team, into this podcast, into the content that goes out every single day.
And if you have been getting any sort of value or insight from this, we want it to be able to reach other business owners too.
So we would love if you would like, comment, share, leave a review, post, share again, all of the things on social media, on all the different platforms, or even on the podcast mediums of Apple and Spotify, we would love to be able to get our content into more hands, more entrepreneurs so they can grow their business as quick as Together, we are building a community of like minded entrepreneurs who are committed to growing their businesses to new heights. So let's do this. Let's help each other.
Let's help each other grow. Yeah. I agree. I think that there's a lot of opportunities that we have, and I can even think of stories in my own life with my wife and children Chaz we would say the same thing.
It's, like, in those moments where it's the most difficult where, you know, most people wouldn't even be thinking about their business or g giving donations, their full on attention would be their wife having brain surgery, which is not necessarily the wrong wrong place to be, but for you to be able to be outwardly expressive towards other people in in that way really just opened you up, which is incredible principle, really, because that Chaz can go into all areas of life.
Of course, in our business. There's, I'm sure, been times in your business where we can probably all think of, but the encouragement to the listener here right now is Look, do do go the extra mile, do the extra thing for the client. I had one guy this just makes me think of it. I had one guy tell me that, you know, they don't he does decks. And, and he doesn't do remodeling to homes.
But every time he does a deck, he looks for a ceiling fan or lights or anything that's associated in or around the deck Chaz could be replaced. That's just a couple hundred bucks to him Chaz he replaces, and it makes it this extra little thing for the client. And the client's wowed, and then he gets a referral. And then it just it's just a downward spiral, so or an upward spiral, in this case. So thank you for sharing that super vulnerable.
I cannot imagine taking my wife to the hospital for brain surgery. I can only imagine the weight of that feeling for you and your family. So super encouraging to hear that she's She's well. I I wanna flip the script. I wanna know of of a bad choice. Maybe a decision that you made that didn't work out so good. Something that we can learn from and maybe steer clear from. Believe it or not, I'm gonna go back to the same thing.
I'm gonna go back to having a partner as good Let me tell you the goods from the experience. Look, Peggy. He taught me construction. Yeah. He taught me everything I need to know to be able to learn now be on my own and do everything that I need to do. Sure. Well, anytime I think you put two people together, even if they're brothers, even if they were grown near the same households for 2030 years, You're always gonna be butting heads.
And, unfortunately, today, if you ask me, I don't think and I told my kids this. I don't think partnerships, especially when it comes to a business, is the right fit. Maybe for me, it's not the right fit. Maybe for other people who's respected, but sure. I don't think I will ever and y'all help me ever ever ever partner up with people again in business to be able to run a successful business because You're always gonna be buddy. I mean, don't get me wrong.
He was a great business partner and maybe even mentor for me for maybe whatever, like, 13, 14 years. Before we decided to split ways, but partnership in a business and any business, especially when it comes to construction and dealing with a 100 subcontractors and multiple homeowners and, salespeople and project managers, etcetera. I think if I could give your listeners One piece of advice is to try to do it on your own. I put in all that extra effort that you opt that somebody else Wolfe.
But in the long run, I think you will hide yourself in the back and say, listen, you know what? I was able to do it and you'll reap obviously all the rewards, but I think people Wolfe don't know a business. I wanna jump into a business or extremely rural while I say, listen, there's no way I can do it on my own But I think you just got to believe, and I think if you believe and you went step by step by step, you'll never go along. Yeah. And I I can I can appreciate that perspective?
I think that every entrepreneur to a certain level believes that they can do it. Otherwise, they wouldn't have made the jump, but think the distinction that you're making here is not so much necessarily that you don't need other people, because we do. Right? You have a team of people right now, and you've just decided to build a team of people inside your organization as opposed to in a partnership. And that's that's a that's a knowing yourself type of a thing.
I think that there's a a knowingness about you where you're like, Okay. This is just, you know, I like kind of things a certain way. In essence, is what it comes down to, and may they they probably like a certain way, and that that's what clashes. And so it's about knowing yourself, it's about knowing others, about knowing how to put those things together or not. And so I appreciate that distinction, for sure.
The would you say, though, inside the business, even though maybe you don't have a partner today, that putting strategic either personalities or characteristic traits or partnerships from just people. Maybe they're not partners in the business, but partners from a people perspective is still equally as important. I understand. I truly, truly believe that I have a successful business. You need to have good qualified professionals who are extremely talented in the business.
In my business, I need to have my business is not me. My business is the people are there to help me to be able to put a house together. If I didn't have a competent electrician and plumber drywall guy Right. Roofer, There's no way in the Wolfe. I'll be able to get the house done. So one of the reasons I pay my people extremely well, and I go to qualified individuals Like, if I go to my plumber telling me telling him to do my electrical, he has no idea what that is. Right.
If I go to my painter and tell him, listen, to do Stuckle, he has no idea what that is. The reason I go to qualified people who specialize in one field is to be able to give my client a cleaner, more beautiful project Chaz inspections, and everyone's happy. I don't use a handyman to put a house together because, yeah, maybe we do it. But it might come out a little bit sloppy. Maybe you will pass inspection, maybe a little bit cheaper, but in the long term, it's not a quality built product.
So I may not wanna partner in my business. But I truly, truly believe that the success of my business comes from these qualified people who have built a relationship with or some of them, for example, my child guy, he's been there from day 1 17 years. Wow. So I think If I didn't have those people, I would have nothing to show for when it comes to business. Right? Yeah. It's good. Alright.
Let's let's flip the script here again, and we've been talking about good and bad decisions, but I wanna know of a process maybe that you have now in business 17 years. When you're trying to make a good decision today, steps do you follow? I think I I've been lucky enough to have I started working. I came to this country where I was, I think, seven or eight years old. By the time I came, my dad at nine years old or eight years old would take me to work with him.
So on Sundays, he didn't want me to just running around the house doing nothing. So he would take me from 9 to 3 and bag groceries for free. It was my uncle's store. I wanna get paid. I would get free lunch. What what I think he was trying to teach me is ethic or work ethic or just quality of life, saying that, you know, a dollar is a dollar. So literally, I would work, I think, from 9 to 3.
And if I was lucky, I'll get a couple of bucks an hour as a tip when I took groceries out to put it into people's cars. So I think that taught me a lot a lot of life just to see the different types of people. You have your working class cashier and Bagier all the way to the risk people Wolfe come and show and everything in between. So I think that truly opened up my eyes.
And then I think when I went from Another transition in my life was going from private school to public school, and that I that was, like, another eye opening experience. So I think those expenses in my life had had had a huge impact because you're able to see the different types of people, and you're able to see that, you know, not everyone's gonna think like you, Right. Other people are gonna have a different mindset.
And I think, again, treating people the way you wanna be treated will always be the winner for you. You know, you can always win an argument by beating somebody down and making them feel shameful or unexpected but you Chaz also win the argument in a respectable way and say, listen, we may not agree. Let's agree to disagree. Let's at least come to some sort of means where a little bit high b. I'm a little bit high b, and then we're able to continue on. Yes. So I think just having Yeah.
The golden the golden rule. Right? It's like it's like your north star. However, I'm making decisions today. It's based on what I want this done for me or or unto me. Right? Absolutely. So I think me being a people person and having different types of experiences in my life has brought that in. I brought that into my life.
And, you know, when I'm sitting in front of a client or I'm sitting I'm sitting with one of the coworkers or a subcontractor, and I agree with you in all aspects of what you're doing, but in the long term, I think if you're able to, you know, at least you give a little they give a little you're able to come to a good media Yeah. 100%. Love that. K. I'm gonna switch over to our speed round. And my first question on the speed round is about tracking or maybe something specific in your tracking.
I wanna know, and, obviously, there's a lot of moving pieces and a lot of things to track inside of a homebuilding business or remodeling even. What would be the one metric that you would choose to track if you could only pick 1? Return on investments.
K. And what I said what I mean by that is if I could truly dial down to every penny that I spend on advertising, marketing, how that would translate into a client, I mean, I think we do a pretty good we have a pretty good formula of how we are able to track that. Sure. But if you're able to perfect that, if you're good, And, obviously, you multiply it by 10, a100,001,000 and be able to be able to bring in more revenue. I think I would work on that. Yeah. That's great.
I think that the what's the rule in marketing? There is no marketing budget as long as the marketing works. You know? If your $1 brings in 2, there would there would never be a budget or, you know, as long as it's a profitable too. Okay. What what tell what book or maybe resource would you recommend for the listener small business owner they're trying to grow. My go to work, whether it's a business owner or to my kids, would be reached at for Chaz.
Just to be able to show them the value of a dollar and just to be able to show them that although we have a government and it's set up and running however it's running, I don't think the whole is out there to be able to perfect your life. So I think Chaz, as an individual, should perfect your own life, perfect your kids' life, I teach them the value of a dollar.
I teach them that they really wanted this country, whether it's me or the CEO of the greatest bank, and always learn about economics and dollar and how to use your dollar valively and make it go make it stretch out as much as you need to I'd be able to u use it correctly in every scenario, whether it's your business or personal life. Yeah. I love how you've correlated it to your to your family, your kids specifically. I just gotta do the same thing.
In fact, inside of Gavin, the King's mastermind group that we've got. We've got a bunch of guys typically that are, you know, in this stage of life, like you and me, where we're building a business, and we've got kids. But this conversation comes up often where it's like, okay. What are we doing specifically? You know, to not only just build ourselves, but to but to build our children.
And I think, Rich Dad, there's a the cash flow book or a game, And and there's just conversations, you know, that I have with our kids that are around assets, liabilities, work, trading time for money, not trade time for money, you know, investing. All these things that you're you're referencing, that's not just good for us. Like, we better understand that stuff too. We're gonna freaking win.
But, man, what a what a blessing to be able to put that into, like, literally infuse it in, build it into our children because, like you said, it, changes your perspective when you when you can grasp the thing that the, you know, government's not gonna save you or the, you know, your your family even you know, I grew up single mom family. No one was gonna come and give me anything. You know, I was gonna have to go go get it. So I think that that's super, helpful, and what a great book as well.
I wanna I wanna parlay this into my next question, which is Chaz do you think about intentionally networking or masterminding with other entrepreneurs? I think anything you can do for marketing or advertising is good. K. Like they say, there's there is no bad press. There is no bad marketing.
I think it was either company or Coca Cola where they say never stop advertising, whether it's in a good time of year or bad time of year or difficult time, always always put your brand name out there, whether it's on a cap, a t shirt. You have a logo on the car, whatever it is. Always market yourself because you never know when that next opportunity is gonna come. Right? It can come from, referral. It can come from a side. It can come from a Chaz.
So I'm a big believer in advertising always and marketing always. And I'm a big I think there's always some good will always come out of it. Yeah. That's great. Okay. I've got one last question here for you, Nick. I have an introspective question. I wanna know if you had the opportunity to whisper in the younger Nick's ear. What would you say? One thing that I'm trying to install in my kids is I Chaz, and I will. Meeting. I can do it, and I will do it, and I will be successful with it.
And don't be scared and take that risk that you think is unbearable or you're not able to do it. I don't think there's any I think you've got put you there in that particular scenario in that situation. It's doable. It may seem undewable to you, but I think if you do it step by step, you know, you can try and mount it if you want. Just, you know, step by step by step by step. I Chaz, and I Wolfe, I think, will go long, long, long way.
Yeah. Yeah. Just the core foundational principle that you're sharing is that you know, that god doesn't put us in places that we can't handle, even though we may not feel like we can handle it. If we have that belief that that that we wouldn't be placed in a scenario that isn't figured outable or that we can't continue just to keep another step after the other one just to get up the mountain. I think is super big. It's it's perseverance. It's persistence.
It's, you know, you wanna I mean, we can go down the list of of how to describe this attribute, but you're percent. Right? Nick, how can how can the listener connect with you? Whether they have just get related to you and they wanna reach out, maybe they're they're in LA. They wanna build a home. Like, Chaz they find you?
