The 4th of July is almost upon us and it always makes me think about legacy, the legacy of our founders and fore fathers, the legacy of our country, the legacy to the world that we are. Here we are 245 years later celebrating our nation. Most legacies don’t survive 2 generations.
What is our legacy? Our legacy is what we teach the young people that are entrusted to us in whatever form they come through your life. Coach, youth minister, teacher, scout leader, police officer, dad, uncle. It is incumbent upon all of us to make sure that certain truths are shared.
