Ahead of that the man I want to help you soon up on Hiway, Wattle, waddle to a shotgun, back to throw all looking us up fires totop again, It's waddle, It's six touchdown. Part of this day, Drive Time with Travis Wingfield begins. Now

let me check your pulse and far what is up? Dolphins? And welcome to the Drivetime podcasting part of the Miami Dolphins podcast Network, covering your team, your Miami Dolphins. How's it going everybody? I am your host, Travis Wingfield, And on today's show, we are back for our first Wednesday show in a few weeks. Back to the five days

a week type of schedule. It's time to get caught up on the five things I think as we look at five big picture thoughts here heading into the home stretch of the season, just three games to go plus playoffs. Hopefully we'll also hear from some players and some really good Monday Media availabilities in to Ron Armstead, Christian Wilkins, and Javon holland all of that and more from the

Baptist Health Studios inside the Baptist Health Training Complex. This is we dive right in here off the top with five big picture observations, and I think we start right here on this Wednesday, December twenty one, offensive Line and Run game. I don't know what the title or the takeaway is here other than the fact that it was really good and I think it could keep getting better.

And then we talked about it on Tuesday. But man, the number of reps we had in that game where it was hat on a hat across the board, the number of reps where we successfully climbed to the second level, the number of reps we had guys seal off gaps that are not easily sealed off, and by that I mean you have to hit a reach, you have to throw that big butt into the gap that you're not in previously and wall off defender all while keeping him

at bay. Happened over and over and over again, and in fact, just out of curiosity, I wanted to look something up as I wrote the script, and I was able to quickly confirm a hypothesis. I thought, maybe, hey, maybe Matt Mulano and Tremaine Edmonds arguably the second best off ball linebacker duo in the National Football League because San Francisco has that top spot notched. Matt Milano had his lowest PF grade against the run of the season,

and it's hardly a knock on him. I mean, that's a guy that's potentially a defensive Player of the Year Canaida. He's having a great year and a great player with a career year. Tremaine Edmunds not the lowest, but the third lowest of the year for him, again, another really damn good player who we did a good job on.

And look, we don't take PF grades here all that. Seriously, I love their data and their stats with the grades they had to as the second lowest graded player on the Dolphins offense in the game on Saturday, what and you know, Mike McDaniel mentioned the grade on Jerome Baker and how that's one of the ones that matched up with the grades of the Dolphins staff had. But I think when you compare PFFS grades, so there are other grades that should be a baseline you can measure right

either way. I guess what I'm trying to say is I'm not using those as the end all be all, but it does jive with what you saw on tape and how Miami was able to get a couple of bad players to have are good players rather to have bad games. But you don't need that to know the line played really well, right six pressures allowed seven point five yards per rush and two of those pressures came from a tight end position, So really good game in

the game on Saturday. And individually, the three guys that have been stalwarts in terms of availability and snaps played have all been so good. All three have been in the top twelve in ESPNS categories run block win rate for Cornor Williams and Rob Hunt and pass rush or pass block win rate for Toron Armstead for the higher season. They've been durable to Ron has battled through some injuries and just produced at a high level despite that. We'll hear from toront On that here in just a moment.

But Toron's pass block efficiency this year is ninety eight point one, and among tackles with four hundred pass blocking snaps, that efficiency is fifth, only behind Tristan Worth's who's nine point five. That's a crazy number for the best right tackle on the National Football League. Larry mutunseil second, Juwan Taylor is third, and Jack Conklin is fourth, and then Big Tea Stead checks in at fifth. Rob Hunt at point two at his right guard position is thirteen among

all guards. So we're talking about uh sixty four players here for these guys right fifth and thirteenth is pretty good. Out of four hundred pass block snaps minimum. PFF also charts Miami with twenty nine runs for one eight six behind right guard this year, and nobody else has played a staff at right guard besides Rob Hunt, so that's

his statistics. Six point four yards per carry. Connor Williams is third amongst centers at nine point oh one of three centers in fact with the past block efficiency of ninety nine or better. The other two guys, Corey Linsley from the Chargers is number one, he just got a huge free agent contract this two off seasons ago, and Jason Kelsey of the Eagles, who is probably the best center in the National Football League. Those three guys are

the best in my opinion. Now, the other two spots have seen changes, but Shell and Jones have settled in pretty nicely. Since his first start the year against the Bears, Rob Jones has ten pressures allowed on two d and twenty eight pass blocking snaps. It's not the numbers of those other three guys, but that's more than good enough. When we talked about this offseason, an offensive line doesn't have to have five superstars. You just can't have tomato

cans and multiple spots. I don't think Miami does right now. And brianon Shell at right tackle sixteen pressures on three hundred and seventeen pass block snaps. That's also over nine pass block efficiency and both have seen an uptick in rushing yardage into their gaps when they're in the game compared to their their counterparts are contemporaries on the team. And that's also a tribute to the backs in terms of the rushing production, who I thought had their best

game of the year collectively. You know Raheem pulling through arm tackles and getting so many yards after contact. In fact, it was the most total yards after contact for a Miami back since j ag Im per Pff big runs, touchdowns and first downs. All three of those numbers from efficiency standpoint have increased this year compared to previous seasons

at the running back position. If we can get that type of balance, man, I am excited to see where this offense can go over the final three games of the season, which brings us to thing I think number two, the money down, third down and if the running game is hitting a stride, and I think it's been something

of a positive climb all year. You know, there were some moments where I didn't get going with the San Francisco game, didn't run it much versus Houston, but we start we saw it start to kind of hit a little bit back in the Bengals and Jets games, provided you know, some good balance over the winning street that we had hit that loll and then had its best

performance of the year on Saturday night in Buffalo. And the reason I start with that prelude, the great Daniel oh Yafusi of the My Andy Harold shared some great stats on Tuesday on his timeline at Daniel O Yafusi about Miami's third down offense and it got me thinking about the money down in general. Let's go ahead and start with the stats. So Miami are twenty one of forty nine on third and short this year that's three yards and shorter, that's forty two point nine percent. That's

thirty second last in the NFL. However, on third and medium, which is four to six yards to gain, they're the best in football fifty eight point six percent. They convert si better with more yards to go on that situation. They're seventeen for twenty nine in those situations. On third and long seven plus yards, which again which is where we great quarterbacks, third and long, two minute fourth quarter, those are the most important elements for any quarterback in college.

When when Scout's watched their tapes, best in football again, twenty six point eight percent twenty three out of eighty

four on third and long for this Dolphins offense. And that kind of speaks to some of the earlier Wednesday shows we did this season, or we talked about signs of growth and improvement in various aspects like the running game, the point total matching, the offensive production we're getting in terms of yardage and conversions and all that stuff with a certain degree of belief and what the coaches and players are capable of on top of the typical production

of an offense that moves the ball so well, like Miami, whose second in yards per play at six point two. And the thought I have here is that the more the sample size increases, more plays in those situations, the better that figure is going to get. Now, that's not a guarantee. I mean, it is only forty nine snaps out of however money we played this year, seven hundred whatever it is at this point nine, I don't know

something like that, but you get the idea. It's it's a fraction of your total snaps, and so that gives you sample size variants, and once it increases, I believe that figure gets better. Even though it's not a guarantee. You can't just show up and it happens. Um. But that's some of the meat that's on the bone that gives me confidence this team will work on and improve

upon and just get even better. It's why during the winning streak, I would see like my bar berber or my neighbor who's a big Dolphins fan, and they'd be like, man, you you were kind of right about this this offense in this passing game, and I'm like, it's just gonna keep getting better. And that's kind of one of the things, like they're so efficient and so productive that if you do that over a long enough period of time, the rest of the important stats will eventually catch up or

even out. And maybe maybe they did a little bit, you know, back to Earth a little bit after the five game winning streak. After that was a kind of raised bar from the prior production when the offense was

clicking but not put enough points on the board. I think that kind of explains it, right, Like there's a baseline that you can expect, and when you produce at that high level, you'll get variants, but over a long enough timeline, eventually you'll be near that baseline expectation on a snap by snap basis for the important categories that can kind of fall by the wayside with a smaller

variance and sample size. And if they do get that number higher the forty two point nine percent third and short conversion rate, well, you can sustain more drives, you

can score more points. But doesn't it always seem like those things happen in plus territory, Like I'm thinking back to the game where we scored thirty plus all the games this year, and the only stops I really remember is like one or two punts in the Detroit and Chicago and Cleveland games and then a fourth down failure either approaching the red zone or in the high red zone, or you know, we get us help in a short

field goal situation and miss that. So that's something I hope we get to see over the final three weeks and beyond, because I believe it can be done. You gotta go get it done. I think Miami can make a big stride in that department, even over just three games and into the postseason. And to drive this point home and to do what we did back before the Lions game, excuse me and the outburst of points the following four games of thirty one, thirty five, thirty nine,

and thirty points. Let's go back to that. We looked at other teams who ranked in the top five annually in yards per play going back to remember that and how the Dolphins were the outlier in terms of the point scored. They had the lowest points per game of a team that averaged or a team that was in the top five and yards per play going back to eight team, Well, that sample size increased and the points

total matched. The ability of the Dolphins to move the ball well, the other teams in the top five this season and yards per play and their third and short conversion rates. And I added Detroit here to give us five teams because they're six. Miami you know his second. So uh, let's pull another team into the top five. Kansas City is number one, and yards per play by actually a lot by by three tenths of a yard

six point five. On short yardage third downs, they are twenty for fifty two, that's fifty solve better than Miami. Buffalo is third in yards per play, just six point one behind Miami six point two. They are thirty nine for sixty on short yardage this year on third down that's sixty. Philly is forty fifty eight, that's sixtent. They're a little bit different in the running game because they never fail on sneaks and j and hurts as a freaking that way. Seattle is thirty of forty seven, that's six,

and Detroit's thirty forty nine, that's sixty one. So here's your top six teams and yards per play and their third and short conversion rate this year. Kansas City, Miami percent, Buffalo sixty five, Philly sixty nine, Seattle sixty four, Detroit sixty one. Do you see what I'm saying. You know, I'm not saying we're gonna close that gap to all those teams, you know, sans Kansas City, who's ten percent back from you know, Buffalo and Seattle and Philly. But

what if we can just get to KCS level. That's a twelve percent increase, which essentially means one more conversion per game, and maybe that's three more points per game. Maybe that's seven more points on a drive that extends and gets into the end zone backwards. Math was never my good suits in sales, but I think it tracks here in the podcast industry. Now. I wanted to give a bunch of data on defensive stats about third down, but I don't have a silver lining here because it's

just been a struggle. Field position has suffered as a result, you know, minimal turnovers twenty nine in the NFL. In that department on third down defense, it's another thing that holds the offense back because you don't get the ball back, you can't go score points. So I do think the quarterback and the opponent in these last three games could see that stat give you an up swing it's been a quarterbacks. I mean this, this Dolphin schedule has been

a murderers row of quarterbacks. Lamar Jackson, Josh Allen twice, Joe Burrow, Jared Goffs having a career year, Brock Purdy had a great game against US somehow, Herbert had his best game of the year against US justin fields. I mean, it's been a lot of good quarterbacks. Kirk Cousins is no slouch, yeah, but I mean I think that the final three opponents you could get a swinging back variance

in the other direction. We'll see what Aaron Rodgers does on Sunday, and maybe a fourth re opponent in the wild card round, depending on how things go, which, by the way, you should be pulling for Miami to get all three wins to go to eleven and six, obviously, and for a Baltimore and Chargers loss on their fine three games. Baltimore has Atlanta, Pittsburgh, and since so one

game that they could lose there. I think conceivably maybe the Pittsburgh game if Lamars not back, and then the Chargers have the Colts, Rams and Broncos not great there, although Herbert against Broncos defenses has not been good in the past. We'll see if that continues, and if that happens, Miami gets either Tennessee or Jacksonville and round one, which then tells you maybe you're not on that same track with the quarterbacks, although Trevor Lawrence is pretty good, so

we'll see about that. But to put a bowl on that thought after that, it's nothing about great quarterbacks in the divisional round and beyond probably wild card round from Miami. So it needs to be corrected by then if we want to be a memorable team this season. Hopefully it does more on the pass rush in segment number two, Let's go ahead and take our first break right there and come back to things three through five. That's next on the Draft Time Podcast, your host Travis Wingfield, brought

to you by Auto Nation. Back here on a Wednesday edition of the Draft Time Podcast. Thing things one through two are finished, Let's go ahead and get two things three through five and number three is that too. Has hit some milestones this season. Number one, he's leading the vote getting or he led won the vote the fan vote for Pro Bowl among all players, all positions of both conferences. I think it's been a season full of

really high level quarterback play. I would say if I had to categorize the quarterback tapes for Tongue of Vola this season, they would go as follows. Elite tapes Ravens, Lions, Bears, Browns, and Bills Part two in Buffalo. That was a great tape in that game. Some of the best quarterback Dolphins tapes I've seen ever, and that goes all the way back to two thousand eight when Chad Pennington was the quarterback.

I also think the first Bills game and Bengals games were really good, like not elite, but really high level quarterback play. I thought Houston and Pittsburgh were also good games. And then I have three bad tapes the opener against the Patriots, the game in San Francisco, and the game against the Charges I thought were bad tapes for the order back. But other than that pretty good. And five of those elite, two more of those really really good.

So yeah, I mean, it's like, you know, to two out of every three games the quarterback players he's playing at a super high level, and one of every four games he has a not so good game. UM, a quick update on his numbers because they've been so good on balance, this season. Uh to go with the fact that I prefer that method of how many good tapes and bad tapes do you have, because to me, that's more reflective of how your quarterback performed over the course

of the season. But the numbers on balance, those also match up with what we're saying here. He's over three thousand yards passing, He's got twenty four touchdown passes fifteen his career now, by the way, and boy, I would

love to see him hit four thousand and thirty. That would be a cool landmark, especially with just fifteen games played this season, and really fourteen and like a quarter he needs two touchdowns per game, which is currently his average, and two hundred and fifty four yards per game to hit four thousand, which he's averaging to sixty point eight, so on track to make both of those happen if he plays at his pace the final three games of the season. Through of teen weeks two, is first in

passer rating one oh seven point eight. Geno Smith is next at one oh five point three, and Pat Mahomes is next at one oh five. He's first in touchdown percentage six point four y p a eight point six adjusted yards per attempt nine point three and yet net yards per drop back, which includes sex seven point eight five yards every time two A drops back to pass, it's first in the National Football League. He's second in

total QBR seventy one point eight. Mahomes is way out in front seventy nine point eight, Josh Allen one tenth of a point behind two and third at seventy one point seven. Two is second, and e p a per drop back at point to eight. Mahomes is first at point three oh and Alan's third at point to three. So two is closer to Mahomes for first than Allen

is to two oh for second. He's seventh in yards per game at two sixty nine point eight, he's seventh, and sack percentage at four point eight percent, and he's fourth in completion percentage over expected at two point one percent. I just think that at age four, the high level player that he's shown in first year in the system, I feel pretty good about him continuing to grow and prove and learn lessons. As Mike mcdaland talked about on Monday.

We covered that in the Tuesday podcast. What a fun year, best season by Dolphins quarterback and quite some time and I cannot wait to see what he does over the final three and beyond takeaway or big picture item Number four here is we talked about two in the Pro Bowl. Two was the top vote getter among all players, better than three hundred and six thousand votes. Alec Ingold won the fullback vote two hundred thousand for him. Tyreek was the top wide receiver vote get her a number two

overall with two hundred ninety three thousand votes. We did a career day me and a couple of people here on staff at my wife's elementary school last week, and I my presentation started off by saying, who's a football fan, who's a Dolphins fan? Who's your favorite player? And that would go around and ask kids their favorite players, and everyone said Tyreek. Every single kid said Tyreek. A couple

of them said Waddle too. And there was one kid that told me Javon Holland and Kyra co who which thought was awesome, but they all said Tyreek over to of which that's crazy. Toronto the top offensive tackle vote getter just a smidge under one thousand votes, So great job, Dolphins fans. Miami is gonna have their best Pro Bowl representation in a long long time this year. Number five thing I think is the past rush numbers, which saw a big jump really from the moment that Nick Chubb

Bradley Chubb trade happened. Whoops, uh well, not entirely because the Bears game was not so great, but that's such a unique quarterback and a game plan that doesn't feature the same volume of passes or even the same style of passing game. When that quarterback him hit the top of his drop, take off and score from sixty yards? Did you guys see his run against the Eagles, by

the way, the one that got called back. Nike needs to dust off the Mike Vick Experience commercial, but put justin fields in there, because my goodness, what a freak. So game by game pass rush rates this is gonna be number heavy, so I know it's not great for an audio platform, but just hang with me. First off, Miami average fifteen pressures per game pre Chubb trade twenty five per cent. That's obviously a huge uptick nearly a

percent increase there. But how about pressure rate by per game against the Patriots was like a season low thirteen percent, Baltimore thirty four percent, Buffalo seventy that was a crazy game. The Bengals game forty four percent. The Jets UH The next lowest in the season was twenty eight percent. Minnesota sixtent against the Steelers thirty nine percent, Lions thirty eight percent,

Bears twenty eight percent. That's where Chub got here, right, So lots of thirties and twenties some below won two high numbers of seventy three and sixty against the Bills and Vikings. Then Chub gets here for the Bears, right Cleveland eighty percent, Texans sixty seven percent, Nineers fifty one percent, Chargers sixtent, Bills fifty two percent. As a team, The past rush win rate from ESPNS forty nine percent. That's

tied for third with the Denver Ancos. Number one is Philly and Dallas tied at fifty and fifth are the Rams at percent. So for posterity the individuals and their ranks, Bradley Chubb is tied for six pass rush win rate among all edges, Chilon Phillips has tied for eight, and then, just for further posterity, Christian Wilkins moved into first and run stop win rate among defensive tackles all alone at the top by the way, So the past rush is getting after it, but why is it not resulting it

more sacks? Because quarterbacks time to throw numbers are very short against Miami. We talked about it on the podcast. It's tough to cover when you're on players five and six and certain position groups. So again, I don't know. You know, the past rush thing is a process over results thing. Keep putting pressure on the quarterback and good

things will eventually happen. I just don't know if you have a fixed for this year with the injuries amounting in that secondary, because you know, the cornerback spot we know is dire. The safety position and Eric Row and Elijah Campbell are both down. In absence of Brandon Jones, who changes the way that defense can play, it is a lot to ask. Hopefully Miami can find a way to to scrape dealers from game plans here and just get a little better on defense. I think that they

can do that. In the secondary. Pass rush is really good, offense is really good. It's kind of the missing piece at this point. I'm excited to see what happens over the final stretch of the season here. I believe in the coaches. I believe in the players to get it on the right track. There, let's go ahead and take our last break on this podcast and come back and do media availabilities. From Tehran Armstead, Javon Holland, and Christian Wilkins.

That's next Drivetime podcast, your host Travis Wingfield, brought to you by Auto Nation. Wednesday means we are onto the Green Bay Packers and we'll hear from head coach Mike McDaniel and to a tongue of by loa on this Wednesday, Let's go ahead and go back to Monday Monday and here from Tehran Armstead, Christian Wilkins and Javon Holland, we start with Miami's mountain of a man at left tackle. To Ron Armstead, who was asked about the running game

performance against the Buffalo Bills. Why was it so effective in that game? Here's Torn. On a podcast we talked a lot about offensive line play. Here's Torn breaking it down like only an all pro type of left tackle can do. On the Dolphins running game Ring game. Ring game is always a combination of things, and really a combination of everybody being on the same page. Old line time and running backs, landmarks reads wide receivers, blocking a perimeter,

all those things. I think we did a great job of just locking in really and trying to emphasizes on the importance of the other ring game and how it directly relates to the passing game. I love hearing opinions from experts like Torn and stuff like that. He's so well versed and explaining to us what he sees. And we learned so much this offseason about this offense from

Torn Armstead. This next one here, I think you guys are gonna love us because he was asked about the three game losing streak and if you identify some bad habits of the losing streak and some good habits of the winning streak, how do you compare those types of things also compared to the earlier losing streak this season? And Toron gave us some great stuff here that kind of drives with the theme of the podcast about the growth and improvement we expect to see because of the

youth within this on offense. Here's Toron talking about just that, Yeah, they're they're they're different, but they're similar in a lot of ways. And I say, are shortcomings that have came from self infliction. Uh, and and some things that I feel like we got better at Saturday Night, the attention to detail, um, the standard that we want to play. I think we got a really good start of where we want to be Saturday Night. Not a thing is And the challenging part about this league is consistency. So

going out to do it every week. We got the week and I think that is that that's the hard part. But us being so young in his system, especially offensively, when you see things work and and it's this is exactly how it supposed like. You have to experience it first and him all right, that's exactly what it needs to be. And that's how it so when when you get those moments, it carries over. He was also asked

about his bookend. On the other side, Brandon Shell his arrival in September too prominent starter here for the Miami Dolphins. What has Brandon Shell met this Dolphins offensive one? Yeah, man has been a blessing, for sure, he's been. He's been a blessing to us. Uh. It's a great professional. The way he goes about his business, the way he orchestrates a plan and goes out and execute um. Even when everything isn't great or going, well, you know what

you're gonna give him, You're gonna get a dog. It's gonna fight, and I'm rocking with him every every every day of the week. Finally, we're gonna hear from Christian Wilkins just one second. But before we do that, why don't we hear from Tehron Armstead on what makes Christian Wilkins such a great player? Ee technique, Uh, elite effort, he has a he has a great feel for the game. Uh.

He mean, he's tough to deal with. He's relentless. I think his biggest attribute maybe plays he don't make initially, like um, when he's chasing the ball down the field, I think that is a an extreme asset to the team. UM. Other teams you have to keep that in mind when they're trying to get extra yards. So you see guys slow down and ball up before the guy in front of him get to him, that's because they feeling their

pressure from behind from Christian and JP. And you know that that's that's a that's a really big advantage for us. We're lucky enough to get Christian in the room after that, And so I asked, Christian, when you see when you hear a player like to Ron Armstead praise your technique, a guy that's one of the best technicians of the National Football League, do you feel like the game is kind of starting to slow down for you here now

and you're number four. Here's Christian talking about his production having two great years back to back, and whether or not the game actually does slow down for the game, Well, it never really fully slows down. You know. It's a fast game, and you know the way offenses try to attack defenses and specific players nowadays, it's never really slow um, you know. But I just try to work hard to slow the game down as much as I possibly can to make sure my technique is as sharp as it

can be, um, you know. And just really starts in practice, players holding each other accountable in our d line room, Clark and Derek holding us to the highest standard, and really on ut and coaching this hard. You know, that's where it starts. And then you're able to do it on Sunday, um, And you know, I hold myself to a high standard of trying to get things right because I know it's what I need to do for not only myself before the team. So one of the coolest

parts about Christian is his dedication to the craft. He does not put you know, negative or bad things in his body and keeps himself feel with good nutrition. Here he is talking about his process and how he's kind of taking the schedule based, process based routine and turned it into what he is as a player now in his fourth year. Yeah, I've always been a very routine oriented person um, but you know, I've kind of taken

it to another level each year. You know, just as I learned my body, understand what works for me what doesn't for me. You know, my sleep schedule and my workout schedule and things like that. Like you pretty much know where to find me, you know, any day at any point based off my routine because it doesn't really change. You know, there's times where you know you might need a little wrinkle, if there's burnout, or if you know

it's getting too tedious. But for the most part, just so I know that I'm as sharp as I need to be and everything all the work gets done that I need to get done week in week out. The schedule of the routine pretty much remains the same. So I wanted to ask Christian about Jalen Phillips because we've heard so much about his workout regimen and how routine

based he is. And Phillips is a guy that kind of, like Christian, had some good production early on but didn't get the notoriety of recognition or maybe the sack numbers weren't good enough for folks to really take notice. So I kind of think it's an interesting comparison there is. Those two guys have for my money, been the two best players on defense this entire year. Here's Christian talking about Jalen Phillips's process and routine and how he gets

ready for Sundays. Uh, Jalen is you know, he's he's like me in a lot of ways. He has this process down, he has his routine, and you know, he has a way of going about his business that works for him. And it's you know, good to see because he's always you know, looking to me or asking me questions or how to improved things and whatnot. And and I'll help him in any way I can. But I think that's part of it, just you know, his his progress as a player and just you know, doing the

things he's been able to do this year. It's just that you know, he loves the game. He cares about the game a lot and puts a lot into it. And that's pretty evident. Um, you know just how he you know how you know emotional he plays, how you know he how much he buys in each one, buys in each week. Uh, you know, to try to be

the best he can be. Why not ask Javon Holland about Christian Wilkins and his schedule or I should say this is where the idea came from from Christian, But Javon told us he's the most scheduled based person he knows. Here's Javon Halland talking about Christian Wilkins preparation and on field production. UM, I'd say as a player first, Christian is probably the most um schedule based and process based

individual we have on the team. Like you see him doing the same thing day in and day out, weekend and week out. UM, continue to organize himself accordingly so that he's always ready for a game day and even on game that he does the same thing over and over again. So I always know that he's gonna be locked in. I always know that he's gonna be prepared to go out there and play at a hundred ten percent as a person. Christian is by far, you know, one of my favorite people in the in the building.

He's you know, he's always bringing you a positive attitude. Um always you know, ready to attack the day and joke around. Would needs to be joke around, but um not. Christian is a hell of a competitor, but definitely a better person. We will finish up here. As Javon was asked about his Instagram post offending quarterback to a tongue about Loa asking why y'all switch up on a player after maybe one or two games that wasn't at an elite high level like he played all year long. Here's

Javon addressing that Instagram video preach my friend. Um, it's not so much for me personally, because you know people are gonna waiver regardless. Uh that was I was on Instagram Live on Court draw was like just some on my other account, but I was mainly talking about people on tour like two has been balling all year, you

know what I'm saying. And we're in the NFL, which is a everybody's getting paid for a reason because everybody's in the league competitor and so there are gonna be games where sometimes the other guy getting paid on the other side of the ball is going to have an advantage, um, and you know gets the best of you know of an an individual. UM. And so when two is out there balling and doing this thing, he's getting all the love. You know, he has one game and now he's the

worst quarterback in the league. Not just kind of something that that that irritated me, Like you gotta have faith in somebody. You gotta believe in somebody, because like we have throughout his whole time here, we believe in him and we know that what he can do. And you guys see that what he can do because he's a hell of a player and he's he leaves us on the field and off the field. So that was that was basically that. It wasn't anything too for myself personally

or nothing like that. Um. You know, somebody asked me like fell was from a cry and was not gonna cry. I was just laying down because I was laying down, you know, the laying on the floor he comingside, chilling whatever. But no, man, yeah, I was just dodges driver to it like that's our got you know what I'm saying. So it is what it is, and that right there is a great place to end. The podcast will come back tomorrow and preview Dolphins and Packers. It's a big game.

I think we're gonna get a big w in that game. We'll talk to you about that before we do that. Almost forgot. We gotta make Week sixteen picks because we hit on seventy percent for the year, dead on at seventy, which means we need thirty four wins over the final forty eight games to hit the goal we set out this year at sevent A massive Week fifteen at fourteen and two brings us to one fifty six sixty six and two on the year, thirty four wins over three weeks.

Let's get ahead of that pace and get at least twelve here in this week. And that looks like this. Give me the Jags over the Jets on Thursday Night Football. And if the Jags do get that win in Miami, Beach Green Bay and then Beach, New England were in the playoffs, Baltimore over the Falcons. Root hard for the Falcons. Don't expect him to get any more wins this year, though, So good for you, Baltimore, Detroit over Carolina, as the fighting Dan Campbell's make their push towards the playoffs. The

Chiefs over the Seahawks. I'll take the Browns over the Saints, although it's gonna be like sixty mile wind gusts in that game. That should be ugly to watch. Titans over the Texans, the Bengals over the Patriots. Give me the Vikings over the Giants. I'll take Buffalo in Chicago and a snowstorm. Give me San Francisco over the go Ahead and begin to start to think about taking Commanders. I'll take the Eagles over the Cowboys, the Raiders over the Steelers.

Then on Christmas Day, give me Miami Big over Green Bay, Denver over the Rams, Tampa over the Cardinals, and pull for the Colts on Monday Night Football. But I'll take the Chargers and pick them to win the game. So not many upsets. It's a week of heavy favorites, which means we will for sure, we'll go eight Nate and ruin the whole idea. Alright.
