[SPEAKER_12]: Our beloved 8% heart A.F. [SPEAKER_12]: Zeltzer is now alive. [SPEAKER_12]: In Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Texas, Ohio, Montana, Idaho, Oregon. [SPEAKER_12]: And so Vania, Illinois, go to hordaefselter.com today, click on the store locator and enter your city or zip to find the closest location near us you. [SPEAKER_02]: That's unfortunate. [SPEAKER_02]: Time to take the leg. [SPEAKER_11]: Welcome to Drinking Throw. [SPEAKER_12]: Yeah, welcome to Drinking Throw's fake.
[SPEAKER_12]: everybody bringing you the realest fake news of the week. [SPEAKER_12]: Last show here with you Jamie and your studio and we're moving on up. [SPEAKER_12]: We're moving on up to our own here, but thank you for everything this week. [SPEAKER_12]: All right, we appreciate it. [SPEAKER_12]: Sorry. [SPEAKER_12]: no AC in here. [SPEAKER_12]: It's all right. [SPEAKER_12]: And you're again, you're on the one black street in Wilmington.
[SPEAKER_12]: And I'll talk about that in Ross Patterson Revolution today. [SPEAKER_12]: But Anthony, a lot of people asking us, hey, why are you going early here today? [SPEAKER_12]: We know you got Memorial Day plants. [SPEAKER_12]: We know you're heading out of town. [SPEAKER_12]: And we want to squeeze in one last one for the drive here. [SPEAKER_12]: Probably drop a bonus show on Friday. [SPEAKER_12]: That was in the can from Texas.
[SPEAKER_12]: For everybody just in case you're bored over the weekend. [SPEAKER_12]: Maybe you're not traveling. [SPEAKER_12]: Maybe you can't afford to travel. [SPEAKER_12]: That seems to be what's on everybody's mind here right now, Anthony. [SPEAKER_12]: Can we afford to travel gas prices are through the roof? [SPEAKER_12]: It is not only affecting driving brands, plans, excuse me, but it is affecting my speech as well.
[SPEAKER_12]: But also flight plans, coup is flying back, flew him back, yesterday to go pick up the last company truck that he drives. [SPEAKER_12]: And it was $488 for a one-way coach ticket.
[SPEAKER_12]: back to Texas yeah all over the news this morning you know i watch good morning america with my wife and cbs morning news and all that other stuff uh uh uh everybody's asking the same question what's the plan with their ramp uh what is because gas prices are killing every single business right now yeah i mean allegedly there's some high-level negotiations going on right now but [SPEAKER_10]: You know, until something actually happens, nobody gives a shit.
[SPEAKER_12]: Well, I mean, I'm looking on our dates right now for our show for thickness. [SPEAKER_12]: May 7th episode, which is exactly two weeks ago to this day, is I ran a piece deal, question mark, and I remember talking to Bob about this and saying, hey, I think we should add a question mark, because I don't know who we're negotiating with. [SPEAKER_12]: You know, as we get into week, I want to say this is seven now, eight. [SPEAKER_12]: I think we might be in eight weeks on this.
[SPEAKER_12]: Trump said four to six weeks, so it had hexith. [SPEAKER_12]: I said the same thing on this show when people were bitching about it. [SPEAKER_12]: So, hey dude, you guys are going to go hard against them. [SPEAKER_12]: After the four to six weeks is up. [SPEAKER_12]: Yes, yes, I am, dude. [SPEAKER_12]: What is the fucking plan? [SPEAKER_12]: And if you have one, why aren't you telling everybody what it is? [SPEAKER_10]: I think this is week nine.
[SPEAKER_10]: The answer to that question is, you don't tell people your plans, that's not smart. [SPEAKER_10]: Then why tell us four to six weeks? [SPEAKER_10]: I don't know that was a mistake. [SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, I don't know why he would do that. [SPEAKER_10]: But right as it seems right now, the average price for a gallon of regular gas is $4.56. [SPEAKER_10]: That's nationwide, by the way. [SPEAKER_10]: So there's places that are quite a bit worse.
[SPEAKER_10]: North Carolina's 424, Texas is 409, California's 614, [SPEAKER_10]: It's interestingly enough, Chevron has started placing placards at all of their gas stations in California saying that it's because California has decided to over-tax the gas as why it's so much higher than the rest of the country. [SPEAKER_10]: That's an interesting move. [SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, they say California refuses to buy American energy, so that's why your gas prices are higher.
[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, it's high right now. [SPEAKER_10]: The US dollar is trading [SPEAKER_10]: Just a little bit below a six week high today as which means inflation is is leveling out, which, because it seems like investors are pretty optimistic that a deal is gonna get done soon. [SPEAKER_10]: I don't know what they know. [SPEAKER_10]: We're gonna spend communicators to them. [SPEAKER_10]: I mean, if you're a smart leader, you know, like let's say I'm running a business and I'm an opera series.
[SPEAKER_12]: We are. [SPEAKER_12]: We're running. [SPEAKER_10]: I'm running a business and I'm in operations and I know that our supply chain issues are about to get solved or I know that we have big sales coming through soon or whatever and I go to finance like, hey, everything, we've got here the deliverables we're putting out in the income that the stream that's going to come in as a result of that and then that would make.
[SPEAKER_10]: that would it's smart to communicate that and it makes the finance team feel a little bit better. [SPEAKER_10]: So if I'm if I'm running a country, I do the same thing. [SPEAKER_10]: Right. [SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, if I'm beset and I know this information, I reach out to the major brokerage houses and investment firms like hey, here's like I can't tell you specifics, but here's what we're expecting to happen over the next week or two weeks or three weeks or whatever.
[SPEAKER_12]: problem is like those those broker challenges and everything else doesn't help average Americans. [SPEAKER_10]: Well, it does if you're if you've got 401k, but yeah, I mean for the most part what it does is free up capital and lower rates, which does help, so it's a second order effect that really helps the ordinary American, right? [SPEAKER_10]: Right. [SPEAKER_10]: It's not the trades themselves. [SPEAKER_10]: Trump said Wednesday, the negotiations were in the final stages.
[SPEAKER_10]: He warned that additional tax could follow if Iran refuses to reach a deal. [SPEAKER_10]: He'll say, as we see what happens. [SPEAKER_10]: Either we have a deal or we're going to do some things that are a little bit nasty, but hopefully that won't happen. [SPEAKER_10]: He's been making those threats for a couple of weeks now. [SPEAKER_12]: It's been three weeks.
[SPEAKER_12]: If you go back to it, Massey said, by the way, and his concession speech, hey, we were supposed to bomb the shit out of our random moral. [SPEAKER_12]: You know, he went scorched earth in that concession speech. [SPEAKER_12]: Obviously, he heard something. [SPEAKER_10]: Oh, no, that was doubt. [SPEAKER_10]: Like, Trump has been threatening this a lot. [SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, yeah, yeah. [SPEAKER_10]: Brent crude futures fell about 6% yesterday.
[SPEAKER_10]: And, you know, they're kind of hovering right around 100 right now. [SPEAKER_10]: Morgan or Tagus Warren Wednesday that Iran may be using ongoing nuclear negotiations at the by time as Trump pauses planned strikes. [SPEAKER_10]: Now they've already reported that they've recovered most of their missile launcher sites. [SPEAKER_10]: I don't know. [SPEAKER_10]: I don't think I believe that to be honest. [SPEAKER_10]: I mean, we had them hard.
[SPEAKER_10]: What do you mean, recover them? [SPEAKER_10]: Like you found the scraps of metal and welded them back together. [SPEAKER_10]: Were the bodies that were there? [SPEAKER_10]: Like, yeah, what did you recover? [SPEAKER_10]: I don't know about all that. [SPEAKER_10]: I think I don't know if you remember me talking about this. [SPEAKER_10]: but drawing a big five-mile circle around these nuclear facilities and killing anybody that comes inside of my think that's happening next.
[SPEAKER_10]: That would be my guess, right, because that's what I would do. [SPEAKER_10]: Or take a set of ran as long use, drawing out negotiations as a strategy to delay pressure while trying to get weapons in from other countries or rebuild what they've got or whatever. [SPEAKER_10]: It's a tactic for the regime to stall the drawing a go issue to the by-time yada yada yada.
[SPEAKER_10]: I would encourage a president not to fall into the trap that the Iranians like to do, which is the drag things out and by time. [SPEAKER_10]: She was a state department spokesman in Trump's first term and later worked on the Middle East negotiations during the second administration. [SPEAKER_10]: And critics have passed Iran negotiations, including many Trump administration officials, have long argued that Iran used diplomacy just to prolong talks so they could rebuild.
[SPEAKER_10]: just like they did in the jicoa that was a whole point. [SPEAKER_10]: I agree with her. [SPEAKER_10]: I think this needs to be escalated post haste. [SPEAKER_10]: There's no, like why are we waiting around? [SPEAKER_12]: I don't know. [SPEAKER_12]: I don't know. [SPEAKER_12]: And, you know, as somebody who's dumb and seemingly gets dumber every single day, I am in touch with with most of America.
[SPEAKER_12]: And, [SPEAKER_12]: I'll say with all the research that I do as far as social media wise and just trying to get a general feel for everyday Americans and our audience in particular.
[SPEAKER_12]: it's it's pretty much either turn that fucking place in the glass and get our gas prices down I no longer give a fuck like whatever's gonna drive the gas prices down do that right now because we're tired of this and we're losing our fucking companies one of our listeners who's a good friend of the show for a long time tin fry is going to a wedding I believe Saturday and he hit me up and he goes hey
[SPEAKER_12]: Can I grab some hearty F-cells for the wedding and bring it to the thing you guys are going back to Tennessee? [SPEAKER_12]: phone call I got off of was hey, dude Gas prices are gonna drive that up seven dollars a case Seven dollars so unless you want your product on the shelf at 2699 or whatever it is the answers No, we'll go back to that triple a thing and throw it up on the screen [SPEAKER_10]: because here and then scroll down a little bit.
[SPEAKER_10]: Here's the more important number. [SPEAKER_10]: Like gas for all of us traveling and shit sucks. [SPEAKER_10]: But look at that diesel average. [SPEAKER_10]: Yes, $5.66 per gallon for diesel. [SPEAKER_10]: And everything that's getting to your house, that diesel is diesel, right? [SPEAKER_10]: Everything. [SPEAKER_10]: That's bad. [SPEAKER_12]: It's awful. [SPEAKER_12]: And people are scared. [SPEAKER_12]: And they're worried.
[SPEAKER_12]: I want to say, it's hard to put it like this, but I was out last night, there seems to be something in the air right now, like if feels like it's going to be a violent summer, if this doesn't change,
[SPEAKER_12]: It's going to be a violent summer because you're going to lose a lot of businesses out there and the everyday average American who's already going through housing crisis and everything else and high prices and property taxes and all this other shits if this doesn't get better, there's going to be violence. [SPEAKER_12]: Yeah, well, I don't know about all that, but I just think cities will burn.
[SPEAKER_12]: Remember that clip we played of the teen flashmoms and, you know, [SPEAKER_12]: attack and shit and whatever else. [SPEAKER_12]: When you have no money and nothing to do during the summer, [SPEAKER_12]: People tend to get fucking violent, dude. [SPEAKER_10]: Sorry. [SPEAKER_10]: The people who are losing the most out of this aren't the type to get violent, they're middle class.
[SPEAKER_10]: So I maybe, who knows, but I'm sure violent stuff will happen because it's summertime and it's, the Republicans are weakening themselves by not getting a solution to this problem. [SPEAKER_10]: So the obviously the left is going to attack. [SPEAKER_10]: And that's how they literally attack. [SPEAKER_10]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_10]: They've foamed in selection anytime. [SPEAKER_10]: There's any kind of breach.
[SPEAKER_10]: Gas president bounce in back and forth today because about three or four hours ago Fox reported that the that Iran specifically the supreme homosexual is demanding that all the enriched uranium stay in [SPEAKER_10]: Iran. [SPEAKER_10]: And they won't let it go. [SPEAKER_10]: Trump is assured everybody, including Israel that that is not the case, but then a senior Iranian official came out about an hour ago and said that's not true. [SPEAKER_10]: And that it's enemy propaganda.
[SPEAKER_10]: I don't know if that's Israel trying to fucking feed us information and make us go ahead and start hitting Iran again, because that's what they want. [SPEAKER_10]: They want Iran decimated they're like they're going to keep. [SPEAKER_10]: They're going to keep saying a little bit more, a little bit more like they're the guy at the fucking Italian restaurant that just wants to let you pile cheese up on this plate. [SPEAKER_10]: You know what I mean? [SPEAKER_10]: That's me.
[SPEAKER_10]: That's me. [SPEAKER_10]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_10]: Until they're finalized so we can't give you any more cheese. [SPEAKER_10]: No, no, you can't. [SPEAKER_12]: That's what I say at all of Garden, and only because I'm a veteran of all of Garden, and it's Memorial Day, but it's [SPEAKER_12]: Uh, you know, and I remember my phone waiters and waitresses out there, but yeah, you can always go more, but that's what Israel is going to do.
[SPEAKER_10]: They're going to keep and it let's not act fucking surprised about that. [SPEAKER_10]: You know what I mean? [SPEAKER_10]: That's just what they're going to do. [SPEAKER_10]: So, um, at some point, we're looking to make a deal that involves no uranium there, or at least no nothing over 3% so. [SPEAKER_10]: Um, I don't know what's going to happen with that.
[SPEAKER_10]: I mean, again, I understand that there are serious negotiations going on back and forth, but if I'm negotiating with somebody and they say no to the most important thing on the list, then gotta hit them. [SPEAKER_10]: Like you got, you have to, this is the thing about negotiations. [SPEAKER_10]: Um, the art of the deal is in my opinion, [SPEAKER_10]: you have to find what the person is afraid of losing and and put it at risk.
[SPEAKER_10]: That's the that's the real key to a negotiation. [SPEAKER_10]: What are they actually afraid of losing and you put that at risk? [SPEAKER_10]: Because I don't think a whole lot of the leadership in Iran is afraid to die. [SPEAKER_10]: No, they're in a fucking death cult. [SPEAKER_10]: You know what I mean? [SPEAKER_10]: That's like, I don't think it's that. [SPEAKER_10]: Humiliation, maybe. [SPEAKER_10]: I don't know, right?
[SPEAKER_10]: I mean, I think you've got to figure out what it is. [SPEAKER_10]: that they don't want to lose and put that at risk and where we haven't done it yet because they're still fucking, they're still playing around. [SPEAKER_12]: Right, and the the biggest issue is this and this was a gaff I made on the show and yes, I've made numerous of those, uh, over the years. [SPEAKER_12]: find out in minutes.
[SPEAKER_12]: Um, when I remember when I told you I said, hey, how many people's I ran have 30 million? [SPEAKER_12]: 90. [SPEAKER_12]: Yeah, I know. [SPEAKER_12]: But I think you guys were calling me Ted Cruz. [SPEAKER_12]: Ted Cruz has said something similar. [SPEAKER_12]: I'll go back to that statement because what the fuck do you do with 90 million people? [SPEAKER_10]: Um, when I don't give a fuck about them.
[SPEAKER_10]: I mean, look, honestly, I think the thing that they are most afraid of is not having oil. [SPEAKER_10]: So I think we should start nuking their fucking oil fields until they stop. [SPEAKER_12]: But what would that do? [SPEAKER_10]: Who gives a shit to the oil around the, the world? [SPEAKER_10]: I mean, I don't know, we can just produce more, but how? [SPEAKER_12]: Because we should be producing more now. [SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, I mean, so, OPEC has caps and stuff.
[SPEAKER_10]: Technically speaking, I think, is it, what was the final date of UAE and OPEC, like they've decided to leave? [SPEAKER_10]: But I think it's next week. [SPEAKER_12]: Yeah, I believe it's at the end of next week. [SPEAKER_12]: Look that up, Luke, OPEC. [SPEAKER_12]: When you a leaving, what's that hard date there? [SPEAKER_12]: It's top of the screen. [SPEAKER_10]: Oh, is they quit on May 1st? [SPEAKER_10]: Top of the screen? [SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, scroll up.
[SPEAKER_10]: It's his May 1st. [SPEAKER_10]: May 1st, so they're out of there. [SPEAKER_10]: So they're out of June 1st. [SPEAKER_10]: So they can produce as much as they want now outside of OPEC, which is why Iran keeps hitting their fucking oil fields. [SPEAKER_10]: So I think we should start, like literally drop in Jdams on Cargile. [SPEAKER_10]: I think we should wipe that island off the face of Earth.
[SPEAKER_12]: Well, whatever it's going to be, um, I don't think it's going to be this weekend. [SPEAKER_12]: Well, more old day, I'm going to ask you is a veteran. [SPEAKER_12]: Would you do it? [SPEAKER_12]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_12]: Okay. [SPEAKER_12]: And whatever everybody will be with that, you think? [SPEAKER_10]: Who's everybody? [SPEAKER_10]: Uh, the country. [SPEAKER_10]: I would be. [SPEAKER_10]: I don't, I mean, leaders don't sit around and wait for the country to tell them what to do.
[SPEAKER_10]: You know what I mean? [SPEAKER_12]: Sorry and and if he doesn't then we go into week 10 of this and at what point are you done with it personally because right now I've I've reached my fucking [SPEAKER_12]: limit right now.
[SPEAKER_10]: I mean, I'm never going to be done with it because I think that no matter what the short term, like I can be done with incompetence, if I think things are not be done, things are not being conducted the right way, but at no point what I give up on making sure Rand doesn't have books. [SPEAKER_12]: Same, but if it's destroying American businesses in the [SPEAKER_10]: Well, there's that you have to find alternative solutions. [SPEAKER_10]: You can't pull off of a ran now.
[SPEAKER_10]: Now, you can't pull off of now. [SPEAKER_10]: I mean, you have to figure out other ways to handle the situation, emptying are using the strategic reserve or whatever you've got to do to make gas cheaper here in the US. [SPEAKER_10]: That's your fucking solution, right?
[SPEAKER_12]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_12]: And he's got a why not turn that on before Memorial Day because if you go back to this when this very first started, I said, hey, if we have this all figured out by Memorial Day, I think everybody will [SPEAKER_12]: not give a shit and life will go on. [SPEAKER_12]: Well, here we are, it's Memorial Day. [SPEAKER_10]: I don't think Trump pays a lot of attention to polls when he's making decisions like that, but they are starting to turn a little bit.
[SPEAKER_10]: It's gone for on 48% disapproval to around 60 for these serrant situation, and the only reason is because of gas prices. [SPEAKER_10]: Nobody cares about anything else. [SPEAKER_12]: I mean, let's, let's point out the obvious here. [SPEAKER_12]: Everybody cares about their fucking gas prices, including me. [SPEAKER_12]: And, you know, again, being on these calls, and I'm sure every business owner is going through this, to set this yesterday and I'll say it again.
[SPEAKER_12]: I'm only going to use ours as an example, because I can only speak for us.
[SPEAKER_12]: But I'm positive you guys at home who own your own businesses or delivering shit is going through the same thing like I'm looking at the recap from the call earlier thanks to AI Jesus Christman assistance or gone here essentially so for us looking at let's say Montana and Idaho we need to combine shipments circle k town pump Albertans and Ridley's [SPEAKER_12]: Do them spaced out two weeks apart.
[SPEAKER_12]: So that way the gas wouldn't drive up the prices in the stores and then also drop off in those locations, make sure they had enough for them. [SPEAKER_12]: But then also the distributors had to have trust in us that people would go out and buy them and say would order extra like, you're asking a lot out of everybody all involved. [SPEAKER_12]: And this is just ours. [SPEAKER_12]: Let alone what everybody else is going through at home, which I'm sure is the exact same thing.
[SPEAKER_12]: This is not a fucking promo whatsoever. [SPEAKER_12]: I don't care what business you're in. [SPEAKER_12]: Shit, if you're driving to work, let's talk about yesterday when I was talking about the cyber truck thing. [SPEAKER_12]: is it realistic for an electric truck to go to work? [SPEAKER_12]: No, it is not. [SPEAKER_12]: If you're in manual labor or any former construction whatsoever, you put any weight in those electric vehicles, it's zaps the fucking battery and you're done.
[SPEAKER_12]: That is not a realistic solution right now. [SPEAKER_12]: To your point earlier in the week, EV is five years away from that. [SPEAKER_12]: So that's not it. [SPEAKER_12]: Most of these dudes who are out here, most of our listeners who are driving trucks around are driving diesel. [SPEAKER_12]: 65 is simply unsustainable. [SPEAKER_12]: And we went through this with four years under Biden. [SPEAKER_12]: Got out of it. [SPEAKER_12]: Trump, we were down to two bucks in gas.
[SPEAKER_12]: Trump was touting under two bucks in certain locations, which is true. [SPEAKER_12]: I'm not going to take that away from them. [SPEAKER_12]: And then I ran and turned that all around. [SPEAKER_12]: And we've had nine weeks worth of fucking pain here, heading into a summer where typically people are trying to go on vacations, take their kids out, kids are out of school. [SPEAKER_12]: They want to play. [SPEAKER_12]: They want to go places.
[SPEAKER_12]: Every place they want to go requires gas, so it's, he's got to go bombs away or figure something the fuck out because if this goes to the summer, Republicans are going to get demolished in the midterms. [SPEAKER_12]: There's nothing you can do. [SPEAKER_10]: I don't know about all that, but it certainly doesn't help. [SPEAKER_10]: You know, I mean, it doesn't help. [SPEAKER_10]: I mean, the problem with it is, look, there is, there is great tumult right now.
[SPEAKER_10]: Excuse me. [SPEAKER_10]: With regard to this gas situation and we just had a series of primarys over the last couple of weeks and 95% of the Trump and Dors Canada's won. [SPEAKER_10]: and zero percent of the dissident woke right whatever the fuck you want to call these groper assholes people got elected [SPEAKER_10]: Well, not one. [SPEAKER_12]: I know I understand that, but I think it's for a different reason.
[SPEAKER_12]: I think that that Groyberg crowd that you were talking about and everybody who would flip flop, which we we chatted about earlier in the week, I think people were smart enough to see through it. [SPEAKER_12]: But those are just primaries, so you're running against your own party there. [SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, but like in the general election in like, it's only, it's [SPEAKER_10]: I think it's 12% or if I'm not mistaken, I'd to look this up again.
[SPEAKER_10]: I think it's 12% of all congressional races are competitive across party lines at this point because of jerrymandering. [SPEAKER_10]: OK. Redistricting me? [SPEAKER_10]: Call out what you want. [SPEAKER_10]: OK. [SPEAKER_10]: But it's jerrymandering. [SPEAKER_10]: But to what extent? [SPEAKER_10]: I mean, yeah, I mean, some of it is undoing stuff, right?
[SPEAKER_10]: Like you're drawing one of the, how do you decide [SPEAKER_10]: It's based on the what we're trying to get to I don't remember what the exact number is it's a total amount of voting population or total model of census population divided by 435 right and that's how many people are in each district.
[SPEAKER_10]: So let's say, I don't remember what the, I think the last sentence, it was 780,000, something like that, if I'm not mistaken, so you're looking at, let's just take Austin, for example, you're looking for counties that are adjacent to one another and the entire county. [SPEAKER_10]: plus the other entire county get somewhere close to that number. [SPEAKER_10]: That's really what you're looking for.
[SPEAKER_10]: So an entire county or two counties that share similar, like it's all working class people, or it's all more wealthy people. [SPEAKER_10]: And like one voting block is kind of represented in that district, that's really what you're looking for. [SPEAKER_10]: Because that's the point. [SPEAKER_10]: You want people who sort of think alike or at least are in the same general circumstances human beings, [SPEAKER_10]: to have a single vote for their representative in Congress.
[SPEAKER_10]: That's really what you're looking for. [SPEAKER_10]: So people in the same county who have pay the same property taxes deal with the same, all the county should that make sense. [SPEAKER_10]: But the way we draw them to 50s, you saw those ones of Louisiana. [SPEAKER_10]: It's like carve out to six different counties up through the middle of the boot. [SPEAKER_10]: Like what the fuck is that? [SPEAKER_10]: Three hours, you know what I mean?
[SPEAKER_10]: It's not three hours drive, yeah. [SPEAKER_10]: Like what you're really looking for is [SPEAKER_10]: A series of counties, preferably, and then maybe at a town, a town, a town, right if they're unaccorporated areas around that have people. [SPEAKER_10]: You can bunch those all together, get somewhere close to 750 to 800,000 people. [SPEAKER_10]: That's what you're looking for.
[SPEAKER_10]: Right now, if you look at some of these places, like the Republicans aren't gerrymandering nearly as much in the traditional sense. [SPEAKER_10]: They are redistricting a lot, but... [SPEAKER_10]: they're mostly doing it the way that a normal person would, right, except for in Texas, the way that they drew those ones around Houston were crazy. [SPEAKER_12]: Oh yeah.
[SPEAKER_12]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_12]: But yeah, as we continue on, my biggest fear is, you know, a lot of people vote with their wallet. [SPEAKER_12]: That has happened throughout the entire history of our country. [SPEAKER_12]: And, [SPEAKER_12]: If the economy is not doing well and the small businesses start going under because of gas prices, you know, you're going to see a lot of angry people now on the, I mean, there's a lot of times to know.
[SPEAKER_12]: No, no, I get that, but on the other side of this, the Democratic side, they have no answers for this. [SPEAKER_10]: No, no. [SPEAKER_12]: No. [SPEAKER_12]: So like even if they wanted to run off of high gas prices, they can't because the prices are the same under Biden.
[SPEAKER_12]: Now, granted, Biden's excuse was COVID during that whole thing and okay, cool, we came out [SPEAKER_12]: And people are able to go back to work without a month, can we can fucking get, you know, people back to work and cheaper gas and all other bullshit. [SPEAKER_12]: What is their plan? [SPEAKER_12]: That's what I'm thinking about like out loud here. [SPEAKER_12]: What is the democratic plan to say, hey, here's what we're going to do about higher gas prices.
[SPEAKER_12]: Not go to war with Iran, I guess. [SPEAKER_12]: Not have a fucking country with nukes. [SPEAKER_10]: Here's the real threat for Trump and Iran. [SPEAKER_10]: If this continues to be unpopular amongst the voting block, he may not care about it, but the senators are gonna care about it and they're gonna invoke the war powers act and try to shut them down.
[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, it won't work and the war powers act is unconstitutional as well and there's a possibility that Trump tries to challenge it at a Supreme Court level and he would probably win because when it is considered a national security emergency, [SPEAKER_10]: And that determination falls almost entirely to the executive branch, right?
[SPEAKER_10]: His advisors and the executive himself, he has broad latitude to act how we want in Article 2. [SPEAKER_10]: He's a commander chief of the military and the Andy has the soul responsibility of defense of the country that does not belong to Congress. [SPEAKER_10]: They have to declare war specifically, but as far as protecting the country, that belongs to him. [SPEAKER_10]: of downtime while a ran is doing whatever the fuck they're going to do. [SPEAKER_10]: You know what I mean?
[SPEAKER_10]: So that nobody wants that. [SPEAKER_10]: So you need to move quickly. [SPEAKER_10]: That's the only fucking thing to say about that. [SPEAKER_12]: Yeah, and look, I've been saying it for the last four to six weeks here or nine, I guess now. [SPEAKER_12]: Times up, bro. [SPEAKER_12]: Like, you got to figure this the fuck out and people are struggling and it's really, really fucking hard. [SPEAKER_12]: And that's everybody I talked to.
[SPEAKER_12]: And that is every, you know, we got the drinking bros [SPEAKER_12]: You know, I read the app, I read the Patreon comments and that is the theme of every single concerned listener or citizen, all that other shit right now is how the fuck do we get out of this and how the fuck do we bring gas prices down. [SPEAKER_12]: So this is more affordable for everyday Americans, because it's affecting everything. [SPEAKER_12]: Everywhere you go, man prices are higher for ever.
[SPEAKER_12]: I don't care if it's a fucking scoop of ice cream It took my kids to get a goddamn scoop of ice cream. [SPEAKER_12]: It was eight bucks yesterday And you can't pray if you know, and I was just like okay All right, but that was the excuse during COVID remember that and everything was high Flation was through the roof and it was just like high gas prices great But if this inflation doesn't cool off as we got a new fed chair in there [SPEAKER_12]: he can cut rates.
[SPEAKER_12]: I believe June 15th is the first day that he can do that. [SPEAKER_12]: That would help relieve some pressure, but I don't know if he can. [SPEAKER_12]: If the inflation numbers come back as high as the word of this month. [SPEAKER_12]: And it's all because of gas. [SPEAKER_12]: So you got to figure this fuck out, Trump. [SPEAKER_12]: Sorry, man. [SPEAKER_12]: I'll be a but that that's hey. [SPEAKER_12]: Balls and strikes, nothing to do.
[SPEAKER_12]: That'll lead us to our first advertisers today, mybookie.com, promo code drinking grows doubles at first to pause it all the way up to $1,000. [SPEAKER_12]: Sit on the couch and get into the action today with mybookie.com NBA Conference Finals are going on Oklahoma City, one last night's dirty tactics against Winby, my god, man.
[SPEAKER_10]: uh... that they were stomping on that guy scraping his fucking eyes out last night's like uh... that guy might end up in a hospital i think that local homicity sent all their uh... defenders to a rape defense course over the weekend and now they know that they stopped that we know law this is my purse yep
[SPEAKER_12]: and that that is exactly where that game looked like last night's uh... he's a young dude and he's got a fight through it kind of like shack had to but he doesn't have the bodyweight a shack which is which is his biggest problem uh... but yeah a lot of people bet on that uh... a lot of people bet on uh... joey ches not do you what happened i think it's in the news [SPEAKER_10]: It's in the, in the, in today's news.
[SPEAKER_12]: Okay, Dan writes this every day, but we've got some amazing news about Joey Chestnut. [SPEAKER_12]: I don't know my friend of the show, but our hero here, and we bet on that every single fourth of July. [SPEAKER_12]: And then the World Cup World Cup is obviously. [SPEAKER_12]: biggest event in the world every two years. [SPEAKER_12]: So, pick your favorite team now, pick them to win. [SPEAKER_12]: Head on over to mybookie.com. [SPEAKER_12]: He's at promo code drinking bros.
[SPEAKER_12]: Double that first deposit. [SPEAKER_12]: Oh, the way up to $1,000. [SPEAKER_12]: I don't have at least a 20 on it. [SPEAKER_12]: I don't feel alive when I'm watching it. [SPEAKER_12]: Next up, DOJ and Dites Roul Castro, former Cuban president Roul Castro has been indicted in connection to his alleged role in the 1996 Downing of two planes operated by the Miami-based exile group.
[SPEAKER_12]: brothers to the rescue, the indictment, which a Florida Grand jury returned in April was unsealed Wednesday, acting U.S. Attorney General Todd Blanche said during an announcement Miami, on Wednesday, it charges Castro with conspiracy to kill U.S. nationals destruction of aircraft and for separate counts of murder. [SPEAKER_12]: when it's revealed.
[SPEAKER_12]: The indictments stands from a February 1996 incident in which four Americans Carlos Costa, Armando, Alejandro Junior, Mario de la Pena, and Pablo Morales were flying in civilian aircraft when Cuban military aircraft shot their planes down in international waters and killed them. [SPEAKER_12]: the indictment alleges, according to Blanche, forgive me. [SPEAKER_12]: I was maybe 10 years old in 1996, so I don't remember this story.
[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, that was a year you graduated college.
[SPEAKER_10]: There were on our civilians and they were flying humanitarian missions for the rescue and protection of people fleeing oppression across The Florida streets as alleged in the indictment Rao Castro and five codependents participated in a conspiracy that ended with Cuban military aircraft firing missiles at those planes and killing four Americans [SPEAKER_10]: Um, nations and their leaders cannot be permitted to target Americans kill them and not face accountability.
[SPEAKER_10]: Blanch also said. [SPEAKER_10]: Um, the quick, the real question about this because Trump has said that CIA is already on the ground over there. [SPEAKER_10]: Um, freeing up Cuba. [SPEAKER_10]: I don't know what the fuck that means. [SPEAKER_10]: We've had some interesting four days into that country. [SPEAKER_10]: And the past, not the least in which was the Bay of Pigs. [SPEAKER_10]: Not Fiasco.
[SPEAKER_10]: But. [SPEAKER_10]: Um, we also sent hookers with syphilis to try to bang fiddle. [SPEAKER_10]: So I heard that, is that a true story? [SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, uh, and exploding cigars like a fucking bug's bunny cartoon all sorts of wild shit. [SPEAKER_10]: They tried to kill that dude over the years. [SPEAKER_10]: Um, the real question is, is this a pretext for war with Cuba or at some level, right?
[SPEAKER_10]: I think it would be very much like, [SPEAKER_10]: Cuba is like Venezuela, but a much, much weaker version, and they have no leverage whatsoever. [SPEAKER_10]: Nothing. [SPEAKER_10]: So they didn't even have electricity flying into the country and snatch and Raul Castro and the current president out of their beds and night is a fucking very doable thing. [SPEAKER_12]: 90 miles away. [SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, I mean, if you get about the distance.
[SPEAKER_10]: There's just a small distance. [SPEAKER_10]: They don't have the air defense of even Venezuela has. [SPEAKER_10]: And you saw we did those, I mean, we're gonna fucking, my guess is we're gonna snatch these two like a couple of people right out of Cuba and and reach out to them diplomatically and say, All right, who wants to take charge or your next just like we did in Venezuela. [SPEAKER_10]: That's gonna happen in the next six months.
[SPEAKER_12]: So with that and by the way, I'm fine with that as long as you solve. [SPEAKER_10]: the Iran. [SPEAKER_10]: Well, those are completely separate situations. [SPEAKER_10]: Like going into Cuba is not going to cost us anything oil-wise. [SPEAKER_10]: They don't produce anything. [SPEAKER_12]: It's not that. [SPEAKER_12]: I only consume. [SPEAKER_12]: I'm just talking about the sentiment of Americans of like, hey, man, you can do all the things.
[SPEAKER_12]: Snatched all these people out of the beds and everything else is long as it drops our fucking gas prices. [SPEAKER_12]: I-I-No lie. [SPEAKER_12]: I think even the fucking whites, liberal women in their-in their neighborhoods who were driving their kids to school, say, hey, Trump. [SPEAKER_12]: If you want to fucking snatch up every goddamn president as white from every fucking country off the face of the earth, and my gas is a dollar 75, I'm in. [SPEAKER_12]: Go ahead, do it.
[SPEAKER_12]: I don't give a shit. [SPEAKER_12]: If my grocery prices are cheaper, I'm in. [SPEAKER_12]: But right now, what would be the plan with Cuba if we were to do this because Venezuela was real fucking quick? [SPEAKER_12]: And by the way, I'm stunned by it. [SPEAKER_12]: I'm actually shocked because that woman, who's running that joint now down there in Venezuela? [SPEAKER_10]: What's your name? [SPEAKER_10]: I don't remember a name.
[SPEAKER_12]: uh look that up Luke um this is chick's name initially she fought back and she was like i'm not going to change anything that's going on and then three days later she read read that's it uh two days later three days later she was like you know we've had some positive talks and we haven't heard a fucking peep out of Venezuela since um we've actually have heard quite a few peeps um like them uh releasing all of their political prisoners and increasing oil production
[SPEAKER_12]: Oh yeah, no, I'm on the positive. [SPEAKER_12]: Yeah, I'm not like negative this fucking I ran bullshit, right? [SPEAKER_12]: Yeah, where we don't know who's in charge and we're gonna fucking bomb you and whatever this has been positive What would be the positive outcome with Cuba then because they don't really have much that we give a shit about now the positive outcome would be [SPEAKER_10]: to snatch their leaders, put them on trial for all the fucked up shit they've done.
[SPEAKER_10]: And then let the country do what it wants to do, frankly. [SPEAKER_10]: I mean, well, well, that is one that we would have a vested interest in rebuilding as a matter of fact, that should belong to us. [SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, we gave it up, we should not have. [SPEAKER_10]: And I think we should make it a territory. [SPEAKER_10]: I did too, but again, I think we should be by this time next year.
[SPEAKER_10]: We should be routinely vacationing in Cuba because the people down there are not a problem. [SPEAKER_10]: Look, it's not like we have no issues with the people of Cuba and it's a poor country right now, but that's because it's been socialist for the last 80 years. [SPEAKER_10]: It doesn't have to be like that. [SPEAKER_12]: That country could change. [SPEAKER_12]: Pretty quickly, Cubans fit in with our culture pretty easily.
[SPEAKER_12]: Yeah, obviously they've been in Miami forever. [SPEAKER_10]: Some of the chief exports they had were, well, one was tobacco, right? [SPEAKER_10]: Now they're tobacco sucks because the Chinese bought all the tobacco farms. [SPEAKER_10]: Yep, this fucking ruined everything. [SPEAKER_10]: Now we should go back down there and help them re- restore all of their national exports. [SPEAKER_10]: Rum and fucking sugarcane sugarcane and tobacco.
[SPEAKER_12]: Yeah, um, it would be fun like it could be that's a fun one. [SPEAKER_10]: I don't know if they're ever going to be a hyper rich country like Venezuela can be because of the oil, but they can be rich. [SPEAKER_12]: Yeah, it could be a flourishing country. [SPEAKER_12]: Um, and get back on their feet and not be going through what they're going through because, you know, if you're taking a peek at some of these videos online here on Twitter, what's going on in Cuba.
[SPEAKER_12]: They're kind of just wandering through the fucking streets in the dark. [SPEAKER_12]: I want to say they've been, I think 80% of the country's been without electricity for like eight or nine days now. [SPEAKER_12]: And I think it's oil, right? [SPEAKER_12]: They're not getting any oil in or out. [SPEAKER_12]: Correct. [SPEAKER_12]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_12]: So at a certain point, this would make sense.
[SPEAKER_12]: But if you did this before solving the Iran sitch, I think people would be pissed off about it. [SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, I mean, you know, [SPEAKER_10]: We can definitely walk into the same time, but you don't want to over-stand. [SPEAKER_10]: Correct. [SPEAKER_10]: Correct. [SPEAKER_10]: But this would, I mean, to be frank, this would be a single-day operation. [SPEAKER_10]: Yes. [SPEAKER_10]: Oh, I... What would he even take? [SPEAKER_10]: Hold on.
[SPEAKER_12]: What would he even take that long? [SPEAKER_10]: I would say probably six hours because I think we're going to go after more than one person. [SPEAKER_10]: I think we're going to snatch five or six people. [SPEAKER_10]: Okay, I'd guess. [SPEAKER_10]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_10]: I don't know. [SPEAKER_10]: I have no intel on that. [SPEAKER_10]: By the way, just guessing based on what I know about the situation there. [SPEAKER_12]: What is the population of Cuba?
[SPEAKER_12]: I have no idea. [SPEAKER_12]: Probably fucking look at it up, Luke. [SPEAKER_12]: Nine million. [SPEAKER_12]: Uh... Don't know. [SPEAKER_10]: And I'm not going to make another comment. [SPEAKER_10]: It's 11 now. [SPEAKER_10]: All right. [SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, I'm there growing quick. [SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, I thought the last time I looked it was nine and changed. [SPEAKER_10]: It's up to fucking 11 now. [SPEAKER_10]: I mean, they like to fuck yeah, dude.
[SPEAKER_10]: It's very tropical down there tropical people like to fuck [SPEAKER_12]: Fuck you, dude. [SPEAKER_12]: You throw a little, uh, Panama Jack, oil on dude, old school, uh, some of that zinc oxide dude for your nose, oil up. [SPEAKER_10]: I don't think the cubanies are, uh, wearing zinc oxide on. [SPEAKER_12]: Hey, if you can, you can. [SPEAKER_12]: You want to be seen in the dark, dude, that neon green will, we'll let you see in the dark.
[SPEAKER_12]: Then you can fuck like it's a goddamn tribe called Quest video. [SPEAKER_12]: No, I think that they just glow in the dark. [SPEAKER_12]: Oh, the Cubans. [SPEAKER_12]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_12]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_12]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_12]: That was dick, dude. [SPEAKER_12]: Just grazing up, dude, and that heat, you know, real tropical down there drinking mojito's would be great, but yeah, nobody talks about smoking Cuban cigars anymore. [SPEAKER_10]: I never hear that out.
[SPEAKER_10]: The best tobacco comes from Nicaragua now, which is a shame. [SPEAKER_10]: I mean, Cuba had a, I wouldn't say a strangle hold. [SPEAKER_10]: Because a lot of the most famous thing a lot of wrappers and stuff came from even Connecticut that for quite high quality cigars, but Nicaragua is pretty much taken over the entire industry at this point. [SPEAKER_12]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_12]: I'm afraid to say that word, you know that, right?
[SPEAKER_12]: I don't know that I've said that word on this show. [SPEAKER_12]: It's black water. [SPEAKER_12]: This is what I think. [SPEAKER_12]: Yeah, but I'm still not going to say it because that's not when [SPEAKER_12]: You know it can happen then, so I refuse to say the name of that country, the name of what country. [SPEAKER_12]: The one that you just mentioned that starts with an end, because let's say I miss. [SPEAKER_12]: Let's say I stumble over my words.
[SPEAKER_12]: That's going to turn into blackwater pretty fucking easily down there. [SPEAKER_12]: Next up. [SPEAKER_12]: Free Joey. [SPEAKER_12]: Free Joey Chestnuts. [SPEAKER_12]: He is free. [SPEAKER_12]: Thank God dude. [SPEAKER_12]: Thank God. [SPEAKER_12]: We've got something to cheer for this weekend here. [SPEAKER_12]: Joey Chestnut was sentenced to 180 days of probation after pleading guilty to a misdemeanor battery charge court record show.
[SPEAKER_12]: And I know what you're thinking. [SPEAKER_12]: I was thinking the same thing to as he's still going to be able to travel. [SPEAKER_12]: to enter the hot dog eating contest at Nathan's on the fourth of July. [SPEAKER_12]: The answer is yes. [SPEAKER_12]: The judge said yes, even the judge probably thought looks at the gas prices and we're like, dude, if I take Joey Chestnut away from Americans on fourth of July, we're fucked. [SPEAKER_12]: We are fucked.
[SPEAKER_12]: My whole courthouse will burn to the ground tonight. [SPEAKER_12]: It'll be worse in George Floyd. [SPEAKER_12]: And I don't wanna say he's our white George Floyd. [SPEAKER_12]: But right now, he's our white George Floyd. [SPEAKER_12]: Joey fucking shest nut. [SPEAKER_10]: I think the actual white George Floyd is that white kid in the UK that got stabbed a death in the cops beat the shit out of him as he was bleeding out. [SPEAKER_12]: Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah.
[SPEAKER_12]: But nobody's talking about them. [SPEAKER_10]: No, because a black kid stabbed him death. [SPEAKER_12]: Yeah, yeah, yeah. [SPEAKER_12]: To that too, by the way, there was a man and a woman charged in that case. [SPEAKER_12]: No. [SPEAKER_12]: And you will only see that on conservative fucking Instagrams and social medias and podcasts. [SPEAKER_12]: But you got to clip a Joey there. [SPEAKER_12]: Let's see this beast, dude. [SPEAKER_12]: Look at this, yes.
[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah
[SPEAKER_12]: 17-time Nathan's hot dog eating contest champion was at Joe's Grill in Hamilton County, Indiana, which is just not home states. [SPEAKER_12]: When he drunkenly slapped a man in the face at 2 a.m. [SPEAKER_12]: The reason why this show is called fake news is I thought this story was fake and when it popped up on ESPN this morning, I was like, oh, I'm sorry, this is actually real. [SPEAKER_12]: Why the fuck did he snap somebody to bar. [SPEAKER_12]: He said it was a misunderstanding.
[SPEAKER_12]: What was the misunderstanding? [SPEAKER_12]: I would. [SPEAKER_10]: I mean, we've got a month and a half. [SPEAKER_10]: to have him on the show to find out. [SPEAKER_10]: I don't think he's going to be doing much press. [SPEAKER_10]: He's not on that. [SPEAKER_12]: He's not going to do anything. [SPEAKER_10]: But maybe we should reach out to him. [SPEAKER_10]: But like can you just explain to me exactly what the misunderstanding was?
[SPEAKER_12]: So I've been to Indiana numerous times. [SPEAKER_12]: Obviously for football games. [SPEAKER_12]: I like India. [SPEAKER_12]: So do I. [SPEAKER_12]: It's fine. [SPEAKER_12]: Not a problem with an inapolis. [SPEAKER_12]: Not a big fan of their stadium. [SPEAKER_12]: Only because they need to and he's a refresh. [SPEAKER_12]: But you get a refresh on that stadium. [SPEAKER_12]: I'll I'll come back to it. [SPEAKER_12]: Just no desire to go back to the big 10 championship again.
[SPEAKER_12]: But the parts are only open there.
[SPEAKER_12]: So like 145 [SPEAKER_12]: uh... then they usually start checking out at that point uh... to a m inside the bar now obviously he's one of the most famous men on earth uh... maybe the planet i've got trumpet one chestnut to correct me if i'm wrong on that as far as fame goes i mean i guess it depends i don't know how much people know about trump and like africa and shit but they know joie chestnut [SPEAKER_12]: Yeah, because they're watching it, they're when they eat that food.
[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, they're like, man, this is my here. [SPEAKER_10]: I have never eaten, yeah, this is my hero. [SPEAKER_10]: It's like watching, it's like striking out every time you ever come up to play and watching Barry Bontit. [SPEAKER_10]: They want to be in. [SPEAKER_12]: I just want to know what went down. [SPEAKER_12]: What was it? [SPEAKER_12]: What was said to Joey that made him fucking snap like that? [SPEAKER_12]: It's it you we know it would take a lot dude.
[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, he's the nicest guy. [SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, super nice. [SPEAKER_10]: I mean he was shit faced and it was two o'clock in the morning So who fucking knows but he had to I mean base the fact that he said it was a misunderstanding makes me think that He thought the guy said was talking shit and he popped them okay, which is that that that two is It happens that no, well that two is shocking to me just having met the guys like [SPEAKER_10]: I just can't see.
[SPEAKER_10]: I mean, it's like honestly, it would be like showing up to work on Monday and and Bob's like, yeah, I was in jail with a weekend for slapping somebody at the bar, right? [SPEAKER_12]: Yeah, I don't believe that. [SPEAKER_12]: One of the nicest dudes ever. [SPEAKER_12]: It would be like Luke coming in on Monday, saying, hey, dude, sorry, it raped somebody. [SPEAKER_12]: And then I murdered. [SPEAKER_12]: I would actually, I wouldn't believe. [SPEAKER_12]: I would shock me, Luke.
[SPEAKER_10]: I don't know if I would believe the. [SPEAKER_10]: I don't know if I believe the murder part, but the right part look it can happen to the best of us, you know what I mean? [SPEAKER_10]: That's a misunderstanding. [SPEAKER_10]: Lil Lil Luka of camera cuts. [SPEAKER_12]: It would shock me too, man. [SPEAKER_12]: Luke will be on camera next week.
[SPEAKER_12]: You can all have his own lightsaber microphone working on that, but uh... [SPEAKER_12]: Um, but yeah, man, with Joey Chestnut, um, I think, here's my honest opinion and I swear to God. [SPEAKER_12]: And I hope this comes true. [SPEAKER_12]: I'm just gonna make a prediction on this show. [SPEAKER_12]: You don't really eat those seventy-six hot dogs, did you? [SPEAKER_12]: And he said, what'd you show you? [SPEAKER_12]: Or he bumped his ass.
[SPEAKER_12]: Or he said, I got one, like some drunken asshole was like, I got a fucking dog for you. [SPEAKER_12]: And then just whipped out his dick in front of his girlfriend or something like that. [SPEAKER_12]: Well, I don't think he would have been charged if that would've been a case. [SPEAKER_10]: And that had to be something light. [SPEAKER_10]: because he popped in for it, and he got charged. [SPEAKER_12]: But usually on those cameras inside bars, there is no audio.
[SPEAKER_12]: So even if somebody's talking shit to you, I don't think you're allowed to slap him in the face. [SPEAKER_12]: No, not if you're talking shit, but if they expose their cock to you, can pop him. [SPEAKER_12]: Really? [SPEAKER_10]: That's a salt. [SPEAKER_12]: Showing your cock is a salt? [SPEAKER_12]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_12]: Look, I've always had a register of mine dick, but so I understand it, but for everybody else. [SPEAKER_10]: That would be battery.
[SPEAKER_10]: Okay, batteries when you actually make contact. [SPEAKER_10]: It depends on the state. [SPEAKER_10]: Some states call it different things, [SPEAKER_10]: Um, batteries where you actually physically strike someone.
[SPEAKER_12]: Okay. [SPEAKER_12]: Because the officer added that the slap Resulted in bodily injury to the victim and that's he had a complaints of pain on the left side of his face That's typically not so much here or here, but right here Right [SPEAKER_12]: This is my favorite story of the week. [SPEAKER_12]: The accused pulled the victim forward, moves closer and uses his right hand to strike the victim on the face with an open hand.
[SPEAKER_12]: The victim is observed reacting to the strike and moving his head downward and to the left. [SPEAKER_12]: What is this? [SPEAKER_10]: It's a truder film. [SPEAKER_10]: Get the fuck out of here man. [SPEAKER_10]: Put that picture back up on the screen. [SPEAKER_10]: This is why I use it right hand by the way. [SPEAKER_10]: The dog hand is his left. [SPEAKER_12]: Look at that. [SPEAKER_10]: So just like fucking bold Darum, you protect your fucking dog hands.
[SPEAKER_10]: You should do You punch it that punch with your fucking offhand. [SPEAKER_10]: Wow, I didn't know Joey was left handed to be honest You do now look at that. [SPEAKER_12]: It might be what is it ambidextrous? [SPEAKER_12]: Yeah, I was gonna say by language But that would have been dumb then got it didn't say that today [SPEAKER_10]: I just the detail on this report is so ridiculous. [SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, I think they didn't have anything real to report.
[SPEAKER_10]: So they just added the fucking officer's dipshit right up here to be honest. [SPEAKER_12]: That's what it looks like as he goes, he's moving his head down to left and holding it there while the accused stands over him and his friend and he said, you just got knocked a fuck out. [SPEAKER_12]: I'm going to quote eight movies in this story.
[SPEAKER_12]: Yeah, it's friend, the officer, the officer, you said an half a day, but this was obtained by us weekly, chestnut moves toward the victim again, and then moves away from the accused. [SPEAKER_12]: The touching was nude, insulin, or angry because the open handed strike was non-consensual to the victim in a manner that caused pain, while the accused allegedly used provocative language toward the victim to elicit a reaction. [SPEAKER_12]: So he was stocking shit.
[SPEAKER_12]: I guess. [SPEAKER_12]: Okay. [SPEAKER_12]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_12]: Now, Joey statement, he said he was pretty drunk and didn't remember what happens. [SPEAKER_12]: And he did plead guilty to this. [SPEAKER_12]: So, and then his legal team there. [SPEAKER_12]: 180 days, probation is a lot though. [SPEAKER_12]: That seems like a lot. [SPEAKER_12]: That's half a year. [SPEAKER_12]: That's six months for slapping or doing a bar? [SPEAKER_12]: Shit. [SPEAKER_12]: Is that what that is?
[SPEAKER_10]: Um, I mean, months probation. [SPEAKER_10]: Maybe it was in this first time we don't know of slapping somebody. [SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, okay.
[SPEAKER_10]: But yeah, he has been granted permission to travel to Coney Island, provided he, um, [SPEAKER_12]: not slap people it says behaves but I don't know what that means uh... who knows he probably can drink okay uh... set the situation however it was quickly diffused and chestnut did take full responsibility for this misunderstanding his attorney told us weekly here uh... joey [SPEAKER_12]: I love you buddy. [SPEAKER_12]: Keep it together dude. [SPEAKER_12]: We need you.
[SPEAKER_12]: We need you on the fourth man. [SPEAKER_12]: That's a it's a tradition in my family. [SPEAKER_12]: We're just not family Joey. [SPEAKER_12]: All right. [SPEAKER_12]: Next up sponsor wise. [SPEAKER_12]: We got poncho outdoors dot com slash drinking bros. [SPEAKER_12]: Put their site Luke at poncho dot com over there poncho outdoors dot com forward slash drinking bros. [SPEAKER_12]: Well, let's see it. [SPEAKER_12]: This one came from you guys.
[SPEAKER_12]: Potcho, Texas Base, and they made that Pearl Snap shirt. [SPEAKER_12]: You guys asked for it, the Western shirts, and the field polo is over there, and you said, hey, dude, can we get a discount on these? [SPEAKER_12]: Absolutely. [SPEAKER_12]: We will always reach out to brands that you guys like. [SPEAKER_12]: So that way, yes, the ads keep the shows on the air, obviously, but we also like brands that you love.
[SPEAKER_12]: So if you recommend a brand to us, [SPEAKER_12]: We'll try to get him, dude. [SPEAKER_12]: That way there's some form of discount. [SPEAKER_12]: Is that what I don't know about you, Dan? [SPEAKER_12]: I'm at the point in life, or if I don't have a promo code for something. [SPEAKER_12]: I might not buy it. [SPEAKER_12]: Hey, go explain this to the rest of America, and then shoot down the reporters and all that other shit, and then go back to work.
[SPEAKER_12]: In a hug, if you would think for being pretty famous on Fox Elders years, would want the line line, and it doesn't appear that he wants it. [SPEAKER_10]: No, no, I mean, he wants to kill people. [SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, which is what the, that's what I want. [SPEAKER_10]: Cash Patel to want to do. [SPEAKER_10]: There's, yeah, you have, I've mentioned this before, but the average 21 year old in America today has the same level of testosterone that their grandfather had in the year 2000. [SPEAKER_10]: So it's been falling precipitously for a number of reasons and environmental stress related, all kind of stuff.
[SPEAKER_10]: Doesn't really matter why, what matters is the ability to fix it. [SPEAKER_10]: As you can see on your screen here, there are all these natural supplements that have been included into one formula, Tonga Deli, which helps with testosterone libido, Sheila's heat, which helps with fertility and boosts the testosterone levels. [SPEAKER_10]: For Tilties, a sign of overall homeostasis health.

[SPEAKER_12]: A woman allegedly tied to Minnesota's massive feeding our future scandal has been charged in a daycare fraud scheme after being featured in a viral video by influencer Nick Shirley, a third authority said. [SPEAKER_12]: She is accused of pocketing millions of dollars meant for children's meals. [SPEAKER_12]: Fahima Mohamed.
[SPEAKER_12]: charged Wednesday with wire fraud and conspiracy to defrawn the United States, according to court documents earlier this year, Mohamed was charged and indicted for her ledgerle in the initial $250 million feeding our future scheme, prosecutors alleged she enrolled future leaders early learning, which is a Minneapolis daycare when she served as CEO,
[SPEAKER_12]: into the federal child nutrition program falsely claiming to serve thousands of meals uh... at her child care center there's a picture her right there shocking stuff man that looks like uh... in one o'clock sister now the cracker woman amy bach it's amy with an a-i-m-e-b-o-c-k is a name maybe bach calm this is breaking news actually just happened about [SPEAKER_10]: I don't know, two hours ago, maybe. [SPEAKER_10]: Okay. [SPEAKER_10]: She was the leader.
[SPEAKER_10]: So this woman was her subordinate, I believe. [SPEAKER_10]: She just got sentenced to 41 and a half years in prison. [SPEAKER_10]: Holy shit for the same scam. [SPEAKER_10]: Whoa. [SPEAKER_10]: So it's not like a good for old Muhammad. [SPEAKER_10]: It's my home mood, by the way. [SPEAKER_10]: I, you know, I don't give a fuck. [SPEAKER_12]: You know, I don't give a fuck, dude. [SPEAKER_12]: All right, let's see. [SPEAKER_12]: Let's see a picture of this bruiser here.
[SPEAKER_12]: Well, that's her. [SPEAKER_12]: I actually played that clip if this just happened. [SPEAKER_12]: Pop it up on screen there. [SPEAKER_12]: God. [SPEAKER_12]: Uh, oh, yeah, she's home late too. [SPEAKER_00]: I was doing such a good has just sent it to the mastermind behind the feeding our future fraud scheme, Amy Bach, she just got more than 41 years in prison by the prosecution is asking for a 50 year sentence and her defense about three years.
[SPEAKER_00]: So that's somewhere in the middle that they got that, but closer to what obviously the prosecution wanted. [SPEAKER_00]: The scheme involved the theft of nearly $250 million in COVID funding. [SPEAKER_00]: That money was meant to feed hungry children. [SPEAKER_00]: State leaders claim they were unaware of the fraud. [SPEAKER_00]: Here's what Amy Bach told our Alexis McAdams from jail back in January.
[SPEAKER_08]: I honestly believe Keith Ellison and Governor Walsh need to be held accountable. [SPEAKER_08]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_12]: Have it, dude. [SPEAKER_12]: That's all going back to the story earlier with the thing in Florida. [SPEAKER_12]: You start going after these people. [SPEAKER_12]: And then they start flipping on everybody else. [SPEAKER_12]: Now her statements, which was cut off in this clip, said, and it's, by the way, not your guys' fault. [SPEAKER_12]: It's just the clip itself.
[SPEAKER_12]: But it says, hey, Walt's has got to be involved in an Omar. [SPEAKER_12]: So the DOJ is allegedly, and I'll ask you this, because JD Vance said it's, I believe, yesterday, is going after Omar now, and they're starting with the brother thing. [SPEAKER_12]: Did you hear that story? [SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, okay. [SPEAKER_10]: They also allegedly have evidence that she was involved in this game. [SPEAKER_10]: Oh, yeah, correct.
[SPEAKER_10]: I mean, I don't know, you know, prosecute somebody or shut the fuck up is what I say about that. [SPEAKER_10]: But it's, they prosecuted these two. [SPEAKER_10]: And I don't know that this woman flipped on anybody because she got 41 and a half years. [SPEAKER_10]: That's not it. [SPEAKER_10]: That's, [SPEAKER_10]: She got 41 and a half fucking years. [SPEAKER_10]: So I don't know, uh, maybe there's still a bit of a movie made. [SPEAKER_12]: Well, if she's time to ill and Omar.
[SPEAKER_12]: And is there a possibility you can go back in and shave some time off there? [SPEAKER_12]: Oh yeah, what happened to this? [SPEAKER_10]: How does that? [SPEAKER_12]: Because homegirl, how old is for those about to buck? [SPEAKER_12]: How does this check? [SPEAKER_12]: She looks like she's in her 50s. [SPEAKER_12]: Oh yeah, but that's just the Midwest. [SPEAKER_12]: She's probably 35. [SPEAKER_12]: I'm not kidding.
[SPEAKER_12]: It's a hard knock life up there when it's that fucking cold. [SPEAKER_12]: She's 45. [SPEAKER_12]: Good God. [SPEAKER_12]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_12]: Told you. [SPEAKER_12]: I told you like a thousand years old. [SPEAKER_12]: Dude, I was not joking, man. [SPEAKER_12]: That is. [SPEAKER_12]: fucking minnesota right there, it's a minnesota age that's wearing your owls. [SPEAKER_12]: Oh, look at that skin, dude, my god.
[SPEAKER_12]: But if you start pecking away at people like this, then you can start going to the top, maybe they knock off 15 years. [SPEAKER_12]: Yeah, I can testify. [SPEAKER_10]: No, more than that. [SPEAKER_10]: They would, they would commute the sentence entirely. [SPEAKER_10]: If she gave up somebody's book. [SPEAKER_12]: Okay. [SPEAKER_10]: No, they probably wouldn't vacate it, but they would commute and parole her. [SPEAKER_10]: I would imagine that would be the deal I would think.
[SPEAKER_10]: If I was in law enforcement there, but yeah, [SPEAKER_12]: uh... forty one and a half years long asked time sure is uh... because the other name she was mentioning by the way uh... i'm reading it here was uh... was keyfellison who's the uh... agey you know he's the attorney general of minnesota he's a muslim by the way is he really [SPEAKER_12]: So he was a congressman there before. [SPEAKER_12]: Why not take down, and maybe this is their grand plan.
[SPEAKER_12]: Why not take down this whole trio? [SPEAKER_12]: Yeah, sure that is the plan. [SPEAKER_12]: I would, let's go. [SPEAKER_10]: Prosecution wise, you start low and you work your way up the tree, right? [SPEAKER_12]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_12]: So since we're talking about Cuba, really, let's go for the full quattro. [SPEAKER_12]: I think Tim Frey is involved as well. [SPEAKER_12]: The mayor of Minneapolis. [SPEAKER_12]: There's no way he's not, right?
[SPEAKER_12]: Because let's take this $250 million. [SPEAKER_12]: Do those kids die? [SPEAKER_12]: Because that was going to feed the dad over him. [SPEAKER_10]: Dad, I don't know. [SPEAKER_10]: I mean, I think they didn't exist. [SPEAKER_10]: You don't think they died of starvation. [SPEAKER_10]: Why don't think they existed? [SPEAKER_10]: No, I'm kidding, right? [SPEAKER_10]: I sleep, but there's more people involved in this shit than yeah, 100%.
[SPEAKER_12]: And this is the Muslim dude Keith Ellison. [SPEAKER_12]: Oof Keith. [SPEAKER_01]: Hello. [SPEAKER_01]: Hello, hello, hello, hello. [SPEAKER_10]: I don't think Keith's going to last very long. [SPEAKER_10]: They're going to send him to a federal pounding the ass president. [SPEAKER_10]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_12]: Uh, and then shit, as of a couple of days ago, um, it says representative Randy fine is discovered. [SPEAKER_12]: Illinois, no more is still an active citizen of Somalia.
[SPEAKER_10]: Uh, I don't know about that, but it's a representative Randy fine hasn't discovered his own penis yet because you do fucking fat. [SPEAKER_10]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_10]: You know what I mean? [SPEAKER_12]: Oh, man. [SPEAKER_12]: They've got a video of this fucking woman in jail, dude.

[SPEAKER_12]: No, not Randy find this is that's Amy Bachchik He was just looking at mom. [SPEAKER_12]: I don't even care if it's the same clip I just want to show the audience what she looks like in jail Scroll up on her face. [SPEAKER_12]: Why is it widened out so much? [SPEAKER_12]: Racism.
[SPEAKER_12]: Yeah, they don't want to [SPEAKER_12]: flourishing whites to survive in jailing us. [SPEAKER_08]: I don't think she should be held accountable. [SPEAKER_08]: There needs to be an investigation done if they weren't aware. [SPEAKER_08]: That's concerning. [SPEAKER_12]: So how do you get that footage though? [SPEAKER_12]: So that's why I wanted to show it. [SPEAKER_12]: I know it's the same. [SPEAKER_12]: How do you get a video of her in prison saying this?
[SPEAKER_12]: I didn't think we were allowed to do that. [SPEAKER_10]: They got an interview somehow. [SPEAKER_10]: I mean, we interviewed Joe Exotic from President wasn't video, but it was audio didn't how do you get a video Who's that Hollywood rapist guy? [SPEAKER_10]: Weinstein. [SPEAKER_12]: The A-Rab's love hide money and Hollywood. [SPEAKER_12]: Yes. [SPEAKER_12]: Always happy. [SPEAKER_12]: The Jews run it. [SPEAKER_12]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_10]: They're not funded. [SPEAKER_10]: They think Jews are funding. [SPEAKER_10]: No, they don't lose money. [SPEAKER_12]: They don't want to lose money on the Odyssey.
[SPEAKER_12]: They're not funding that. [SPEAKER_12]: They take the take. [SPEAKER_12]: They take money. [SPEAKER_12]: And that's Jews. [SPEAKER_12]: All right, kidding. [SPEAKER_12]: If you're exhausted by the high prices out there, let's be honest, the cost of living isn't just high. [SPEAKER_12]: It is actually exhausting.
[SPEAKER_12]: And if you've been laying it on credit cards lately to cover the basics like groceries, gas and utility bills, you're essentially paying a survival tax of 20% interest for more why keep handing your harder and paycheck to the big banks when you could keep it for your family, our friends and American financing have a better way they're helping homeowners tap into their equity to pay off high interest debt with mortgage rates currently in the fives.
[SPEAKER_12]: On average American financing is saving their customers $800 a month that is simply an interest fees. [SPEAKER_12]: credit cards, the charging between 20 and 30% and when you're using your house, you're looking at 5%. [SPEAKER_12]: So that's the savings. [SPEAKER_12]: It's nearly $10,000 a year in your pocket. [SPEAKER_12]: It's not just the loan. [SPEAKER_12]: It is a total financial reset. [SPEAKER_12]: But a lot of people takes just 10 minutes to find out what you can save.
[SPEAKER_12]: Call the number. [SPEAKER_12]: They're all salary-based, they have no commission, so you can sit and see what the number is. [SPEAKER_12]: They don't like it. [SPEAKER_12]: Hang up the phone telling to go fuck off if you want to. [SPEAKER_12]: And here's the kicker. [SPEAKER_12]: Start today, you could even delay up to two mortgage payments, saving even more savings up front American financing is America's home for home loans.
[SPEAKER_12]: Call today at 866-887-2275, but it is 866-887-2275, or head on over to American Financing.net slash drink and bros, and their better business bureau disclaimer is at nms1-82334 at nmsconsumeraccess.org. [SPEAKER_12]: Next up, taxpayer funded exorcisms. [SPEAKER_12]: Senator John Kennedy, uh, repube out of, uh, Louisiana.
[SPEAKER_12]: Fast, they go, Louisiana, uh, railed against California's Medicaid program, Medi-Cal, uh, which is facing scrutiny from the Trump administration over fraud allegations. [SPEAKER_12]: Stop me if you haven't heard that one before, as Kennedy Highlight reports, [SPEAKER_12]: during a Tuesday hearing that the state covers exorcisms and other faith-based healing practices.
[SPEAKER_12]: Medi-Cal's spending practices have faced growing scrutiny as California's Medicaid spending as more than doubled since 2019 rising from roughly 100.7 billion to a projected 220 billion in 2026. [SPEAKER_12]: At seven years, kids, if you're out there, and you can't count, like I can.
[SPEAKER_12]: Just last week, the Trump administration suspended 1.4 billion in federal funding for California, home health and hospice programs after Vice President J.D. [SPEAKER_12]: Vance's anti-fraud task force identified and estimated 600 million suspected fraud when the state's Medicare system was audited there.
[SPEAKER_12]: Kennedy alleged during his line of questioning to acting attorney general [SPEAKER_12]: a religious practice most commonly associated with the Catholic Church and or other indigenous spiritual practices. [SPEAKER_12]: I'm sorry. [SPEAKER_12]: How much money was spent on exorcisms total? [SPEAKER_12]: Because they're not expensive.
[SPEAKER_12]: You know, it's just a couple of ropes tied down to a bed and you're actually turning off the AC because you want the heat and then the body is going to rise. [SPEAKER_12]: Obviously after you get the demons out of their mouth, nose, ears, eyes, [SPEAKER_12]: I mean, this is not stood nuts. [SPEAKER_12]: Now, I've done some fucked up shit in California. [SPEAKER_10]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_12]: I went to a celebrity fucking psychic one time. [SPEAKER_12]: Guess who didn't cover it, damn.
[SPEAKER_12]: God damn insurance signal. [SPEAKER_12]: Yeah, did not, did not cover this. [SPEAKER_12]: So why, why did they think that they could get away with something like this? [SPEAKER_12]: I mean, it's not shocking in California. [SPEAKER_12]: I'm shocked. [SPEAKER_12]: When's the last fucking exorcism you can remember? [SPEAKER_10]: We watched Constantine again the other night because Kyoto was trying to get a second version of it made. [SPEAKER_12]: Is he really?
[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_10]: That's great. [SPEAKER_10]: Great movie. [SPEAKER_12]: I can take another one. [SPEAKER_12]: Yeah, I don't know how well it did to me honest with you. [SPEAKER_12]: fuck I didn't see it. [SPEAKER_12]: What what what was he doing there? [SPEAKER_12]: What what was he doing in it? [SPEAKER_10]: And Constantine Kenu. [SPEAKER_10]: Yeah Kenu. [SPEAKER_12]: What was Kenu doing in it? [SPEAKER_10]: Was he doing accessism to shit?
[SPEAKER_10]: Well, yeah, and I'll watch. [SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, he's yeah, he was a an exorcist, I guess you could say. [SPEAKER_10]: Okay. [SPEAKER_10]: That was his primary function. [SPEAKER_10]: He was fighting the devil sort of. [SPEAKER_10]: Right. [SPEAKER_10]: You got to watch it. [SPEAKER_10]: It's Peter Storm airs the devil too.
[SPEAKER_10]: Um, one of the most iconic entry scenes in all of film history, I believe, where he drops down from the ceiling and, like, tar sludges dropping off his feet and should, uh, if you haven't seen it, I highly recommend it. [SPEAKER_10]: Okay. [SPEAKER_12]: All right. [SPEAKER_10]: No. [SPEAKER_12]: Uh, next up, the Democratic National Committee is caved and released the 2024 autopsy reports covering Kamala Harris's. [SPEAKER_12]: loss and DNC chair Ken Martin is furious.
[SPEAKER_12]: This is breaking news right now. [SPEAKER_12]: Luke, go to your Twitter and pull up this clip right here. [SPEAKER_12]: David Axelrod is online saying they say needless waste of time. [SPEAKER_12]: Funny. [SPEAKER_12]: He works for CNN. [SPEAKER_12]: He was on the other night when I was watching that's Massey primary results. [SPEAKER_12]: Heavy, heavy Democrat there. [SPEAKER_12]: Play this. [SPEAKER_12]: I'd love to hear what the real statistics are.
[SPEAKER_05]: an optopsy report on the 2024 presidential election. [SPEAKER_05]: They chair Ken Martin writing, I am not proud of this product. [SPEAKER_05]: It does not meet my standards and it won't meet your standards. [SPEAKER_05]: I don't endorse what's in this report or what's left out of it. [SPEAKER_05]: Shannon Brame is the anchor of Fox News Sunday. [SPEAKER_05]: She joins us now. [SPEAKER_05]: So this just happened.
[SPEAKER_05]: Why do you think he thinks that it does, well, do you know why it doesn't meet his standards or why he thinks people will be disappointed? [SPEAKER_03]: Well, we're going through what CNN says is this report. [SPEAKER_03]: We haven't verified it independently, but it's got all kinds of notations on it that are apparently the DNC's objections or questions that had had.
[SPEAKER_03]: And Ken Martin says he initially didn't release this after he had commissioned it because there wasn't source material. [SPEAKER_03]: They felt there were issues with it and they wanted to see more. [SPEAKER_03]: Pull more together before they'd release it.
[SPEAKER_03]: And then he said after we had some success in these special elections and other things, [SPEAKER_03]: I didn't want to release it because I thought it would be a distraction then I realized it was a distraction not releasing it so CNN says it's gotten its hands on this thing and what they're reporting that it is. [SPEAKER_03]: It talks about a lot of different things in here.
[SPEAKER_03]: They say Democrats have lost ground at every level from inconsistent messaging and improper planning. [SPEAKER_03]: And you know, the document I'm looking at goes on a deep dive through a number of state races. [SPEAKER_03]: I mean, down to the attorney general level and looking at where things matched and didn't match with messaging and voting. [SPEAKER_03]: And they said, you know, in some of these cases that you couldn't just have a message that [SPEAKER_03]: we're anti-Trump.
[SPEAKER_03]: It's we hate President Trump or he's not good for us. [SPEAKER_03]: He's not good for the country. [SPEAKER_03]: You have to have your own dependent messaging. [SPEAKER_03]: So it's nearly 200 pages. [SPEAKER_03]: We're starting to dig through it. [SPEAKER_03]: And we'll like to independently verify it ourselves as well. [SPEAKER_09]: There's going to be a lot of reaction. [SPEAKER_09]: David Aksherrod is already out there. [SPEAKER_09]: He called this a needless waste of time.
[SPEAKER_09]: Given the current challenge. [SPEAKER_12]: Be sure to it, homie. [SPEAKER_12]: Face. [SPEAKER_12]: You can cut this clip here. [SPEAKER_12]: You, if spent time in politics, it's self. [SPEAKER_12]: Is this autopsy report? [SPEAKER_12]: Is that what they call it when it candidate loses? [SPEAKER_12]: And then they kind of reevaluate what went wrong and then release it within the party itself? [SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, I mean, I don't know why you would even bother with 24 though.
[SPEAKER_10]: Everybody knows what went wrong. [SPEAKER_12]: Well, you still got a watch game tape, right? [SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, no, no, it was Kamala Harris. [SPEAKER_10]: It was the way that they anointed her and didn't have a primary, all that shit. [SPEAKER_10]: Everybody knows exactly why it went down like that. [SPEAKER_10]: And she couldn't have won any circumstances. [SPEAKER_12]: Look, you and I agree on this, but that's not, no, the Democrats agree on that. [SPEAKER_12]: I don't know.
[SPEAKER_12]: She's sitting number two behind Gavin News. [SPEAKER_12]: Come on, Harris is right now in the on the I'm looking at the bedding about that. [SPEAKER_10]: No, but looking at Vegas as looking at my bookie ask any Democrat. [SPEAKER_10]: You know if they would vote for for president. [SPEAKER_12]: They will tell you know I don't I have and they said I'm unsure depends on who the other candidate is and I said let me let me ask this. [SPEAKER_12]: What if it's Gavin Newsome?
[SPEAKER_12]: What do you do there? [SPEAKER_12]: What if it is down to the two of them? [SPEAKER_12]: Who would be the stronger candidate? [SPEAKER_10]: I'm telling you that, whichever one of them, let's say it was those two majors, major candidates in the primary, whichever one, one, there's not gonna be huge turnout for either one. [SPEAKER_10]: They're very weak candidates. [SPEAKER_10]: The Democrats have to find somebody else. [SPEAKER_10]: And they will. [SPEAKER_10]: I don't know.
[SPEAKER_10]: Neither of those people will be the fucking candidate. [SPEAKER_12]: Look, I'm looking at the list now. [SPEAKER_10]: I don't care about that list. [SPEAKER_12]: Do you know what to do now if you're out of this? [SPEAKER_12]: It's just betting. [SPEAKER_12]: It's just gambling. [SPEAKER_12]: That's all it is, right? [SPEAKER_12]: You got Newsom at one. [SPEAKER_12]: Convalor Harris at two AOC at three on the Democratic side.
[SPEAKER_10]: Not one of them will be the Democratic nominee for write it down May 21st, [SPEAKER_10]: Because if I'm looking at it, look, this is rumors, I know it's a year's out. [SPEAKER_10]: You have to, it's going to be Marco Rubio standing across that stage. [SPEAKER_10]: And he is a sharp and polished diplomat. [SPEAKER_10]: He's very good on the fly and you have to put some money up there that can compete with that.
[SPEAKER_10]: Not a fucking person that's full of shit and not somebody that's crazy. [SPEAKER_10]: You cannot put either one of those people up there, right? [SPEAKER_10]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_10]: Either one of those three. [SPEAKER_10]: The only people that can win are, [SPEAKER_10]: Well, in my opinion, the best choice is Ronald manual for the Democrats. [SPEAKER_10]: Okay. [SPEAKER_10]: He's the absolute best choice. [SPEAKER_10]: In fact, he may be the only choice.
[SPEAKER_10]: Anybody else they throw out there, Josh Shapiro also, but Buttigieg can't do it. [SPEAKER_10]: He's used, man. [SPEAKER_12]: Buttigieg don't do it. [SPEAKER_12]: Buttigieg don't do it. [SPEAKER_12]: Yeah, maybe. [SPEAKER_10]: I don't know. [SPEAKER_12]: I've heard I've heard Democratic friends of mine say booted yesterday No, he wants he gets up on stage with Marco Rubio.
[SPEAKER_10]: He's gonna get fucking annihilated Oh, I agree that you can't do that like that's part of the opo research is to see Who can stand up there and fucking fight this guy? [SPEAKER_10]: Right like Hillary could do it She had shot she had political chops. [SPEAKER_10]: She was she had fucked up too much That was her problem and she was just unlikable in general, but she could stand on stage and debate Trump [SPEAKER_12]: Uh, yes, yeah, and look, and that was a very, very close election.
[SPEAKER_10]: Kamala Harris, Gavin Newsom, AOC, Pete Buttigieg, cannot stand in the same fucking light as Marco Rubio and expect to be taken seriously. [SPEAKER_12]: I look, I agree, but you know, the hottest ticket I've read is believe it or not, Kamala Harris and AOC, which I think would be a fucking train wreck. [SPEAKER_12]: And look, I hope it'll be fucking hilarious. [SPEAKER_12]: See, the funniest goddamn election of all time, but yeah, dude.
[SPEAKER_10]: I mean, honestly, if they're looking at the back end polling numbers, and things are going well for America at the tail end of Trump, and Rubio is still as popular as he is now. [SPEAKER_10]: They may throw out some... [SPEAKER_10]: collective like that to take the hit and lose, and then so they could blame them for losing. [SPEAKER_12]: Okay, hey, by the way, so as we're digging into this, because this is all breaking news right now.
[SPEAKER_12]: Luke, go to your Twitter and pop up this video right here. [SPEAKER_12]: In this report, they're apparently blaming her from pulling money from Obama. [SPEAKER_12]: Uh, I don't have volume on this side, so you're going to have to give it on yours here closely. [SPEAKER_03]: What do you take away from this report? [SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, the first thing I take away from the report is I'm like digging, trying to dig through it.
[SPEAKER_06]: I wish you could see the desk here is at the end of the day, the report doesn't appear to be that well done. [SPEAKER_06]: You saw Ken Martin say that in his announcement saying when I received the report late last year, it wasn't ready for prime time.
[SPEAKER_06]: That was what sources of mind were saying and I talked about this on the weekend a few weeks ago, [SPEAKER_06]: that the concern wasn't that it had a smoking gun or that it was even super clear about what was happening where there was something that hadn't been said about why Harris lost in 2024 by Democrats did do well, but that it wasn't well done. [SPEAKER_06]: So that's my first takeaway.
[SPEAKER_06]: I'm looking at this one page where the DNC is having to say no evidence provided section was not provided analysis not supported by data appears to be missing a whole state. [SPEAKER_06]: That's number one.
[SPEAKER_06]: Number two is [SPEAKER_06]: that you can glean, they're in line with what Democrats have been saying, and this is a thing that's so important about presidential campaigns right now, which is at the end of the day, every single thing counts when you have a country as split as ours, and trying to figure out why one thing was, why commonly here is lost, and 2024 is never going to happen.
[SPEAKER_06]: I will say early on in one of the summaries, what I think the most important thing is, [SPEAKER_06]: for the DNC and for Democrats, is this de-investment and state parties that it talks about, not focusing on building from the ground up.
[SPEAKER_06]: This is something that DNC Characan Martin has tried, and says that they are working on fixing, but that is the key to this because the states folks that I talked to all through 2024, whether it was Biden or Harris, at the top of the ticket, they said they weren't getting, and their resources enough money, and sometimes their phone calls weren't being returned. [SPEAKER_06]: This mini-paged, almost 200 paid report shows that that [SPEAKER_06]: that being true.
[SPEAKER_12]: Okay press pause right there. [SPEAKER_12]: Reason why I wanted to show you this, Dan, I don't know if you're aware of this and I'm not kidding when I say this. [SPEAKER_12]: So MSNBC is now switched to MSNL, which sounds like multiple scrolls is now and that's horrific job of marketing there for that network. [SPEAKER_12]: But go back to that screen again and just pause it on what the bottom line says at that scroll. [SPEAKER_12]: And this is a far left network here.
[SPEAKER_12]: What do you take away from this? [SPEAKER_12]: Go halfway [SPEAKER_12]: So, right there's fun. [SPEAKER_12]: Democrats release incomplete report on 2024 election. [SPEAKER_12]: This is not coming from Republicans. [SPEAKER_12]: This is not leaps from the Republicans. [SPEAKER_12]: This is not coming from anybody else, but the Democrats. [SPEAKER_12]: So let me ask you this. [SPEAKER_12]: Why would they release an incomplete report after the disaster that was commonly?
[SPEAKER_10]: Well, the incomplete part is editorializing.
[SPEAKER_10]: like the Democrats obviously didn't think they were releasing an incomplete report or however released that report they thought they were releasing a full one right so in this uh... whatever the full now is saying it's incomplete democratic operatives are saying that it's incomplete or wrong or whatever but that's editorializing sure but why why would the democrats even release uh... because it's true [UNKNOWN]: Oh, a lot of speculation.
[UNKNOWN]: Okay. [SPEAKER_12]: So they knew that they had done the autopsy report that they weren't going to release it. [SPEAKER_12]: Okay. [SPEAKER_12]: Now. [SPEAKER_12]: Gotcha. [SPEAKER_09]: So they just, they had released it. [SPEAKER_12]: And Luke Luke will have his microphone next week. [SPEAKER_12]: So he's saying they had to release it now to get rid of that speculation.
[SPEAKER_12]: Yeah, with you intentionally leave out parts of the report because they're so bad that you're like, fuck it. [SPEAKER_12]: What would you rather have? [SPEAKER_12]: Something horrific in there or just leave it in completes. [SPEAKER_12]: I would rather have the truth. [SPEAKER_12]: You would, but you, you and I know you're not going to get that in politics. [SPEAKER_10]: So yeah, you really sit in completes. [SPEAKER_10]: Every now and again, you get some truths in politics.
[SPEAKER_10]: But yeah, there's a war going on in the Democratic Party right now between the Obama faction and the Clinton faction. [SPEAKER_10]: Just like there has been since they were together. [SPEAKER_10]: They were together. [SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, right. [SPEAKER_10]: I mean, that's it. [SPEAKER_10]: It's really that simple. [SPEAKER_10]: Obama wants the globalist fucking woke progressive shit to take over the country and to be honest, Hillary is closer to the Republicans on most stuff.
[SPEAKER_10]: She's more of a hawk on stuff. [SPEAKER_10]: She's corrupt to shit. [SPEAKER_10]: She's an asshole that thought she deserved power. [SPEAKER_10]: So she cut every corner to try to get there. [SPEAKER_10]: But she's way closer, policy wise. [SPEAKER_10]: to a normal Democrat than fucking Barack Obama's faction is. [SPEAKER_10]: Barack Obama's faction are much a crazy progressive rules for ratty, right?
[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, I mean, certainly Hillary tried to fucking use every corrupt angle. [SPEAKER_10]: She could to defeat Trump even after the fact, but she's not a Marxist like Obama is. [SPEAKER_10]: Right, you know what I mean? [SPEAKER_10]: Right, so that war has been going on and it's going to continue going on. [SPEAKER_12]: Yeah, I until one of them dies and it's probably going to be a Hillary first. [SPEAKER_12]: How to imagine, just through to age.
[SPEAKER_12]: Yeah, but before we get out of here, the last question I have for you here is that because Trump is speaking on this right now live in the White House. [SPEAKER_12]: I'm watching it on my computer here and I'll just sum it up for you. [SPEAKER_12]: You know, I actually bucket if you want to play the clip, go ahead. [SPEAKER_12]: because this will lead into my question, see it, to end off the show.
[SPEAKER_12]: There's a good friend of ours Kevin Sorbo posted something about it's last night's and I have the same question. [SPEAKER_12]: I'll play this clip on Twitter that I just sent you. [SPEAKER_12]: This is him right here. [SPEAKER_12]: Donald Trump talking about this report when asked, but he immediately moves to the Save America act here.
[SPEAKER_07]: I think the elections are so rigged, and we have to do something about it, and we're going to do something about it, but we cannot continue to have, and frankly, the Senate and the House, they ought to get together, and they ought to pass the Save America Act, so that you have a voter ID, and so important, you have proof of citizenship, little thing like proof of citizenship, and also a mail-in voting, which is so crooked, so in Maryland, as you [SPEAKER_07]: They were corrupt.
[SPEAKER_07]: They said the printer made a mistake, don't believe that. [SPEAKER_07]: And they got caught with 500,000 mail-in ballots that were corrupt. [SPEAKER_07]: We're going to pause it for some time. [SPEAKER_10]: I have a country. [SPEAKER_10]: That dude right there on the right in the striped shirts got an outie. [SPEAKER_12]: Oh, they were circling it with a mouse, dude. [SPEAKER_12]: You see it? [SPEAKER_12]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_12]: That's the biggest outie I've ever seen on the internet.
[SPEAKER_10]: Is that dude pregnant? [SPEAKER_12]: It could be. [SPEAKER_12]: It looks like he's in his third trimester right now. [SPEAKER_10]: If you grab that and pull it, does he deflate? [SPEAKER_10]: Or does the baby come out? [SPEAKER_10]: quick question for Iowa's keep playing. [SPEAKER_12]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_12]: Thank you. [SPEAKER_07]: And it has a very corrupt. [SPEAKER_07]: We have more corrupt elections than third world countries have.
[SPEAKER_07]: And we ought to get some more past to save America Act. [SPEAKER_07]: That'll be a long way. [SPEAKER_07]: You have voter ID, voter identification. [SPEAKER_07]: The Democrats don't want to pass. [SPEAKER_07]: Now, I'll tell you what, the Democrat voters do want to pass, 87% but the Democrat politicians don't want to pass.
[SPEAKER_07]: And the reason is, [SPEAKER_07]: They'd never be elected again, because with their policy of open borders, transgender for everyone, I go at transgender mutilization of your children for everybody, men playing in women's sports, all of the stuff that they do high taxes. [SPEAKER_12]: Okay, so... [SPEAKER_12]: he's obviously talking about the save act that that he would he's discussing is Maryland. [SPEAKER_12]: I'm going to bring up what happened in Fulton County, Georgia.
[SPEAKER_12]: They said that three hundred those three hundred fifteen ballots, three hundred fifteen thousand, excuse me, ballots that were in that warehouse. [SPEAKER_12]: We're unsigned. [SPEAKER_12]: They admitted that they were unsigned. [SPEAKER_12]: They weren't checked and nobody was allowed in there. [SPEAKER_12]: Now that governor's on his way out, thank God, but they still had voting problems the other night in the primary. [SPEAKER_12]: They kept the polls open until 1102.
[SPEAKER_12]: They were [SPEAKER_12]: It was apparently an accident across town or police were needed to be involved allegedly, but county's a big goddamn county that shouldn't shut that down. [SPEAKER_12]: And I'm looking at Michigan, Michigan. [SPEAKER_12]: They had 500,000 more registered voters than they do actual citizens that live in that state. [SPEAKER_12]: We all agree on this past the Save America Act. [SPEAKER_12]: And again, I want to go back to what Sorbo said last night.
[SPEAKER_12]: He said, why isn't Trump directly going after John Thun? [SPEAKER_12]: That's why I wanted to play this video. [SPEAKER_12]: Why isn't he going on TV and just mentioning him by name over and fucking over again? [SPEAKER_10]: Well, here's what John Thune said last week and I don't know how true this is, but he said that they don't have the votes to get rid of the filibuster. [SPEAKER_10]: That's what I read as well. [SPEAKER_10]: So then what is he supposed to do?
[SPEAKER_10]: I don't know like that's I mean, honestly, Thune should be and I don't know how keen he's going to be to do it now because [SPEAKER_10]: Right, but he should be, he and Trump should be publicly calling out any senator who's a no and actively campaigning against them. [SPEAKER_10]: Yes, whether they're up for election or not. [SPEAKER_12]: Yeah, because I read that too.
[SPEAKER_12]: And I don't know if he was just trying to say face or if it's actually true, but if it is, hey, John, go ahead and release that list. [SPEAKER_12]: And so we can start picking off this. [SPEAKER_10]: I mean, he wasn't true, then he could, we would know who it was. [SPEAKER_10]: Right. [SPEAKER_10]: I think so. [SPEAKER_12]: Um, and as far as Coran is concerned, by the way, the latest on him, uh, is that he's asking Democrats to go and vote for him in Texas.
[SPEAKER_10]: The majority of whip is John Barazo. [SPEAKER_10]: He would fucking say something. [SPEAKER_12]: Okay. [SPEAKER_10]: If it weren't true. [SPEAKER_10]: Um, yeah. [SPEAKER_12]: So, all right. [SPEAKER_12]: Uh, you have a Coran down there in Texas. [SPEAKER_12]: Ask him for Democrats to go vote for him. [SPEAKER_12]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_12]: Don't just show you. [SPEAKER_12]: Uh, and then, uh, lastly here, uh, just has happened fucking 10 minutes ago.
[SPEAKER_12]: uh... the independent candidate that was running for governor and Michigan dropped out why would you drop out if that race wasn't going to be close and you know what i'm saying that usually the force out the independent candidate if it's going to be close yeah is wittner going up against a republican strong or is could miss you can possibly flip governor wise i mean michigan senate cd is gonna flip so maybe i don't know who was the repube up in michigan that's running for governor yeah
[SPEAKER_12]: uh... michigan republican uh... goobinitorial candidates look and goob isn't spelled with two o's by the way uh... wish it was uh... wish it was because if that race is close bad i'd be shocked if californian michigan f***ing bounced to red [SPEAKER_10]: Jesus had to be wild now, let's see, there's another person in the hockey and the the secretary of state, the current one, who's a democrat is running in the, what do you call it in the primary, but I don't think Whitmer is is
[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, she's she's termed out so she's not running. [SPEAKER_10]: Oh, she's out of there. [SPEAKER_10]: It's the Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson is running for that seat now. [SPEAKER_10]: I don't know who the Republican is though. [SPEAKER_12]: This is Ralph Re-bance God damn it that's a terrible lesson. [SPEAKER_12]: Yeah, it's not great.
[SPEAKER_12]: I would just go by Rembrandt and just say fuck it like a name recognition And just a distant fucking cousin or whatever Thank you Luke Oh, this is interesting something to keep an eye on [SPEAKER_12]: Uh, and then they asked Trump about Spencer Pratt and he goes, uh, he's certainly entertaining. [SPEAKER_12]: I don't, I, I have no idea what's going to happen in that race. [SPEAKER_12]: So, um, and he said, uh, before endorsing him, I mean, that's a look more into the candidate.
[SPEAKER_12]: Now that he's starting to rise up the ranks here, but. [SPEAKER_12]: at about 10 days there Trump, so don't figure that out. [SPEAKER_12]: All right, now's the point of the show. [SPEAKER_12]: We get to the drinking bro of the week. [SPEAKER_12]: You can submit on drinkingbrows.com. [SPEAKER_12]: Got the bro box on there, which is on fire. [SPEAKER_12]: Get all the new merch up there, which is in flags. [SPEAKER_12]: And we got some drink of bros flags.
[SPEAKER_12]: That are pretty cheap and bunch of stuff, too. [SPEAKER_12]: bunch of stuff out there. [SPEAKER_12]: We're doing. [SPEAKER_12]: Some golf stuff, some golf outing sponsors, some golf outings for hard AF. [SPEAKER_12]: And we might have some extra golf balls for drinking bros and all that other shit that we might put up there in some extra chairs, eventually in the future. [SPEAKER_12]: But yeah, you can submit on drinkabros.com or the app.
[SPEAKER_12]: The app is free on iPhones and Android's. [SPEAKER_12]: Oh, dude, my dad was wearing that yesterday. [SPEAKER_12]: Dude, getting ready. [SPEAKER_12]: Look at that, dude. [SPEAKER_12]: That peach shirt, dude. [SPEAKER_12]: My dad was wearing that. [SPEAKER_10]: That's fucking awesome, dude.
[SPEAKER_12]: uh... so yeah submit for drink and bro the week on the app uh... it's got a wall like facebook if you need to get a hold anybody there's no admins and uh... and you can chat on their same rules always don't be a fucking asshole and uh... all the cool shits over there and it's free and i pay for that and [SPEAKER_12]: 22 days are fun, you get 30 seconds of video as well, and it's the old school one.
[SPEAKER_12]: I don't people ask who we're going to change it from the like the 2010 one. [SPEAKER_12]: That's the one that everybody liked the best, and I was like, nah, I think we're good. [SPEAKER_12]: I like that. [SPEAKER_12]: It's fun for now. [SPEAKER_12]: But Jamie, I like to give it to you. [SPEAKER_12]: Um. [SPEAKER_12]: It's like my laptop. [SPEAKER_12]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_12]: Look, every time we come in a town dude, this shit is fucking hard.
[SPEAKER_12]: And I know you're not really equipped to handle the clips and all the crazy shit, [SPEAKER_12]: to what was that six and a half years ago to Austin uh... and then came back a lot has changed technology wise and show wise by the way um... you know we started going live every single day and i think with you we were going live but it wasn't
[SPEAKER_12]: like this every single day and and then it kind of switched and then we got clips more involved so that way you're not just watching to talk in heads going back and forth it's actually exciting and that's a choice that we we've made and obviously hired more people to do it but you're not used to it and I'm sure this has been a bit for you and I'm sorry and you know
[SPEAKER_12]: Yeah, but we will be in the new studio next week and I want to say thank you for lending us this one for this week I know you're AC went out if you hear the fans in the background just treated like a Cuban refugee right now. [SPEAKER_12]: Sorry Yeah, we did our our stint here paid for the new ACs and then you're putting the sets together [SPEAKER_12]: So, thank you for that, Jamie's actually a very, very talented set designer.
[SPEAKER_12]: So, he did the old studio and he's all the sets from this new studio. [SPEAKER_12]: He's puttin' back together, there's a lot of people don't know this. [SPEAKER_12]: You have to actually solve them in the threes. [SPEAKER_12]: So, yeah, thank you, man, for all of that. [SPEAKER_12]: And put a new countertop on there. [SPEAKER_12]: I don't know what the fuckin' mold was on top of that. [SPEAKER_12]: I don't know what the fuckin' mold was on top of that.
[SPEAKER_11]: Bro. [SPEAKER_12]: I will hear about so many gifts and shit like uh... it looked like maybe food or something was left um... under one or the one or the spotters shit there was some form of mold growing by the way after i saw that maybe that's how i got sick like who fucking knows do exactly mine is fucking sniffed it [SPEAKER_12]: Jesus Christ. [SPEAKER_12]: But we will have a bonus show up tomorrow as always. [SPEAKER_12]: There is no show on Monday.
