Would it could be hopefully your boy and it was DJ and his drink chaps happy. I will make some right now, right now, we have not only a queen of hip hop, not only a queen of Miami, but a queen period. When you say the baddest, you gotta say her name. I can said the baddest beach.

I don't know, you know, so when you say the baddest, but you gotta say her name. She has been working countlessly. She's always been in front of the camera, looking gorgeous, always represented the females. Right, I'm proud to say that in the building right now with the drink chat, we got the legendary, the icon it treat it looks thank you for having me. How long have you been in this game? Like, oh wow, I've been doing I've been

in the game. Actually, I would say, what since the first record with Trick that would have the first record recording, Yeah, but never recorded period, which is not well, that's the first record I ever recorded period, besides this one little thing I had did like really really before that, Like I was probably like about fifteen, and I had some of my friends used to dance for Luke. They were like his backup dances, and we was on the studio.

I had sluck in the studio and um, he was doing this song It's your Birthday, and it was just everybody was saying the name and I just jumped there like Trina, it's your birthday. So that guy on the song. So that was like something I had did a long time ago, but nobody knew about it until like way way later. Yeah, but besides that recording, Yeah, it was a trick for then hand record. That's the big first record. Yeah, you mean what you're singing like, I gotta go to

Miami going on down there? So now was imp I always get dream or um, it wasn't always my dream. I just like music. I just like I liked more R and B, you know, like melodic. I just liked all the ladies, you know. I was like Salt and Pepper fan Janny Jackson, like, um, just all the girls, every girl that came out, like everybody was out. I

just you know, I just loved the girls. And once it became like hip hop and rap and stuff, I mean it was guys, it's cool, But I was a girly girl, you know, so much more so than like into the guy thing. And then just being from Miami, it wasn't like a close kind of thing. The only person that was like known for like music was Luke and I was too young. You can't really be around Luke music. But you know, he had a teen club, so that kind of made us a pat jam. So

he was kind of like a Miami with it. But besides that, like music, when you hear music from like out of town artists, we didn't. It was like it wasn't outstop music, wasn't booty music or dance music and stuff like that. So you know, so now, like because when I think he came over um, what trick um was was the success immediate or you still it was still a grind process to that because I was looking from the outside and it looked like Miami just took over there. It was right away. It was scary. It

was like away, it was so scary. It was like, yo, hold up, I didn't sign up for this, Like I didn't want to do this, Like the labels running me down, chasing me. How are these dudes to stop calling my phone? I'm doing a favorite trick is my guy? That's it. I don't want to sign a record deal. I don't want to be the first lads slip and slide, none of that. No, no, no, No, I just came to studio. Trick was like, Yo, come to studio, bring your girls. We're gonna have a good time. I'm like, who's gonna

be the student? We want to hang out with you your guys, you know. And then he was like, no, we're gonna have fun. I want you to do something. I was like what and he was like, UM, you know what. I just want you to like talk ship on this record. I was like, what do you mean to talk ship? He was like, just talk ship, like I'm gonna say some crazy, crazy stuff and then you

you bring your girls. You know, y'all got the flip mouth, y'all quick the cuss to dude that I just want you to come in here and just like talk ship. And then that's kind of how it happened. Yeah. Record. The minute he heard that record, I had to change my number. He was calling me like every day. Yes, he called. He called Trick Carder from the studio and he was like, that's not training. He was like it is. He was like, I'm coming on my way now and I can the left with my friends before Tad came.

Because I didn't want to talk about the music and no record label nothing, and then he just called every single day and he was like, no, you have to sign. I was like no, I was like, what are you talking about? And then after that I did a I did Trick's birthday party and UM, I don't know. It's like a small little club and for a lot of Dale and UM, it was like, as me, all my friends,

We're gonna go to the party show him love. And then he decided to perform the song and they set me up and made me sneak on the stage and do the song. And I just got on the stage and I had closed my eyes and then saying nothing, and everybody was going crazy and I was just thinking, like what is going on? And then I didn't say not one word. The girl said every word of the song and my eyes was closed and I was saying that,

like what am I doing? And then after that, Trick was like, so you don't want to sign, And then we just kind of had this conversation and it just kind of just happened like so fast. Like I remember getting back and the a couple of days after I was in to his office, it was on the phone with Atlantic and Atlantic was like fly to New York. Were signing it, and then everything changed. It went like totally differently. So what was your first love before music?

The um, Well, I wasn't really at the first love. Before I did music, I started doing real estate. I got my real estate license. I was for this company called Your Ain't Homeland Reality, And yeah, it was just it was for me. I was thinking that, hey, I'm gonna make money, I'm gonna sell homes, gonna look fly. I'm just you know, I'm gonna sell a bunch of homes. And I had got signed. I mean, I had got

a job at this company called Your Homeland Reality. And I had worked there for like maybe like a month, and I didn't get to sell at home At first. I was like taking people out. I was, you know, I had a lot of different customers, a lot of rents. And then right before I was actually about to sell at home, that's when the whole thing with Trick, he came and called interrupted and I want to do the record,

and I just never went back. Now it was you ready for the fame, because I like the way you're describing it right now is like it was kind of like a surprise to you. It was like a favor for your friend. And then it's it's like how how that dealing with fame at that page? I mean, you know what I mean when it's a different kind of fame because I'm like, this is like, Miami is my city, so I'm already was a person that was already known. I come from, like a family that's already known in Miamia.

What part of my ami from a liberty city? That's the real mind. So therefore coming up with people just already know who you are, and it's just one of the things like you know, you're just being called like your daddy's daughter or your mom's child, that people knowing

you from that, And I mean, this is fame. So now I'm doing this record trick and it's a whole different type of thing because it's all over the people all over everywhere now like who you are besides Miami, and everybody want to meet you and they want to see you, and this is like whoa And it's like groupies and it's girls and it's guys, and guys are looking more corny because they're even more groupie. You're just starting to get weird. Everything is just becoming real weird,

you know, And it was. It was just a fast life changing experience. Now recently I got I kind of said you had almost like a trick daddy more and I'm looking everywhere and it was like, wow, it's everywhere. First off, it was gorgeous by the way your hair was done. Everything was looking right. I'm like anything with Yeah, you looked at you looked at and well I never I never seen you. Let me just sat me just

say this. Well, actually that day I was actually doing like some little viral stuff for my album, so I was already like coming from that. I was coming from a great place, like I was having a good time, was leaving the beach, so it was a good moment. And then someone sent me like over this whole list of messages from someone posting this girl I know her. So I'm looking like, oh, like okay, so this kind

of salty. So then I'm thinking, oh, let me just right back, like yo, what's up, Like you know my number? Hit me up. And then that just went into her bitch this and bitch that, and I'm like whoa, wha, whoa, Like that's not how we get down. There's never been a bit conversation between me and you. So what's the disrespect, Like, what's the problem. And I mean, it was just one of the kind of things like I'm just not even a person for the rob I'm not. I'm not I'm

not too much of a talker. I have very very short patience, like I'm zero to a hundred real quick. So it's one of the kind of things like you gotta step outside of this and let people know, don't disrespect you. And that was that moment because like you know me, I said, pull up, you didn't pull up, So that means it's a squashed automatically, I'm not really want all the extra Yeah, that's not me. I just get money. I live my life. I have fun, I travel the world. I do I love to do. If

you don't like it, that's your misery, not mine. So that was one of the moments. And right after I was laying in a bed, like rolling up and packing a bag, getting ready to see how the Washington it was all over and I'm back to the normal myself. But you had no idea how viral this went. I wouldn't think the next day, I look like yo, like I woke up, like what is going on? Like all on the airport when somebody's greas trying to say the name. That's what I was classic. It's not promo like I

helped you out. You know, you're little famous, not hey, you know it's your shirt off. But just I just don't like it. If I'm not a disrespectful person, you know what I mean. It's Internet, social media. All this viral stuff has made people like get so out of character, you know. I mean like every single day before that was like Instagram and Twitter, whatever you see people. You may not like a shirt, you don't like a hell, you don't have to vocally say that. That's like your

personal endeavor. You don't have to make that publicly. Know, now we have this thing, Oh I don't like her sock was not one was too short. Oh I don't like her sneaker. But it's so annoying, and it's just one of those kind of things. It's like always attack, attack, attack black women, always attacking black women. Mainly, it's always just so much negativity, so much that that's I don't

look at this stuff every day like everybody else. I would never say anything about anybody that's not a positive or good thing. I don't care if I don't like something. I don't keep it moving. I'm human, it's stuff I see. I don't like. I don't like it. I'm like everybody else. But I'm not gonna say that because that's just so like not necessary. It's like out of character. It's tacky as weak, like I don't have the time to do that, you know what I mean? So that somebody did, it's

just not mean. You don't hear me like very very I don't like bring it over four before you know what I mean. I keep it to a four. But I'm just saying, like we have this generation. It sucks to me. It's one of the kind of thing is the most negative, derogatory, disgusting, hate, full, miserable. Why is everybody so mad? I'm chilling, I'm fining across the world? Life is great. What are you so mad for? We got the same twenty four hours and I don't have

twenty five. I don't have twenty five six and a half. I have twenty four, just like you. We both have twenty four. Whatever I do in my twenty four and my business, what you do is your business. If yours don't add up, baby, that's not my problem. I'm sorry, you work harder. Nobody cares. That's all I know that for my entire life. I've been doing this for seventeen years. I do not ask anybody for anything. Nobody could never

say any of that about me. You can hear a lot of things, training to train, to train, to train, to have the stuff you hear. The reason you hear about these people because I put you on It was because of me. People even care to talk about you. I still don't ran about you because I don't have I'm a pleasant I'm so busy, like I'm I'm hiding

the sky like chilling, like have I'm enjoying life. Only get this thing one time when you be around people and the situations and stuff has been taken away from you, and you realize how important this one life we can get all this like all day like tomorrow, but this one life you got to really take care of that, Like you're in control of how happy you are and this like I'm not miserable, I'm happy. I'm like sailing y'all in flying chilling people speaking another language like whoa

you love me? I'm at I don't even know if you know what I'm talking about. But you're streaming, so I'm not on this vibe. I'm going to whole another way. I got some you know. That's just so let me ask me something. One thing that I see, Like you see Drake and Future do albums together. You see j and Kanye do album together. Why don't more females do like collab albums? Like what isn't true that females and hip hop can't get along? It's definitely catty. What catty means?

Like catty just me like girls like women, Women are emotional. You know, emotions mean like you You. It's a lot of things you may not like about yourself. So when that comes and you around other women and you see confidence, that kind of makes you salty. That's how I survived. There's no caddiness over here. Doctor. I'm always gonna uplift you on my always rooting for you. Damn you look good. Yeah, but it's popping boom, sitting up. Everything is looking very youthful.

I love it. Women don't know how to give other women props and credit. It's not gonna take away from think that's woman in hip hop or you think that women like I always hear females say like I don't mess with girls because it's always something that's all good when we all at the If somebody come up a little higher than somebody else, then somebody that ain't gonna like that, and that's just a sad thing. I don't understand.

Like we could all hang out, we could party together, we could drink, smoke club together, but we can't get money together, we can't get business together. We can't do something that's evolving and growing in like we can't go passport popping around the country together. I just don't understand that's there every time you ever tried to attempt to work with a female artist, and with every female artists almost in this industry. So I'm like kind of exempt

from that only because I always embraced everybody. You know, I've done records with everybody from Missy to the Brad, to eve Too, to Remy My to Nicki Minaj to everybody that's out in the game, everybody before mostly all the women that came out, I did records because I

embraced because I like them for some reason. You're I'm Southern, You're New York, your callie, you're then you're acting your Caribbean like I just love that, like and believe it or not, I don't really think all these dudes want to sit around and just watch a bunch of dudes on TVR days. You want to see women. You want to see beautiful collaboration songs. That's what you really want to see. So I don't understand at what point women

don't really get like, you know, like whoa together? We're like, we really run the world. We run these dudes all that attention to that, that's the fact that definitely, what did you think of like the Remy Mall and Nicki Minaj thing, Like, I don't get into all that because it's always like the whole thing, you know. I just feel like, you know what, when you got women, people

always trying to put women against each other. It's it's more of that than it is like trying to unite women together, because people would definitely love to see more a unity than they would like to see that separation. But in this generation we have, we don't have that. We have too many jealous, envious, hateful people that rather see it divide. I don't know why I see so many dudes, so many guys they work together, don't even

like each other. I see you work together, I see shoot the video, I see you on stage and get the bag. So why separate the woman from doing that me? I'm not I don't. I don't like that. That's one thing I don't like because we're all women doing our thing and you have to be independent for yourself, because you can't depend on nobody. Like that's my thing. I'm not depending on. I don't care who you is, what you got, none of that doesn't mean nothing to me.

God bless A child has its own destiny. I'm gonna have my period. So that's if you had a chance, right they said to you, right now, you get a chance to do an album with any female artist is in the world. Who would you pay? Oh boy? Now okay, first of all, this is my first trace of this is my favorite. How you can't even now, but you know, like I would, I would. I would say like some I would like like Rihanna. Rihanna's fisty. She's like a powerhouse.

She talked that talk. She's unapologetic, you know what I mean. She's just like a she's Caribbean like she's she's just that, you know what I mean. So she I love that I was saying, Dominican. My dad's family is from Dominican, from Dominican Republican, you know what we claiming you. I don't want to. Let's just say because my mom's family is from Nassa, Bahamas. So every time it's always been like a kind of battle thing like you're not claiming

either people. I'm just like, I'm just me. I don't want to be in a war for you know, black, I don't want to be in the midst of the people like would say any little thing just because of that. So I just try to like, you know, I'm just here. I'm born. I love my mom family, I'm just close with the I don't speak Spanish and I'm not close with my father, so I don't really get into that. I'm really close to my brothers from my father's side, so I love them, but my dad, I'm Behaman like

I love that. That's for my coach, a person who speaks for a Dominican delicate we're gonna, we're gonna get you, We're gonna go, We're gonna When I was like, I was very shocked. I went, I was like, wow, since Dominican and that that would be nicer for you to see like that culture because like, you know what, it's crazy for me. I was Puerto Rican, I am Puerto Rican, but I went to Jamaica one time and I fell

in love with the island so much. And what happened was I was like, yo, you know what, I love this island. But when I went to Puerto Rico, it was like even though like I was there as a child, it felt like like my it felt like I was here before, like like it was. It was an ill feeling for me. It changed my whole life. So, um, that's dope. But so now you and Trick Daddy doing

the album before I get into the album. Thing, you know what I like about you and Trick Daddy both is like everybody respects y'all everywhere, Like you know what I mean, Like one thing about you guys is like the respect value is just there. Was that something that y'all developed though, that was just something that came out. I mean, I think for myself, it's just me how I wrote, like how I care myself. You know, I just do me, stay in my lane and keep it moving,

you know what I mean? Um, I mean this industry is it's it's some snake system stuff. It's just a dirty industry. You know. You gotta be real strong. You gotta have your fee playing the ground, be able to survive, you know. And for me, I just stay out of people, wait and do what I gotta do. And I just keep it moving and not disrespect but just don't disrespect me. And we're all good, you know. I mean, we keep

it moving and we're grown. We're adults, and we're here to look to live, to make music, and to like be here for our families, have fun and you know, do things that we probably never thought we would do. And that's just what I do with my life. What's the what's your favorite part of the game? My favorite part is performing? He's going to say that for some reasons, because you know why. I mean, because it's like with records and albums and mix tapes and all this stuff.

Like when I go to these places, like if I'm out of the country, I just like, and I hear fans that are saying songs they don't even speak English. I'm just like, how do you even know what I'm talking about? When I'm at a concert and there's a deaf person, like I have these like a bunch of deaf fans that comes to all these shows and they do everything in like sign language, and I had I had to write it and ask her, like, how do

you know what I'm saying? And she says because she googles my words and put it in her language and yeah, but she can't hear him. Yes, And I was like and I was like wow. And I mean at the concert she's doing it in their language while I'm performing, and I just be like wow. So that kind of stuff I just loved. It was like touching people more posed to somebody behind the CD or our and he never saw you before, Like I just like to go our dance wild out. Yeah, I think, I think. I

think that's beautiful, man. Think. I think as an artist myself, that's like probably because it's immediate, like if you like you get to see that love, you can see people steal the energy that not when people are just screaming and singing word for word every song and you're just like all and because the song is like ten years ago and you're just like out, Like that's just a

beautiful feeling. Did you ever imagine you'll be like a role model to all the role like this little girl's who really live by your law, Like it's a beautiful thing. Yeah you know what, Um I knew because I was like that before I start the music. All my friends are attached to me. All my friends followed me. I was the leader. Was my way. I'm gonna go this way. If I take the alley we're taking out because I know this is the safest route. Everybody's gonna follow me.

They're gonna trust me because I'm not. I don't really like all the mistakes. I don't like the excuses. I just like to get right to it. My word is my bond. If I said I'm gonna do something, I'm gonna do it. And that's just that, you know. So when I started doing this, it was just one of those things like Okay, I wasn't one of those people that was like shopping mix tapes and I mean, I'm new and this is a label and this guy's is tricked.

There's another group that was there, Trait plus six. And then here's Rick Ross that is just like first signed to the to the label, but he's not even on and he's like with mix tapes and like push them on me to like take on the role, and I'm just thinking, like, whoa these dudes is grinding. I'm just here chinning like the princess and I'm seeing like how hard you want to get your stuff on. I'm just like, I just get my one record. I'm good, Like, why

are you doing all this extra struggle? I didn't really get into I got on the road and I really understood it, like I didn't do that right. I didn't have to grind it, So I just I took it serious. You know, I want to roll with Trick. I want to roll one year we did a tour and you know, Trick is, Tricky's lit. Everybody, the girls is everywhere. People me, I'm at this time like I don't dream, I don't smoke. I'm yet, I don't I'm just focused on what I'm doing.

I'm on stage, I got my three minutes. I'm gonna do my three minutes. Put my best outfit, don't come out and kill it. Get back to the hotel. I'm not doing after. I'm just I'm like now focusing because now the label is like, you gotta deal. We need a new album, landing album. Craig Calbun's like down on the text message every second and Ted is calling every thirty seconds on the dot. So I'm thinking about forget

about I'm this now and this big one thing. But now these whole people are like saying, we need a full album. This is all songs of you. So we gotta it's going to be more than this trick than you. Gotta be really serious. So I just like stayed in my room like one year on the road with them, but just like mastered out the plan and just like execute, Yo, just received my clothes. Man, you know what's like? I got personal style so that I got groovy lou on standby.

You got that Bombfeld dot com, Ballfel dot com. Don't forget that dot com. You like that outfit? I like that outfit. Every month we got we negotiate twenty five dollars off your first purchase for all the drink champs Armfel dot com Forward slash drink, Ballfel dot com Forward slash drink. Let me get a rose because it's Mr Lee birthday. Let's do it. That's b O, M B F E l L dot com Forward slash d r I n K drink and get personalized. They's send you

the clothes just for you, Bombfeld dot com. Let's do it, Let's go dot did you fee your game Pigeonhill? Like? Like? Because after that, did you think it was hyper sexuality that that was supposed to a little bit of it? I just felt like I didn't allow them to make me whatever they wanted. You know, sometimes they got like I had one of these records that I recorded, which

is called to look back at It. This is the record ideal with killing Mike, And this is a record that right now today is like when I performed this bigger than that, and this is the record that I didn't want on my album. I was like, I don't want to do no records like this. I don't want to do a name. I don't want to care what you guys want. They wanted to have that same stereotype. I was like, okay, what I'm gonna You want me just go talk dirty again? I don't want to do that.

And I fought with the label. I fought with the label. I fought with them, and eventually they, of course the records on my album and I told him, Okay, if you give me a softer version of a record I want, I'll do this record, and I did the record, but realistically, this record right now is still one of the biggest

records I perform. And I'm sitting here on the girls that like streaming word for work and that's the kind of stuff that like it's it's amazes me, Like it's one of those things like whoa, this is the record that I fought to get off of the album. This is the record that you guys love verbatimly every single word. It's insane. So you know, now, now what do you what do you like more independent or major? Um? Well,

now I would just say I would say independent. I mean when it comes to business and money and yourself and making sure that you're better. I mean your freedom, your creativity or whatever you need to do. Imagine, like when I started, they said landing and it's like a big machine behind you and you're just sitting there and you're not doing nothing because they got like a mafia

of people doing whatever you need. And then when you don't have that after differ, it's like and you're like this, the room gets smaller and everybody gets you know, those hundred people go into like four people, and you're trying to figure out how you're gonna make this work. So

it's a big difference. You know, it's about you and how much you want to work and whatever team you put together to make it work, because it's totally not the same system and now with record sales that's totally in a decline, totally different industry, is nothing like before. I mean, you could be on the major of the major is a major, but that don't mean you're gonna

be selling major records. Because you're a major, they expect you to work ten times harder because they don't have to put the work in because all of this streaming and social media and Instagram and they expect you to do your opposts and back then you don't have to do anything. So you know, I mean, I definitely think if you're gonna do it now and for where you are in music and and hip hop and just sales and just business and money wise, you need to be

thinking for yourself small. You gotta cut out three, four or five middleman and like make sure you go after you know, absolutely absolutely just in the it's just you know what it was like you said, I came from depth, jam I came from penalty. You know, I was originally signed to Penalty at the beginning when he wasn't independent. Then they got picked up as a man. No, no, no, no,

that's my man, my man. So then I m they had went major because Tommy Boy had influence, was a major because Tommy Boy was the major that was distributed through Warner, remember, So so then Penalty got all that. So then when I go from Penalty, and then tom Silverman and Nylvianan caught their little problem, and then I went to death Jam. It was like death Jam was

a major. But I loved their grind, meaning like they would they would throw me on the road, Like they wouldn't give me mad money up front, but they would give me mad tour busses and be like, you're gonna keep you on the road for three months at a time, something that I didn't really know that so my record would you know it would it would come outselve to fifty or whatever. And I was a gold dude, so they just kept me on the road to just keep

going gold. And then from that to go, oh I gotta pay for the talk point Oh yes, no, no, no, remember the first class? Yes, your old cent you got to go regular. Would I want to honestly agree on that. Like when you independ you definitely have to kick out the bag and you have to invest into yourself everything because even with like an independent partner, it's still like, you know, I have a partnership with Neil right now,

I'm still kicking out the bag. Shout out to Bil, but he knows, like you know, you still got to kick out for radio whatever you need because they're only gonna do so much opposed to if it's Major, you ain't gotta do all that. And but those are the things. It's a different decline at a different time now, and that's for a lot of new artists that don't really understand the game, and everybody want to get on it. And you know, I'm gonna just drop Rex and put

our independ I'm gonna do this whole thing. It's not as easy as you think it's gonna be, you know. And one thing, if you would have major and if the record is not doing what they needed to be, it may not be good for you. So we gotta do It's not And don't get me wrong, I got the grind to be independent, but it's just like sometimes I want to have seven different things to do. So meaning like, I've been in this game since nineties seven, ninety seven. Then I had a song. I had a

song in ninety six. Technically, boy, it's since ninety seven, and it's like, damn, this can't be my only income because I want to do everything else. So now, but when you're independent, you can't be independent. You have to be one million percent. You gotta call all the DJs. I remember being on Death Jam and mikeisus to say to me stop talking to these sucking the DJs, because the DJs will call me and they're be like, yo,

you need you need, I need you. At this part, it's like, definitely, I'm there and I'm never looking at the schedule. I'm talking to everybody. I'm at the same guard. And then so Mike, how does this just say? Yo, let me speak to them. So when I fu up, they blame me, and I don't blame you. Now you're independent, you can't blame No. That's why I hate but I don't. I don't hear it spoil. So let's get into this trick, Daddy and trin. I want to know what are y'all

working on. How does it sound you just do a record, a record. Smooth sound was just one of those records. On this guy Ali Coyote. He came in the studio who was playing a buch. He's a Jamaican guy, so you know he came with different vibes or whatever. And that's the first time me and Trick ever did a record like that. You know, even previous after the name record, I've done record on Trick project and it was still more grimy, more different Miami. So we want to hear

everybody as a fan. I listen, I'm saying some Trick. Okay, here we go. We're on the drum board. I'm over here, Tricks over here. What are you gonna do? What kind of you're gonna do? Trick is in this vibe. He likes the old school vibe. He likes. I'm like, no, we gotta go hard or for the clubs, you gotta We're like on two different ways, but I'm in control,

like he's my lead because he no I knows. So we're just kind of just trying to get that record that because it's really like we don't want like the NAM record, because you can't duplicate that record. We did that already. We just want that next explosive record that's gonna be just a great record that's out there, like the next record. And so I mean we got we got some records. We got into together. When the studio, no, no, we're in there, like I'll go, He'll come like he'll

going first. He's tricking early late. Yeah, he's an early person. He's like to go when he likes to style work on this record. Come to the studio, be there like two hours. So that's what he likes to do. So I'll come in three hours. And then once I'm there, he already started on the record and then he'll back you feel this, if you like this, whatever you do, just to have a couple of records. And I'm like, yeah, I don't like this, so and I'm not now I'm

staying good and I started recording. He likes to go out. He's saying, my friends already smoked too much, you know, triggering like smoke regular week. He's just be on his own way, so let me happen. Yeah, so we're in the same studio, but we are not in the same studio. I mean he's outside so wherever you know, we're at the together. So it's a different it's a good vibe because you know, we like night and day but the same you know, like I don't have a problem with

Trick is real calm. He's like one of those like a loose cannon, but it's still in the studio. It's just like the snatural kind of family bible man him. You know, if I don't like something, I ain't spress it around man, he'd get any one start over. So you know it's a good energy. Well, I'm gonna listen that, you know, as a pair of fan Like, I am so ready for that, ready for y'all because because to me, that like that shows years a loyalty to me. To me,

I'm I'm heavy into loyalty. Like when I see people that around people that have been around them for twenty years, they always impresses me. Like when I go around jay Z and I see you know, Shock around still and I see Todd Todd, and I see Lindyes and me knowing that I've seen them together in the nineties, it always impresses me. So you know, just that combination. I just want to congratulate you on that because I think we all gotta make it noisy for that just to

show that loyalty. I think loyalty in this game has been I think it hasn't been rewarded so now so so people won't make it a eas your issue, Like if if somebody's beefing or something, they make it a major issue. But that's just somebody just being layal. Just me and friends relationship. For instance, he brought me to Miami seventeen years ago or something like that and we've been friends ever. And I think that that's that's the part of it that that people should, you know, drink chance.

We have success with this. This is on the vol TV, thank y'all. But I don't think that that's not the biggest thing that people should focus on. People should focus on the relationship, and that's just sitting down together and just you know, quitting what he got to do a side of putting I got to do the side and putting hip hop first, because that's what we did. We just want to interview legends, you know what I'm saying. We want to give people their flowers or they can

smell them, you know what I'm saying. They treat what they can. In hell, I think that's what they can think of and they drink, they can drink because so many people like like we had did an episode, um after Prodigy passed us, we wanted to, you know, do a whole episode dedicated to him. But what I said was, you know, maybe we should have did that. Why these people want to lie like it's cool to praise people when they're going and we know we have to do that.

We know we're supposed to do that, but I want to make it cool to person. Let's make that cool. You know what I'm saying that in the hip hop they don't understand like you know, um, when when you people get off of their job at a record label, get off their job at somewhere, you know, when you guys leave their building, you guys can live a normal life. We sacrifice our whole life. Like I could never say

I'm not working. If I leave the house, I gotta take a picture, Like somebody's gonna be like, yo, what's up. Nigga's gonna I gotta be like work. I can't. I can't have a bad day, you know what I'm saying, Like not in public, I gotta stay at home. Like tell these people and you're a superstar, you know what, It's really one of those things, like I'm really one of the most passionate people when it comes to that

because I'm gonna I'm gonna be honest. At six am in the morning in the airport, I'm not with the ship's like, I just don't want to be bothered. It's early, like the show was over at the party, was mad, laid half to get to the airport, and I understand you may never see me again. But it's six a him like like just but Shade's the only don't care like that lady was like, I don't care if you got the pajamas. I hate it. I don't care. I'm live in another country. I don't care. I'm not gonna post.

I know you're gonna post a picture. I'm gonna just take it because I just I look at that, like, you know what, if I was not like me and I was somewhere and I saw Beyonce, I don't care if she had a pimple, I don't care if she had paper bags on her feet. I want to make I want my picture. I don't care. I don't care what's going on. So I'm just always at person. I try to do my best with that because I know, you know people there, you know they want that. You know,

you don't know they're gonna see you again. They see you in the AIRPORTY don't see you aut there the concert of the club wherever when I'm gonn seeing you next. So so you know, I always try to like salute that. I think I only said no one time I was throwing up. I was like, they still want to up right, at least let me finish it would be real because I understand that. And it's like that's just hard for us. Like when you live and you survive in this game

for years, I feel like you should be saluted. I feel like this is one this but now so getting back because like like Miami, at this time, all we heard was was Booty music right coming from New York. Right, I'm talking about before her and Trick right, Luke and right. So then when y'all came. So now I've seen Rick Ross do an interview, right, and he was like, yo, traina really held him down in the beginning of his career, Like and he spoke so highly. Let's get into the

early what's the name of that record from you? No, he we did um um um um um put your left from the game that was the ice Cube? What was it all? So here's the thing. I'm like, I'm just a new girl, Like, Okay, Trick is my homie, he's cool, and that there's a trade plus six guys. They're like the first guy signed a slipping slide way way previous, but these are like my my guys. Of course every society also, yes, so all these guys like,

we're all cool. So I'm I'm around these guys. And then here it's like, okay, now there's this new guy that's coming on but he signed a slipper slide also, but you know, he's from Kara City. Now I'm from Liberty City. But it's Rick Ross is a big fat guy, you know. So he's cool though. He just reminds me of like my stepdad. He's a cooling. He's from the street. So but now I'm gonna roll with Trick them and

everybody's busy and everybody's nan is popping it. He's like he's not on but on the road he's like, yo, take take the mixtape, like you know, taking a road, and I'm just like why, you know, Okay, I'm gonna take anyway because yeah, but I'm gonna take I don't even know why I'm taking. I'm gonna just take it because I'm gonna do a show. We're gonna throw our shirts. So I'm gonna throw this out anyway because somebody gonna listen. And I don't know you're gonna blow up next. I

don't know why I'm doing. I'm just doing because you asked me do. You're a cool person, you know. And then it just like once we started, once I came back, we started hang on the studio, and then he just always been like, you know, his loyalty has always been like so a one, you know, and and he always like been right there, like from the beginning. And so once it was like okay, I'm taking your mix tapes now. But now here he goes, here's Ice Cu Cars and

they got this record. I mean, they got this this movie and it's the soundtrack and it slipp the slide out the record. So they want me to do recks and like, okay, well reckon, now you got me. There's Trigger as a couple of other artists. But it's like, okay, tricks already on. Everybody's already doing anything, doing shows. I'm gonna give it to my boy Ross because he didn't want, like really want me to push up mix tape. He want to grind, like let me give him the video,

like let me. I just knew he was. He just was super dope, like he was just he just reminded me of just like my life, Like he was like like my dad then like my stepfather. And they were just like real street guys. And that was where he came from. People he hung around. I knew these guys, these guys and street scared money. So when he started talking and wrapping, his music was about the hustle, it

was about streets. It was just that. And coming from literally ce and knowing the guys from Cara Cit it's like, you know, a very close connection. All these people know each other. And so it's like, okay, well, Tricks already big, so I don't need to let Trick do the ice Cube track. Trick already did this soundtrack. We already did other stuff, So let me give it to my next dude trying to get on and it's like, here is Ross.

I hit him up, yo, let's do I need you to do the record for ice Cube movie or whatever, And he's like you're serious a lot, and he was like, yeah, all right, come on, get the studio right now, comes to the studio forty five minutes something that he's already the song already working already. And I didn't even love this song. I don't even love The girls really love this song. And ice Cube the people that called him

reduced every right, they loved the record. It was perfect for the slot for the movie, and it was a big record for this for the song. And it was just I don't even really honestly look at it. As I was putting like helping him put like really put him on. I just wanted to see him like on the road with me and tricked him like everybody else on the road, like you know, I like stuff off his say, we listen to it in the van like while we're driving, So why you can't come on the

road with us, are like, you know, perform. So I just looked at us that like trying to help him out to get on. And it was just that. And after that he had his tight jerseys came with three jerseys super tycling the video. But the video, you know, it was done by Nick Quest, and Nick Quest was a date producer and like this is our guy, so like I want to help my guy get this look. And that was the look and it's just stopped from now. Yeah, did you ever think he would be this big? Though?

I knew because he was so street he was like he he was what he was, Like you know what I mean, It was not a facade. It was real street.

He came from the dudes that was holding the streets down, like when he did this song every day and plus like it was the real every I felt that every day mustle because I was hustling helping you get your CDs on the road, so you know what I mean, Like it was real, like I know something like damn, Like this is like you did the video in front of Charasity Fleet Market, Like that's hustling, like you was really doing that, Like you wasn't You didn't get the

green like to get on the trick Daddy bushet to get on the road, Like you don't have no records out, you ain't know who you was, Like you just wanted the home team, but you ain't had earned no stripes. So okay, I'm my help, you know, through our shirts, through our CDs and then bam, he goes, I'm gonna help you this one little look, it's gonna be a video. Maybe that's gonna help people know who you are. And

it happen. Now, what's your relationship with j DJ kalet I love kaleg College has been there like from the beginning, you know. Um, I just remember, like just when I first started, like I always going to the radio station, and like Kylie was just one of the ones that always was like support and train the trick and ross, like it was just one of the things that from it just it kind of was like a natural thing. You don't have to really ask if he just did it,

you know. So when Cali will hit me up, Hey, come to my party, come do this. Whatever I was, I would always show up, and it was just always the same, like we we always had like a just like this real like loyal connection from day one, and it always stayed that way, you know, um, even no matter how big he got, Like if I hit Cali, I need you to do this, like I hate Kylie needs you to do this mix tape intro Miami Chemistudio do it like right now on my album. He starts

to intro. All yeall, I need to do this intro like DJ Kalet talk your talk. I need to hear the clock talking talk all that. Like it's just one of the kind of things like you know, I'm just like again, I'm one of people. I'm not. I don't I don't bother people. I just do me and you know, like this is my man Like, but I need you to talk on this intro. You always come show love and support. So that's how he fits. Always family. I always support him. Thought he would be this big personality.

I did because his mouth is that big. Yeah, he's always been that big. His mouth is his mouth is just his His whole lifestyle has called up with his mouth, you know what I mean. He's always had that talk. He's always had that that something about his voice was just very distinct. It was very different from most other DJs on radio. And he always will be extra with it and you know, he always would get you in the room and he he do so much and he was entertaining. So I would like to see him now.

I've been seeing him like that for years, Like I've been the studio him and he's like that. Now the world just really get to see, you know, it's just like Kalett on steroids, you know what I mean, They're going to be up a Trick Daddy DJ Ross record. Oh wow, we need to get that though, Trick said, Trick, don't no, no, you're doing because realistically, Trick was already saying he already want he already wanted the record that Kylie was doing. And you know, I'm get the whole

thing was your father and me. So I don't know how we're going to kind of create what we're gonna do it, but okay, I love just keep it mad. Yeah, Trick wants that though, so you know, we'll see how that works out. Trick always talking to Kallis, so you know he's going to count on that record. So yeah, that's dope. Man, Let's make some noise for that because I love that. I love that. I love that. Now remember the Source cover at remember the Source cover? What

was that the swim Shoot edition Source Swimsuit. Was that the first time that ever did that? Yeah? Was it the last time they did it? Too? How many times did they do that? I'm not sure. I'm not sure I think that, but I remember that just being like everywhere like that was the first viral cover of hip Hope. How was that? I mean, you know what I was. I was really young at that point. I just I didn't really look at it all like that. I mean,

it was all good. Everything was good. The source magazine is, the Keen is, all these magazines, all of it was just that. To me. I wasn't really like, I wasn't really like it's fascinated with the facade of all this stuff, you know what I mean. I come from Miami. I'm used to seeing all this. I came from a family with money already. I'm not really impressed by much. She steals everything. She goes as to me like she had every single thing from everything. Okay, like if anything I'm

missing she had, she has that. I'd be like, Mom, what did you get that from? But yeah, you know, I just was like what it just all started just happening like so fast. You know. I think I never got caught up into the all of it because I was so busy working. I was still I always worked. I never like took mad long times. I would put out my album every two years. My album came my first album came out of two thousand. That was the

very first album, Bad Ship. Then two thousand two, then two thousand fo it was always be these two year breaks in because I was always performing, traveling, doing so much, so I ever really took the time off of out of any of it. So I never got caught up in the magazines and the whole thing. And people would be like of and I'll just be like, you know what I mean, I don't know why, I just because

I wasn't excited about more of that. Like people would be like, oh, somebody has your magazine in the jail house. I'll be like, you know, and I was like, okay, But I just I guess I was so much caught up into the performance. I was caught up into the the real like reach out and touch and meeting people and entertaining more than anything. But what am I? You haven't send their room for the people? Are you're gonna talk about what you? One of people are gonna be like talking to all these rumors and I like I just really like I really

curve that stuff. I'd just be like, you know, everybody has the same more questions and it is so real, Like you know, and I remember the time you've been asked even to even my publicist called a couple of days ago, she was like, I was like, Alicia, now you know, but it's nor So you know, all right, I'm just giving the benut of the downs, yeah, one,

because it'd be so much distraction. And the thing for me is like for the past five six years, even when I put out my album before and just eat this stuff, every time something comes out, it's always distracted, always somebody's beef. So now when I promote my album, we got to talk about such a such a beef, but not you guys talking about and it's always that, so you just be drawn. I'm like, I don't. I just curve See I'm an artist too, so I get it.

I get it. I understanding. That's the thing about this is, um I think they quote unquote called me a legend, right, so when they when they say that about okay, I know it was coming. I knew it was coming. So that's what that's what we need to promote. We need

to keep digging each other up. This This is so when at the time when you think about it like artists should come here first, artists to come here and say you know what you know, because this is another artist who knows, who understands and gets to know that. I don't want to be talking about you have passed boyfriends and things like that. That's that's that's not what are you here for? Were hip hop? We're gonna keep it hip hop. We're gonna talk about the music and

you know what I'm saying. But the artists have to promote the artist because this is now a platform for us where we want are people to um to chill. So now let's get back into some music ship right, come on. I feel like you got some Miami question where she coming from on the female angle, like what vice do you have to female mc s And you know that they're gonna steer females into again going back to the hyper sexual like what what are they gonna

what do they have to deal with coming into the industry. Well, you know what, It's just it's a lot like it's a male dominated industry for one, and I mean it's it's everybody makes it a whole sexual thing. Whatever. Not being sexy, it's not a crime. Nobody wants to see an unsexy woman. I mean, as far as however you go, how do you live your sexuality or whatever, that's your business.

But when it comes to women being expressive, everything that you're doing or you're expressing, every one of these women has living and doing the same thing. I don't know why they all act so nonchalant and crazy, like this is all a new blind site. It's not stopping you guys are all somewhere pop lock and dropping doing whatever you're doing. Someone's but judging somebody else, Like, just knock it off already, you know. I just feel like for females,

you just gotta be strong. You know how hard it is to be a woman and to just be like like just perceived or just to be is there's a misconception because you say whatever you say in a song, or because you were address and it's two inches above the thigh or whatever. That's just an annoying fact. Like everyone don't have to wear the skirts allay down to the knees. You don't have to be this, you know, sanctified the Holy Person. You don't have to just have

to be a good human being. What you're doing, music, sports, TV, magazine, makeup, whatever. Just be a good person. And when it comes to this music thing, if you're not a woman and you're very confident and you are and you're this is here is good you, You're definitely would be totally screwed in this industry. You will not survive in this industry. And I'm talking about no matter what. I don't care how much money you're making away. You can have all the money,

all the money. I have all the money, and there are sometimes I've been at my lowest and the only thing that's kept me up is because I know who I am as a person. And when I look at the thing that has put me to my lowest, I'm looking like, bro, pick yourself up? Are you serious? You feel me? And that's just because I know my word? And as women where emotions, you step outside of your word, You fall down, you fall in love, you get crazy, whatever you do. But you're still human. You're a woman,

You're all of that. But you have to own up to that, you have to believe in that, you have to make your is. Nobody can take away who you are and what you are as a person. But you I don't care what the rumors, the stories. I don't care. You saw me, you saw me that wasn't me. I don't care. I'm just saying nobody to take away from you but you. And that's just real fact. And if you don't stand up for yourself and be just you just gotta be like a real you know what the

real woman is, somebody that's just like unfazed, unbothered. That doesn't mean you don't cry as me, you don't get mad as and you don't go through anything like anybody else. But you just have to be strong and infuriate and know that ship happens every single day. It'll pass, you'll

get over and keep it moving. Like imagine being a woman in this industry that's so critical, so male dominated, so nasty, so so talk down upon all that for seventeen years, right, for seventeen years, and still can run circles around half of these people in this whole industry. And so that's men and women. So that's what I'm saying. So for myself, I've been in situations relationships public and unpublic.

I'm not a person if something don't work out public with human beings, or we could the to it today, we could be the best people today. Tomorrow we may not like each other. Do that mean I have to drag your name and the mother and make you like the worst person. I don't have to do that because at the end of the day, I still have my life. I keep it moving. You have your life, Keep it moving. I don't want to be your enemy. I don't want to hate you. I don't want to be disgusted a boy.

You just keep it moving because you know what disgusting creature that you are. You know what I mean. So that's just me. You don't hear me bashing people. You don't hear me talking now. I just keep it moving. That's just who I'm just so wavy right now. No records, just want those record That's just real facts in life. Like there's a lot of fun boys. And the reason there's the reason because there's so many boys. The reason there's so many funk boys is what made women become

like not real women like I come from. I think after my generation, women have totally turned into wanting to be like men. And when I say that, meaning like I feel like there was a time like my friends and people I grew up under boss. When I say boss, women women that like ran the household, ran the bags of money. Anything the man did that came through them, that's a real woman. Anything happened, they held downe they have everything like this is real one. I don't know

all this generation of foolishness that's going on. I don't adapt to all that. I don't play them kind of game. That's why I was something to work out with me with a man, I don't care how public figure he is. I'm not trying to tell you now because you already know the clown that you is. I'm gonna just let you live with that. So when I say that, so now with women, my my, my generation of women. As a man, men do whatever they do. It's whatever you do, you do your thing. But at the end of the day,

don't be the woman that turned into the man. You cannot be the man. And so because women are starting to do that, men are just turned into fun boys and women just turned into totally completely idiots. And it's just a disgraced generation that we're living in. I don't like all that kind of stuff. You feel me like, no, miamis no, no, no. And that's just what we're promoting right here. And like I said, like you're a queen. You're a person that held it down for females. Females.

That's why I wish there's a lot more female love out there. You know what I mean, beautiful females in the industry music, R and B wrap hip hoop hoop is some beautiful females. Imagine the power that that can. If everybody was like on the same mental it would be, it would be, it would be, it would be crazy. That would be insane. I think, I think, I think, I think. Just make sure hot champagne kill people. That's a fact. Yeah, I've seen it. No in mind, I

want a real shot. Okay, we're gonna take real great okays, ain't have Nigin't have it cold dad. We like the regular people. Yeah, you know you got favor I'm just saying you don't like Yeah, And we made sure there was no Freshpanell. No, that's cool. Hate shout out to the fresh Vanell. That to everybody's that's just to have a good time. You know what it is. I do not entertain the negativity. I just it's not. I actually lived like man for real, man like like I got

I got homies. Hey, when you want me for going on. I'm like, this session is gonna be looking now. Listen, this is everybody. Everybody made your glasses. This is not South Beach. This is to the real Miami three or this is to you, to me, she's you, okay, So this is to you, sir, This is to you. You're a queen. We want you to continue doing it. We want you to continue to make these people. Um if whatever they mad at you or whatever, we're canna continue to be mad. We don't mind. Just to relax them.

They got to relax, and we're gonna salute you every day treating up the motherfucking queen. So we're taking this down. Yes, indeed, I go by the name of DJ butch Rock. You're now tuned into the number one podcast in the motherfucking world, Drink Champs and and my nigga d J e FN. This is the halftime into Mission a k a. The Boat he break in the meantime between time, Listen, I don't forget you. I don't know my snory feature for Ral feeling good about this record, y'all goddamn for Rale

sick too. Ain't get your Norman to a baby you don't know, but it is in your eyes. I think you need, don't want Natam Buttrod that's buttery. Yes it did for Roule sick too. I think get your Norman to a baby you don't know, but it is in your eyes. I think you need don't want nat tone said I'll be nine bathers. Yeah, it's my duty, the healthy snap back talking. We read long on long, like what you cannot take back and take the mom anymore?

Howich one's like you have any of my running shoes starting Nothing I can do, man, I had it wrong, something up in my eyes, make myself a seam rize and then told me that a twenty year career. I hope you understand. I used to pitch you're a block. I didn't it done the hand on the hand and said I never make it, never be much. And I agree with the micy such so I celebrate life, life, the shots. This is one ice size baby. We're gonna

drink more, yeah, at least more down my baby. Just still don't think for me blab it just feel big. I'll be the shrinking n Lee. Just one more clink women baby yo, yeah yo, yeah, Mr Lee. Without I want to be eatuny money I want to make more, want to fly ways. She want to take him. She won't eat livestuff. You wanna drink wine in the world. You know it's weird. They try to fake you, to fake pay face to the love. Okays will hate you

when one way or the other. Last start now, girl, it's my duty an empty snap back to get world is long gone. Shout to all the fans worldwide. Cannot take that and take them and the ship is crazy? How ones like you have me and my running? She was thought nothing I can do. Man, I had it wrong because something up in my eyes make myself I seem rise. And they told me that I have to drink for me, baby, drink no more one just don't think with me this singing like Bruno Marster. We got

beat the shrinking needle. Yeah, just one more clink with me, baby. Yeah, she wanted one more. I wanted one more, one more ignored your last core. I want more on the bottom. So we always celebrate it. What from the bottom, we always celebrate it can't help that. I want to help that. I want to say what life? I don't he felt that fell. She's a good one and I agree with us. I just want to get drunk and go be with U. It's my lute to healthy snap back and leave your

w every long on. Let go what you cannot take that and take my mom anymore? Imich one's like you have many and my running she was starting. Nothing I can do, man, I had it wrong to summing up in my eyes make myself a seem rise, and they told me that I can't strength for me. Baby, that's how we're feeling out with the one just kill don't think for me, blaby like most out in the streaking lady.

Yeah yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, just more more clink women baby, yeah yeah yeah, that's how we're feeling out wrong, but one more lost and we like me weird girl. Yea, that is how I know you're a gangster because you actually to kill a girl. Well, anybody to drink to killer. You cut people before I know this this and you especially you too beautiful. You like how you girls drink the killer. You stabed a couple of people. Let' let's talk about that. I'm just a very sweet person that's

very respectful. I came like from a real like real I came from the last of the reel of real of my MNA like the mafia. Like, dude, I don't play all the ex that I'm not on the wave of this industry stuff. I'm not on the wave that this is like it's beside. When you're real, you don't do all that. You just do what you do. Like you move, how you move, that's how you last, how you last, And that's just how I've lasted with those that thought I could not last. I'm still here because

I'm just to it's a real thing. You know, it's no fake when you fake the mass off. Already see what's really good? You know, I mean, what was that moment when you realized because you know, we all have to go through it. We all thought everybody, like the rappers is who we think they are, who they talk.

You was like this, Oh, it was very okay. Whatever you want to see you got imagine just to me, like realistically, I came into this industry like thinking like a dude, Like I came around the guys that Trick Daddy now in CEO and money Mark, and I pulled my boy rosso so he was like I got like

all guys, so imagine I'm the only girl. These guys are mad annoying they are mad, and I'm just like the sister, and I'm just thinking, like, as a girl, and what a horny montown us there, And I'm thinking, imagine me, I'm thinking from the girl and the guy in and as a girl. Type of chicks are these? That's STU so low to be jumping around from one to the nib Of course you want papers. I'm so sorry. I wasn't a gentleman at all. I was. I'm sorry. Look at that check it right. Yeah, I'm listening. So

now here we go. These are the guys. I'm looking at the women. We celebrate you high, but we celebrate so now from the guy's perspective, these are my guys. But these are the guys have taken advice from me. All these girls are here in these hotels to see you guys because of me. They think I'm going to be here. So I'm debate and the reason you guys came, we're gonna be training are we're gonna come. But now when Trina is not here, it's just the guys. What

do you guys? What are you girls like? What do you guys like? What's going on? Like? I guess me my girls would never be there. We don't roll like that because you said something on their and all the girls was on you. The sa I come from a bunch of girls. My friends started dance. They'd be all over the place. I come from the streets where there's real girls. I saw so much stuff growing up right

next to me. Me so grounded and humble to where I like my bitches, attack team whoever and run surface around. These dudes grabbed the bag and keep it moving. So this is real facts. So when it comes to this industry, these dudes are like lane because like if I say these girls on y'all, it's over. So I'm just a humble piece of the mind because I'm already coming from a good place, a good family. Money, Like I'm not. I didn't come into this. It's a real thing. People

come in to this and make money. Of course, it's a life change, like you turned from one life to like a different life. But my purpose wasn't like pushing CDs are coming in to get money. I'm doing a faith for trade. Now I'm coming. I was really struck because of the fame, because girls was like going crazy loved me. They were saying every word of everything that I scared. And these are my homegirls that are wild and bustled, wide open and their loose and this is

their life and out right here and saying it. And I'm just confused that every word I'm saying, you girls are saying it like even I'm not saying nothing. It's a beautiful filling. And I'm watching some of these girls like react in a way in the lyrics. But to these guys like Trick Ross these my name, I'm a girl, I wouldn't even I wouldn't even y'all could never even convince me to come to the hotel with you'll. That's just how That's how f I am. So I'm looking

at it in different ways. I'm from the guy's perspective in a girl's perspective. But I'm putting game on these guys.

I'm looking at these girls like I'm still doing these records now, I gotta put i gotta do my album to put you out on game like how to do get what's game like, don't get played, don't sell yourself short, don't sell them for anything that in watching this I'm saying when I now I'm on the roll with Trick, but I gotta prepare my album, and now in my album where I'm in my room and I'm in my zone, I'm gonna put girls on game because what I'm saying happening.

I don't roll like that. My girls be from Miami, from the three or five. We're gonna play the kind of games like we we looked dead in the We don't play them kind of games like you you already lost when you hit the dough. They don't even play with you. Once you and they sit in, they in the phase they already won. So I'm trying to figure out what all out of country these girls are like lane, like I could run the whole school of girls and like to run over the industry and everything the sports

worlder like getting the bags and go me. I'm just saying so like I just was trying to understand, like because I come up from a family, like I'm like a little protected, Like my dad is like a boss. He's a dude in the streets getting the bag. So even the street dude that's getting money, they can't touch me. They're scared because they scared of my dad, my stepdad. So I'm untouchable. So now I'm already I'm in a household for the bosses. Now when I see street dudes,

yeah yeah, can't tell me that. I'm running circles around in this already. So now what are you gonna come like? It gotta you feel me. So I'm already thinking like a dude, because I come from this. I'm around now these dudes. Trick is a loose cannon on the road. Ross is just a boss. He's a fat boy, but he's on it. He's so swaggy, and he got to talk so he could get the he could say whatever they're gonna Ceo and money Mark is a cute dude.

So the girl's gonna just I'm looking at these girls like bro like on the whole pimp school and get you all to put them telling. Now, I was trying to see why was girls really like excited to like jump out of a concert and go back with Trick, Ross and the group of ship. Yeah, like I didn't get that because that's not not how me and my girls back from Miami. Role We're not on that. So I'm trying to figure like, like the stuff blow that

part up. Let's let's let that continue to happen. But imagine call me and say, why stop drinking like that? So I'm a girl, I'm thinking like these dude, I'm looking at some of these girls like yore you pretty, you so like you should come to Miami, like wave you up, like come on. I was just trying to put game on from me again, and so that's why what I did my album. It was more like putting on up on games like how to get the bag? How does your money save up? Get your you don't

get your weight up, like don't depend on nothing. That's how I because I piped it from my dude like these is my brothers. I'm watching you guys. You guys not even much fly, like y'all don't even have lotion on y'all y'all to chicks like come on, like you feel me. I'm chicks. I'm trying to like I'm trying to figure what's really good. So I'm just you know, I was in the middle of both, like you know, I was trying to almost met but I was protected

from them. Dudes couldn't get next to me, and I'm just like, dude lame, like I don't even want you anyway, and these other dudes trying to get through y'all to me, they definitely ain't gonna get through. And I'm looking at all y'all these girls, y'all really like I need to teach a whole role of school of like how to get it. That's what I was thinking, you know, So

now I have to No, it's not. It's train a single or training is happy and love and like just living her life to the fullest, like ya and on the islands, you know, like you know, just shooting you know that something I like to do. I'm a love lover. I love love. I believe in love. I believe people should be loved. I think there's a lot less love. And I think the reason my generation is so jacked up because it's so much game playing and not enough love.

Everybody's just playing the game. You know, the game is you tell me something, I tell her, she tell him. Everybody pillow talking a bunch of bullshit, and everybody's living the game. That's not the wave I didn't grow up into that. Everybody started being real, then it'll be a lot less a bunch of that, you know, fun boys will disappear, you feel me, so now, goddamn it. Just keep making noise, you came here. You know, I'm so

impressed because you know what's the real ship is? This is real, this is this is this is why I'm trying to We're trying to do that because we want to promote real ship and this is just it's just a real moment. And this is like ladies got a garment here and realize because well you know why because but you know why because most of these shows it's the blogs, but but but but it falls on that category of blogging of talking of talking ship and and

gossiping about people. I'm not a gossiper. I'm not a he say. She's say. If you want to know something, train to say it. Guess what called Trina don't act train the Home World Training Assistant Training, Security Training is gonna tell you what Traina said because that's how I told Nori, and Nori told you, and you told man Ceo and he got back off twisted. I don't rock

with that exactly. You feel me. So when you get the shows, it's one of the kind of things like it's the same thing like these people get up every single day to be negative and they try to tell you like down they talk a bunch of ship and they just do a bunch of word on stuff. It's not cool. So people just don't want to be embarrassed or just to be put on the forefront of some ship that they don't feel like talking about me. I'm just I'm loose like with it. I don't used to

say whatever about our show. I don't know if you ever see it's something called Inside the NBA where it's actually Charles Barkley and Charles Barkley and uh, what's what's the what's my man? Kenney Smith is from Left Track and Shock and it is all ex basketball players and they like the show. They talked too much. They interview the other basketball players and what I mean is they're the inside of the NBA. And this is what this is is because I'm in hip hop, like, I ain't

gonna go. I ain't gonna put no artist where they want to feel, you know, insecure, out of place, or ask them some crazy I asked crazy, like yeah, it's crazy, Like you know your case, I gotta ask how many rappers asked your ass? Let's just throw that out there. No, come on your case, Come on, you isn't counting. It's we in the thousands we'm but what's the purpose that, because after you have not calling him not a curve, you are that? So what's what you really trying to

get out of there? The greatest ass eater that's really good. Let's be very quick as great as eaters, Oh my god, saying you gotta have some suffis and stuff that we do. Stuff all happens all the time everybody. Because let me just drob a moment right now, right now, I still don't know that right how that's now? How does the man approach treat that like weirdess? Ship is annoying? Let me tell you somebody for one, let's go let's be first. I don't go on dates. I'm not a dater. I

don't want to go to know weird ass dinners. I don't want you sitting up staring under the lights all damn asking a thousand million questions. That's like weirdo. You're very intimidating. Let me up because I was back. I'm so cool people, But that's because you're like people get they're so stuck on like this whole baddest bitch persona so realistic. I'm like a person. My friends there here, they testify you come to my house, your friends, all

my friends cooking the ship. You see the meals I cook, lobster like all kinds of good ship. Like I'm like a Caribbean ship. I treat my friends like royalty. I make sure they're good when you come as a man, if you're trying to talk to me, it's like the baddest bitch, like quickly like you don't want to You won't see me in the kitchen cooking. You're ready to think I'm on the balcony probably like with my linger on the champagne, and your visions be so fucked up

to you doin the whole moment. Let me tell you what happened to other day. I'm not gonna sit. But one of my friends, he meets a girl and they go because the chick be quiet. The first thing he does, he goes to Instagram. He goes, I can't funk with this bitch, and I'm like, why she's on yachts just like, hold on, man, I can't show her nothing. Okay, So intimidation, So what you wanted me to be like in a

grocery store the park. But I'm just saying, like the real listen because it don't get me wrong, not some of these people, these girls on y'all. I mean, don't get me wrong. I'm not a hate to do what you gotta do, y'all. I don't care what you did, how you got on there. That's your business, restaurants and ship. He gave up. But I think that's a weak man. That's being weak though, that's being weak. You weak because

that man, you ain't stepping up to the plate. That mean your intimidation game is so low you can't even hand the shorty from the je do. So, let's just be very real, trying to figure out what she's settling you, trying to figure out what's really good. Don't get in Timidy, don't get weak by that. But I mean it is what it isn't like the perception of like just the perspective of what he may think. How are you on this, y'all?

Who are you on this y'all? With? I don't see about in the background, you know, you're yalling and selling it, traveling around the world of things, you know. Yeah, I have to agree with him a little bit. I was like, where you can't why she's the thing? Maybe she's papering herself that's how I know I'm not a good friend. I was like, yeah, you can't do nothing for you? Why? Yeah, yeah, But it's just that she was going every day for like four months. I don't know what was working restaurants.

It was I ain't gonna lie. I was intimidated. That intimidation, that word. But why I need to made chicken in the bus start waiting for the bus to pick her off. I think men always want to like feel needed a little. But just because I'm of the yard, like, yeah, you made you make brit of helicopter. I don't know you can buy something, but hey, I'm trying to figure out what we're going with it. She said, yall, that's like I mean you think women are because Ambrose sit here

and say the same thing. She looked at us and say, listen, she hasn't been on a date for a whole year, and we're like, what, No, women are like dates because it's like a corny thing. Honestly, So if you got don't, if you're Miami, let's cut the problem one toil thing out. That's just like very thought ish. It's very like you're gonna go to date. It's very much like very sexual is the first time, And I gonna be honest, I don't really know because I'm not a data so I

don't know. I don't want to give that advice because if you I haven't met a person like a new person and so long to where you start asking these questions, and the questions are the past and your life and did you date? This is just a whole phase and it's one of those things that's very it's and you're at dinner, though, don't be at dinner. You're eating, You're trying to make sure you're a girl even than nothing in your tea. You're just doing much of weirdo ship.

It's not a thinking for me. The questions, like the staring in the eyes trying to get this you're looking at the baddest bitch first alb. I just not on that, Like I'm just I'm trying to figure it out, like I don't know. I've always kind of skipped it with just straight to the family. No, I'm straight to like I've shaped it like private, get to the next like no, I'm okay. So now I'm just saying I'm really just not like the beginning dating stage. You don't like the

weird questions. I don't like all. I'm just me, but some of my friends. One of my friends, she is she my friends. She is the data of the central. She was going to dinner day every day, like she don't care who it is. Do you take her to dinner? She let me describe this moment. She's beautiful. I said, you're my friend because she's gonna talk. She knows she's very social. Yeah, the one I don't want to start saying.

I don't want to start talking about man and start tracking back in the day and oh, yeah, did you really date? When I don't want to get into the questions. I just while you're on the plane, right, I don't care what Smith and Lynsky. I just don't want to deal with it. I just kind of so, I don't really date. I don't know how to even meet nobody because to do that work at Costcos, Pilots wanted me space about Costco Costo. I don't even dave pilots. They

around too much. I'm real with the I'll just really too much. But Costcos, let's let's say that the thing about the person that was at Costcos. They don't get me wrong, it's nothing wrong with that. You're independent, you have a job, and I'm a person that loves some discount don't get it twisted. But a Costcos guy would not be able to deal with the pressure of my life. You can't deal with the woman that's traveling around the world four days out of a week, like it's too

much of an intimidation. You can't deal with the pressure of where you're working at Costcos from six to twelve midnight, stocking and bagging the ship or whatever. And then I'm somewhere like in London and Europe, and then like Denmark at Christania and just winding out Christiania. That's where you can smoke weed through the park. But for you, you

don't understand that life. That's a pressure of you because we're on different time zones, we're on different and I'm just saying no. But that's what a pressure would be from a regular guy. Because when you get up work, I want to talk to you, I want to see you. Maybe I don't have his FaceTime whatever I'm performing, you sleep, you at work, you at work, I'm traveling. It's just a it's just one of those things that really don't

always connect. And then it could be pressure. You you intimidated because I'm around other celebrity people that you really think I'm paying attention to that Really I'm not even paying no attention paid paying attention to these people. Believe it or not. If you was in my shoes, you and pay noiction on med. They're not that special. Just don't understand, don't get it twisted. A lot of these celebrities,

these guys, girls, whoever, they're not that special. It's some regular people that I know, I chilled on a regular basis, are way more special than these people that are very cocky with these egos and really just nasty, unhumanized people that really ain't or ship honestly, you know what I mean. And that's just that's why I stayed so ground, because I'm around regular people that that's real life, and it's a real life thing. It's loyalty is longevitise, years after

years after years after years now. The person I met two weeks ago because I was hot on the chops for number one song and he was writing my dick, not you, you know what I mean, The one that's been there from day one when the song wasn't hot on the charts, and when you went to the club, they probably said, whoa, who is that? Yes to me, that them people, that's the kind of people I wrote with. Now, have you ever like let it get to you? Because I let it get to me at one point in

your career? Yeah, at one point I was just bugged out some of these cars getting broken into. But it's not mine. Let's be very clear a little. But have you have you ever let it get to you? Like ever? Like once? Never? Not? You know what again? Because I came already from like this Miami thing where people already knew who I was. It was a little bit almost annoying, you know what I mean? I mean annoying who I was. I mean, I'm just I'm not even nobody. I'm just

a daughter of a family that's already get paper. I am somebody, but I'm just a daughter of somebody. I haven't earned no stripes in the streets. I haven't done nothing. I'm not doing anything my family is doing. I'm just me. And just sometimes people know who you are just almost annoying, Like you just have this persona you don't even want

people know who you are. You just want to be just a good person to your friends have a good time, and you just have this this this this thing that people hold you so high for and you don't even know what's really going on. That's kind of going on nobody somebody's Jesus. But yeah, so you know, I don't really get to me. I mean, it's one of those kind of things, you know. I always just try to just stay and what the people are, you know what

I mean? Because as high as I get, I mean, as high as I am, as big as I get, there's some people that's beneath. That's the people that still love me from day one, that's never gonna make nowhere near the money I make or be able to do things that I do. So I'm still like there for like for them people I love that, you know what

I mean. And so the other day I was with um Fat Joe and I believe I think Jay calls him and jays no no, no no no. Fat Joe told me that Jay called him when I seen him, and he said that, Um Jay asked me, what you what makes you keep going? Why the fun you keep going on this? Why why do you keep going? I think it's the energy from the fans of people you know what, because sometimes like when I'm I just came back to Miami last night, like midnight, I went straight

to the studio. I was on the record with one of the biggest artists in the game, you know what I mean. And I'm thinking, like, well, I just flew like six hours. I'm tired. I'm old over it. When I got off that plane, that phone call came, the verse was in. It was like, go to the studio, And it's just one of the things that I just love what. I just love the fans, I love the people.

I just love that excitement. I think. I'm I'm so in love with like being on the road for those four days in these cities that I've never been to and these people that are screaming every song in another language. Do y'all even know what I'm saying. I don't even know if y'all know, But y'all are so pumped up and crying and turking and losing it men and women. I don't have no choice but to be at a hundred,

like you understand. So I'm I love that. So await now I get back now and when I'm just home and I'm just in my own beautiful world, and I'm not doing anything. I just get bored. I have so much stuff happening. Oh, I'm not working. I'm not entertaining the people. I'm not performing, I'm not exciting the fans. What am I doing? I'm not doing anything. I don't wanna get a side today. I don't want to go in the yard today. I don't want to chill today. I want to go get on the stage and make

the people go crazy. I want to take all my jury off and jump in the crowd like I just want to go back like that's the thing that pumps me up. So I don't know. That's what I love about it more than any of it, Like records, no record selling, I don't care. It's the fans. Is that the people that I when I get in the county that when I'm taking a picture, you start crying. I'm looking like you're gonna last. I'm not messing on my last shies, so you don't stop crying looking like. I

love that. That's the thing that makes I love that like more than anything that is so dope. Man just makes some noise, do you know what? Because I'll be around certain artists and I see them flip on their flanks for just you know, sneaking a picture and taking a picture and it's like how you just described that, how you just that's so beautiful because the thing about it is, um, I always look like this is this is advantage for me because meaning they told me I

was supposed to be dad. They like why how how I was living and for me to be I'm thirty nine, now I'll be forty. September, don't rush my ship. September timbers tomorrow, It's next month, Stumber six. I'm virgo. I'm but listen man If Miami's mixtape King um Trina Miami's Queen. We are so proud to have this episode and we want to let you know. Anytime you want to promote anything, we write it to crib. If we ain't at this spot, we're gonna be another spot. Everything that's WoT, but it's

gonna be a Miami. Miami is our home. I'm gonna be starting to wrap up. I'm a rapper from Queens, New York, left Fract City on seven Avenue, Apartment five, Apartment five E. This is where I'm from. But because you never forget your obridginal address, you know what I mean. So, but I moved to Miami. Miami accepted me, Miami embraced me as their home. And I've been out here for over ten years. And yeah, I might be Miami differ from New York. No, because you know, relax. I can't

relax in New York. Relax Miami. So um me being here and they're accepted us and me just following your career and just following what you you guys did in the platform. If we want to salute you, if we want to let you know that not just Miami, but hip hop loves you, and hip hop respects you, and hip hop suld always on you. And if they on him, you know where else did drink Chances would be the place that we hired you every single fucking moment, correct,

because that's what we gotta continue to do. We gotta continue to sport legends. I want to say, Yeah, I let me just say, you know what, even if I tell you I curb, I curbed a couple of times. I curb the curve yond Queen, master of all curves Yond, that's me, you know what I mean? So when I say that, because you know you don't understand this whole this goss you know, I'm not a gossiping. But the thing about it is the reason I came to this and is out of respect, because you are a legend

if they respect you. And you know, you remember you came to I was recording at a studio Circle House a couple of years ago. You shoot the video. I came out to jump in the video. I don't jump in nobody video. That's out of respect. It's for somebody that always have been respected and always showed me respect. That's the thing in the game that people don't understand, like it's a respecting and respect goes a long way,

you know what I mean. And that's just one of the things that I've just came today because I did this because of that. You know I would have done it and that and that's the thing about me. The thing about me is um, that's all I'm about. Well I'm about is just like you. I always have fun. And the thing about me is, um, you know, I'm dyslexic.

I was in the resource foments, been special education. People told me I was literally stupid, and that's what I don't care who laughing at So I said oh, and for me to get money off words, the exact thing they said I'm not good at. I always looked at it like I was playing with house money. So I always looked at it like I was up, even if down that you paid two dollars for my record. I didn't even use words, so so you know, I always

looked at it like that. And I always looked and then now there's certain people who is books smart, and there's certain people is great with literature and words like that. But I because when you dyslexic doesn't mean you're stupid. It just means you have to learn different. So I learned different. And what I wanted to do was I said, damn. When me and my partner I got together, I said, you know what, there ain't no hip hop show. Who big up hip hop? That's big up hip hop and

he's let's bigger and let's pick up our legends. That's that's there's so many people that they would get down. People want to tear them down and do not funk all that. Let's let's big him up, Let's say that's not let's happen. Let's have fun with them, especially if they're drinking. Let's have fun with them. So that's the reason why we ain't name me like nineties hip Hop Show or you know, Legend and Hip Hop Show. We

wanted to know. It's called a drink champ. So if those people all, but this is what we're gonna the people who paved the way, the people who who've earned they striped. So you know, we're gonna big up everybody and all the new artists. But for now, you know, the new artists have a platform. Let's let's one day. I heard Fat Joe talking about, like, yo, he wants to know where you know, all the older artists, he could hear their music at all, he could hear something

that they doing that besides the tradicial radio stations. And fuck it, we don't have to do that. Oh maybe we do. But we're gonna pick up our artists. Why are they fucking alive? And we're gonna continue to do this and and and we thank you so much Trena coming in here. You know, shots were usually pressuring people to do shots. I respected you. He came through and Yo, listen on the behalf of hip Hop on behalf of

you know Miami as uh, what is it? What am I called um honorary Mimi as a person that just loves hip hop. We want to honor you. We want to say thank you for your continued years and success, your continue years of grinding people in this game. You know, sometimes you could lose and people would just go go away, and then we would miss them so much. Because hip hop,

we got to continue. These people are out there at sixties seventy eight years old and rock and roll and jazz and all that, and they and they respect them. Why we can't have that for him? Who cares if jay Z is four years old and he dropped the joint? You know that's my brother. I don't mean, I ain't mean it like that. Now I'm scared. This nigga got every number. Man, call me what you just said? That? Like Jack, because he got the FBI. He followed me someone.

But it's money love him. But you know what I'm saying, like, why are we ageless in hip hop? Like in hip hop they'll say, like, yo, you know this guy hit their certain plateau, so he you know, why why does that possible? Like when in rock and roll and and all these other genmas of music, people continue to make music and they can to you to sell out shows. Why do we have to be limited? I don't know. I know it's a funny thing that always happens in

hip hop. Once you get more like once you've done so many records in it, and it's always knew people they always think, oh, well, you should stop the music, or you shouldn't do some of it with somebody else. I don't even understand that, because that doesn't mean you don't love Janney Jackson. That doesn't mean you don't love all these people that's out before you, because I do. I mean Mary J. Blige on the road right now, killing it, dancing poplock and dropping it, and I can't

wait till show come to Miami. I'm there, like ready, Like, who's gonna say, Mary J. Blige can't put ot an album, put out a record on tour, Let's let's talk about you. Let me say we're not to talk about Beyonce. Like Beyonce, it's all the way until Eternity BC, after BC, whatever it's going to come before that's whatever. I like, I'm just gonna say, I'm like the Beyonce stand up, all stands of stands of stands of stands. I make the show like like like no makeup on, like in my

untrained gear, like like do all the routines. So we're on that kind of way when it's a timeless thing, like she East the person that has paved the way and set the standard so high for women to be like the determined force of dependent and like never giving up no matter people Like if you talk about Beyonce, like you're a pointless, lifeless waste of a social Security number. That's being period. That's how I feel like I'm I'm in control of the I'm just saying you're you're a

waste of a social Security number. If you're talking about Beyonce paved the way for women to be so fearless and so like high and just so amazing, you know, and and with so much dignity and so much and just so effortless and just grace and I mean it's a beautiful thing, you know what I mean. That's why I would love to see women in hip hop be that way, you know, because people are in hip hop

that we love that's before us. Like everybody loves screen our teeth, everybody loves them, see like everybody loves missy Elly. Everybody loves these people. So who would say if Missy put out an album record, I don't want to hear that. Who who's gonna say she shouldn't put it out? Like, what are you talking about? This is a person that's an innovator, like a creator, like a person that's changed

the game of music hip hop. Everything is gonna be totally like something to be reckoned with you and you known stand I'm saying. So you want to see that always, no matter who comes out next after that, you still want to see that. It doesn't mean because somebody new here, I don't care. I don't want to see Missy that. This is the person that'sressed on the super Bowl? Like how do you not want to see that? You know what I mean? It's hip hop, It's just a culture.

It's just music. It's evolutionary. You cannot change, you cannot take it away no matter how you try, you know, and beyonceade half the partner or whatever. It's just I'm gonna just tell you as a man, when she dropped Lemonade, it was a real nig reunion you. But it makes women also be like more secure and more like comforting and more and just be more like on your ship and like just want to have it together and it's

not really about a minute about yourself. You gotta under saying it'sself first, because even with a man, you can't do nothing with that. If you're not right within yourself, you gotta mess that whole situation up. If you're not right, you gotta be you first. Everything else gotta follow, period, damn period else. She killed this. I ain't gonna lie. She's gonna make all girls gonna want to come. Yeah, yeah, because yeah, I ain't gonna You know, that's that's our

that's our questions. We asked all the guys like you, you asked and so you know some girls probably looked at our Well, it's a very intimid thing where you got like a guy showing these guys and you want to you want to bring this one girl, and all you guys are like hovering around like because he said

you'll ever your chair. So seeing when you have a woman that comes, you have to be a very strong woman, very secure, confident woman to come and being a way to stand in for all these guys and be thinking they're gonna attack. You want to get stand for that, you know what I mean. But that's the perspective and exception of it. So you have to understand that women are a little bit more shows. Yes, yes, and you have.
