I stood the test of the time with

this man. I've seen him since the Olympics, since him you know, he was being pretty and now he's money and now he's TV. And if you don't know who I'm talking about, I'm talking about the best boxer on the planet, pound for pound, five different great divisions, bost your ass. Everybody he beat. Then they say he's washed up. Yeah, he washed him up because he wakes him up. Then they say he's they walked. This is the best boxer

on the motherfucking planet, my favorite motherfucker Floorida. Now now let's let's let's take it because I've been a person who follows your career from the beginning, and let's take it from the Olympics. Olympics is the time that I feel like it created the monster that you are because I feel like you you whipped the guy in the Olympics. You tore him down, and then they gave him a decision that was your only like time. Correct, Well, we know we're on drink drink champs, so I must't have

a drink first. Um. You know far as the Olympics, UM, I felt like it was a learning experience for me, you know, small learning experience. UM. At that particular time in ninety six, I was very very upset upset. Wow, UM, I cried about it. Wow. You know, by myself, a nineteen you know, I cried about it. I cried. I cried about it by myself because my dad was in prison and that's the one that taught me everything. So I cried about it. You know, it was nothing. I

feel like it was a a learning experience. So then, um, when I look back on my career, I'm happy that it happened, just like like you did. I'm happy, very very happy. Now two years later, October third, No, no, not not exactly two years, okay, you know, because I was a professional. I wasn't. I wasn't even a professional for two years before I became world champion. So it was a year and some change. Then I became world champions, So it wasn't it wasn't. Yes, I guess that is,

but it wasn't for two years. Okay, okay, well that's the that's that's the first time. So it was seventeen fights within before two years then on f for the title. Let's make a n So right now I'm bouncing around because you know, we gotta got of fact. Boys. We don't know if you know, but I don't know if you know. Larry Merchant, the commentators, fighting against the crowd. And you know, my thing has been the same from the beginning. Whether you pay to see me win or you pay to see me lose, you're gonna pay And uh Jose louis still tough cookie. It's just that you have never seen me up lose a round. So it's more like I can fight an opponent I can win uh nine rounds. He can win three rounds, and they're gonna say, you know what, do a rematch or Mayweather didn't win. But

I'm used to it. It's moming like that in my whole career. But this one was very very what's going on people? So this one was very very real because this is exactly what the people wanted, you know what I'm saying. The people were like when you when you like when you have a mass that's close, so you you came right back and you did exactly what you gave,

exactly what the people wanted. And the rematch you like destroyed the same fight though actually same fight I think I think I think he wanted by a landslide on the second one a little bit more. It was just I mean even when with with me going in the first fight, I was hurting, okay, actually um I think um it was the way in was Friday, so Thursday I was shaking out to make the weight because to make one hundred thirty five pounds that was for my first my second world title, and I was hitting the

heavy bag, shaking out. I was too close and uh the rotator, uh cuff. You know, you know, I got sucked up extremely bad. So I was like, fucking the kids, still gotta eat and true champion can fight through anything. So I said, let's do it. Wow Goblin, Now you know Kobe just passed. Yes, you know, listen, I think everybody here, let's have a moment of silence for Kobe. One two, three, rest of peace. Kobe got damn mix some more. Now now I see you you what what? What? What?

Was the first to be actually you had? You know what I mean? I mean, I'm still lost. I'm so lost. I mean, you know, I'm not like everyone else. Everyone else is quick to post on social media. Um, I'm not so quick to post on social media as of right now because I don't really know what to say, because I'm lost. I mean, you can put up a lot of footage of men Kobe bryant Um talking, having fun, laughing, and Ashley. I was in Hawaii, you know, I think I went to Bora, Bora a few years ago and

I stopped in Hawaiian on my way back. Home and uh Me and Kobe was there him in the Lakers. Me and Kobe took like uh Me and my security and and one of kobe securities. We took a three hour walk and just talk just about life and about just being legends. And you know, even like right now, like I said before, UM, you know a lot of people are extremely quick because everything is about instant gratification.

Everybody wants to go on social media and tell. And if you don't go on social media, then if it's not on social media, then it didn't happen. So my thing is this, don't different from this. My grandmother she raised me. My grandmother, she raised me. She passed away last year. I didn't go to the funeral or I didn't post her. Everything is not for everybody. So am I heard from the situation? Absolutely very heard. Think about it. I've been thinking about it all day since he passed Sunday.

And it's so crazy that um, you know, UM, I have a team that runs my social media page pages. So when I want to post a lot of times but I do, I send the picture. Then I go on my mental pad, I type up type of when I want to type up, Then I send it to my team, then they post right, and you have really you know, I employed. I have a lot of employees that work for me, even I you know, even like

Girl Collections. So Sunday, um, you know, Girl Collection is open from Thursday all the way to Sunday, and three days were closed. So I heard that when we posted, like, you know, Girl Collection, everybody was going crazy about the Kobe situation. And I'm more like, it's people. You know, I love Kobe Bryant. Here's my friend. We talked on the phone about just life in general, and he and even when he was going through the thing when he towards Achilles. Nobody knows that me and him was talking.

I was, and I'm the one that was giving him a lot of positive advice because he was going through a lot. So you know, I got employees that still have to take care of their family. So I guess when we post about our club being open, everybody says, oh, what about Kobe? What about Kobe? Listen, everybody deal with their pain in different ways, you know. And it's more like if you don't post on social media about someone passing away, then you don't care. That's not true. I'm

not like everybody else. That's what makes me so special. And with the Kobe Bryant situation, that's very, very touchy. So I'm not when I'm ready to post about Kobe, I will and then if I never post about him, long as me and Kobe know the racial relationship, personal relationship and bond that we had, that's what makes a noise for that that I tell you. I tell you Chris story with Kobe Um. Kobe was making an album at one point, right, so he was down with track

masters and about Steve Style. Yeah, I don't know if you you heard. You know, I did a record with Kobe, So I don't know if you heard it, Like it never came out, but I don't know if it came out. go into any situation. I'm black, I'm wealthy, and I'm outspoken. So those are the three strikes. So even like and like I said before, Don King, same thing, flashy, flamboyant, I was spoken, and so once the world starts to starts to say, you know what he's uh, he's a crook. He's a crook. Everybody jumps on the bad Ben wagon to say he's a crook instead of getting the note that person. So since Bob Aaron, Bob Aaron does it a quiet way. He's just a quiet cool He's still

So basically we both had the same promoting Bob Aham had Baham and Ali Sugar, Ray Leonard Marvin Hagler, ROBERTA Duran Hospital, Aroy Floyd Mayweapon, so he would promote you know, it was Delroy Deloid was the man that part with J

So when I first signed with top rank, I was beating every fighting of course, and uh I knew I was gonna eventually move up in wake class. By the way, you never not beat every fighter, just in the case you don't know that I knew eventually I was gonna have to fight Oscar old Hood and I feel like, um, I feel like he was straight up and down really no special effects, you know, And so I said he

was the man at the time. He was the man and very very fast fighter, but straight up and down, you know, real real stiff, you know. You It just certain things. I can see a fight black, I could beat them. And my thing is this, every time I see any fight, I say I can beat him. So

it wasn't nothing like he was doing them special. So what happened basically was this, um they were the company was promoting me, and I wanted money put in every place where I was a black fighter being promoted just with the Hispanics, and I wanted to be promoted in a Hispanic area and I like to call it the black area, but you know in a Caucasian where they like to say the urder area. So I wanted to be promoted and like I said before, the Hispanics, the Caucasions,

the blacks worldwide. So spread the money out. And I just want to you wore the Mexican shorts to that day, and you did you say? I was saying I was single de may Weather. I was taking over, So you know, do you I realized saying, you know, single de Mayo is in may and of course I'm may Weather. So it's only it's only right there, you know, take over the money and I take my head off to you know, all his fantis, no no disrespect to know its fanis. Yeah.

I just think that at that time when you said that, I think you said you could correct me if I'm wrong. I think you're saying you was wearing the Mexican flag because he was more Mexican than him, and I think you took him out of his game plan or my things. This. Um, I'm more than everything than him. So it was a waste of money to build to promote this, and now we're not getting up the big pay days that we do because we didn't sunk it up. So my thing is this, I'm not going to go out there and sunk up the money. I can't do it.

You ever took anything personal like because I heard like you and Andre Bertold like had a little like personal problems and that's the reason why you took the fight with him. felt like he was a dog brawler. And then I watched the fight the other day. You not only knocked him out, but then you knocked him out knocking himself out. He did the boom, and I said, hold him on this is Do you remember that? Do you remember what the critics were saying and things of that when up to the Ricky had in fight. You know, I'm always fighting against the critics, right, We talked about that in the Big Getting you know, real sharp mind stars, remember, right.

So my thing is this, Okay, Ricky Hatton harder, Hardy Hunter too, he's falling forward like a pit bull. It's only one thing smarts, smarts, timing, the will to win. See. The thing is there's about me and the sport of boxing. I was willing to die doing something that I love. So if you wouldn't have died to do something that you love, not a cent of time you're gonna come out on top. So just like Kobe Bryant, Michael Jordan's

killer instinct, you know, you gotta take the shot. Even if you miss, fearless, you got to take this shot. So my thing is this and and it's crazy, you know, even like I'm saying, like when you just look back at my career, you're saying, who done the front of it? From the beginning of boxing to now, who's doing Floyd Mayweather numbers? Who's doing Floyd Mayweather numbers? Then you got everybody want to fight Conor McGregor, and I know you're gonna get to that, so I know you want to

get everybody want to take the Floyd Mayweather route. You know, you gotta realize this. I got my own fucking defense man, that's the main. When I got my own style and box, that's the Floyd Mayweather style. What is that? And the thing you know and shoulder roll. I've been trying to do that and I don't care. you know what these fighters don't do. It's a lot of what they make, a lot of mistakes. And I'm gonna talk about the mistakes that these these fighters make. I mean, everybody wants to knock everybody out. And once my body broke down and I could no longer, you know, when my hands broke down. Because boxing is wearing tear on the body. People seem to forget I was a knockout artist. But you know that I was a knockout artist.

I remember the beginning, but it's not easy to because when I was when I was in the Olympics, I was fighting a UM a hundred and twenty five pounds, which is in America. In America, but the national we fight at fifty seven kilo grams, which is a hundred and twenty five and a half. So I was fighting at a hundred twenty five pounds and in ninety six, a few months later, I moved to one thirty UM from one thirty. Eventually I went to thirty five, of course, and I want a title at at thirty. I want

to tile at thirty five. I want a title at forty win a title at forty seven and want a title at fifty four. And I never even weighed four pounds, so and you know, my thing is really like I only got to tute my own horn. The proof is in the pudding. With the Markets fight, you didn't even feel like the ring Russ. You didn't even feel like I ain't been ahead of a minute, Like let me get stuffed first, you know what I mean. I was

shaking the rostoff in the fighting. Okay, I'm that type of cat, you know, the rostoff in the fight because he was the thing, this guy, and the thing's just just like in a in a rap battle, and mother get better, you know, I get better. I got to make some noise that now. I remember this fight, this fight right here, I was in the house full of all non Mayweather fans, so I was the only Mayweather fan, right and I don't mind. I gotta say this though, How can you be in a house for the people.

Let me just let me know what that. How can you not want to see a black man that beat all odds and made a billion dollars and made a billion dollars? You wanna you want to root against him? We got a great relationship. We can keep it like that. You know, no hard funding, is no grudge.

Then one day I was just and then I guess, I don't know if he got to say that one day, I'll just see it on the internet. They were like look what Fitty said, Like like, no, that's small. It's my family. I'm with this mother mint, motherfucker together every day. Because at first it both seemed like just playing. So then the thing is he said something. Of course I said, oh, I didn't know what was going on. So I'm gonna fighter. You shoot at me, I'm gonna shoot back. But then

I can't. I'm not. I can't keep playing the back and forth game because you know a lot of times and rap battles, rappers go back and forth, back and forth, back and forth. And whereas my thing, I'm I'm a fighter and my thing is just like a promotion for a fight. We talked, we talked, we talked. If we're not gonna, if we're not gonna do anything, just let it go. So my thing is that was it? You think y'all like whatever, like patch it up? Like um, I just I wish everybody nothing but the best. Man,

together and start, uh do the TMT promotions together. I got so much experience in big fights. I got more experienced than anybody and fights at the big at the highest level, because no fighter has ever reached this peak when they see the brightlight or reaching its height and its fort of boxing when they see him. You know what the crazy thing is Someone told me, Someone told me this, it's a um watch who your opponent is because for that night, y'all on the same level.

Do you agree with that? No matter who you fight, whether you better, I mean day on a day, on a different level because they get their biggest payday.
