157: Curriculum Overwhelm: What Happens when you buy too many books & resources.

You have your CORE subjects & Curriculum, but one of following creeps in:

1. Doubt: Am I doing Enough for my Kids? = I need more

2. Comparison: I saw her kids were so successful with that curriculum = maybe I'll try it too

3. Collector: It worked for my older kid, so I'll Keep it for my younger kid = holding on to too many books not sure

Solution

1. Do an Assessment to Check kid's progress- Adjust with what you have. If need more, then look into other options

2. Does your Current Curriculum work with your kid's learning style- go back to #1

3. Only hold on if you know for SURE you will use it. If your kid's have very different Learning Styles- resell it & find a curriculum that'll work for your younger
