Self Talk is extremely under looked and super important to how we feel and how we show up in the world. It’s crazy how nice I am to others but how bad shit crazy I talk to myself!! No wonder it’s taking me so long to take action on the things I hold dearest, it was the way I talked to myself and until I started making note of it, it didn’t realize how bad it really is and stops me from doing a lot of things that will help me grow and better me !
