Goku needs Bulma to fix the Dragon Radar. She can do it easily and she shows off some of her new inventions. Sadly, it is not all great for her. Yamcha has a fan club and Bulma does not like it. Also, the Red Ribbon Army sends a super thief to steal the Dragon Balls from Goku. Clearly a head on fight is not going to work. Will Husky be able to get the Dragon Balls?
