The second half of a talk by Dr. Kaushik about how the energy moves through our internal universe. He addresses the original audience question about how to handle sexual energy. Next, he explores how when we relate to the universe through thought we become isolated in aloneness. When thought comes to an end, and we face the full void of loneliness it is only there, free of mind, that love has the space to grow to the point you become the energy. In this state all centers are one, and you have become a total human being.
