We begin this hour, however, with a discussion about how scientists are at once again determining that a primitive diet, going back to a more primitive diet slashes the risk of all of these major killers that we hear about that are mostly preventive, that are degenerative, and this same primitive diet, if you will, can slash weight loss, can reduce body weight and help you maintain an optimal weight, which of course is also contributory to all major killer diseases,

including heart disease and stroke and diabetes and high blood pressure, all of it in certain forms of cancer. New scientific findings regarding what you eat to reduce the risk of mostly preventable catastrophic diseases will be a welcome motivation for many Americans seeking better health and longevity, but they also be ignored by those wishing to make changes in their dietary habits. And I know that's hard. Some people say, well, I'll get around to it sooner or later, But right

now I'm enjoying it. I don't want to change anything. I feel good. Well. Sticking to a more primitive diet that doesn't include dairy, beef, or wheat can slash the risk of chronic disease and help you lose weight. According to a brand new scientific study just out, experts have worn that modern meals which are highly processed, you know the alter processed foods that are out there, these fast foods that are quick packaged up foods and low in fiber.

These foods are have all contributed to soaring rates of obesity, diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, in certain forms of cancer. They do. However, a newly developed diet inspired by the eating habits of our ancestors, that's where the primitive diet comes in, can be hugely beneficial. According to the scientists who have looked at all the data the scientific data.

The team from University College Cork recruited people to either continue eating normally or try out the non industrialized microbiome

restore diet for three weeks. Here again, it goes right back to gastro intestinal health and how that has wide reaching implications as it relates to human health and when you eat a more industrialized, processed, highly messed with by man diet in the marketplace, problems will eventually happen, but it takes time for that to occur, and of course these researchers are looking at a more primitive diet based on the non industrialized microbiome Restore also called NIME for short.

Those on this new diet were given meal plans inspired by what people who live in rural Papua New Guinea eat. The diet has a plant based focus, primarily made up of vegetables and legomes such as lentils and chickpeas, which is pretty much my diet and is high in fiber. It includes a small serving of animal protein per day in the form of salmon, chicken, or other lean proteins. However, there is no dairy. There is no meat in this diet. There is no wheat allowed. In this primitive diet and

it is very low in process foods. Examples of meals in this primitive diet which they have found incredible results at reversing these and slashing the risk of these major killer diseases that most Americans end up having on their death certificate. The example of the meals that they're finding that not only increase longevity but also increase quality of life include sweet potato black bean hash for breakfast, along

with a bowl of mandarin oranges. That's not that difficult to get a hold of and do yourself or find a way to get to it. That's for breakfast. Lunch consists of quinewaw tiboule salad. That's easy. I've had that. That's delicious. I love that, packed in lots of crisp of vegetables, followed by some pears. That's what lunch looks

like in this pitive diet. Snacks include almonds and dried apricots, and the day can be rounded off by dinner consisting of In their case, they looked at baked pork tenderloin. I wouldn't ever eat pork, but that's just me. You can put fish in place of that or organic chicken or turkey, roasted potatoes, Jerusalem artichokes, which I eat every single week no matter what, and coalslaw. Other meals regularly eaten in these rural communities include rice, cucumber, cabbage, peas,

and onions. This is what they're calling the primitive diet, the one that can slash the risk of major killers and also help you to lose weight and maintain a healthy optimal weight. Now, the analysis revealed that over the course of the study, on average, the diet decrease levels of bad cholesterol by seven teen percent, reduced blood sugar by a wopping six percent, and reduce the levels of an inflammatory marker called sea reactive protein, a sign of inflammation,

by fourteen percent. And remember, almost every single disease known to man is involved with elevated levels of inflammation. There are hundreds of diseases which are involved in inflammation. If you can eat a certain diet that lowers your inflammation, take it all day long, because you're going to not only lower your inflammation, you're going to lower your disease potential without even using drugs. Food is your medicine, as we say. Although participants did not consume fewer calories on

their diet. They were totally satisfied, they still lost more weight compared to those who ate the standard American otherwise known as the SAD diet. With all these altar processed, greasy foods. All the improvements were also linked to beneficial changes in the participant's gut microbiome. There we go back to the gut again and how important that good friendly bacteria is in keeping that maintained the home of trillions of bacteria that play a vital role in our health.

That's what the researchers were focused in on. In fact, one of them, by the name of Professor Jens Walter, who led the studies, said, and I quote, industrialization of food has drastically impacted our gut microbiome, likely increasing the risk of these chronic degenerative diseases. It is so interesting to meet, ladies and gentlemen. The gut microbiome has been so ignored by conventional medicine for decades, and then finally they woke up. I mean, there was a doctor by

the name of doctor Bernard Jensen. I remember taking courses from him forty years ago and him saying, look, you need to look to the gut. The gut is important to your immune system and everything about your body. And if you don't fix the gut, the gut microbiome, you're going to be unhealthy. Doctor Norman Walker. That doctor is a chiropractor. Chiropractors are all over this decades ago when conventional medical doctors were sleeping at the wheel once again.

common law judges. The court's punishments were arbitrary and included whipping, branding, and mutilation and even fines. Well, today we simply use words and accusations and bring up terms in a person's closet and items out of the person's closet to whip them over the head with from fifty years ago if necessary, just to put them down so that they don't get confirmed.

That's what the politicians do in the beltwagh. Now, then, of course, what that's all about is veiled threats, character assassination, and on and on. Well, Bobby Kennedy Junior has accomplished something very important to us here in the United States, to shine a bright light on and remind us all about the fact that our health system is broken. It's been broken for a long time, and nobody seems to care.

Why fix a broken system if it's generating billions and billions of dollars for the sick care system, Why go in and disrupt anything, make it status quo business as usual? Why would organize medicine AMA, big Pharma, big Agra, big food manufacturers want to fix anything with a broken system.
